Using the Innovation and Technology Adoption Attributes as Predictors of Digital Contents Gift Giving -Focused on Mobile Coupon- (혁신성과 기술 수용 특성이 디지털 콘텐츠 선물 행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -모바일 쿠폰을 중심으로-)

  • As a form of reciprocity or exchange, gift giving is one of the processes that integrate a society. There has been a long history of research on gift giving behavior in the communication area. Recently with the advent of digital environment, digital contents gift giving behavior became a prevalent social custom. But there has been little research of an individual consumer's consumption behavior of digital contents gift giving. Drawing on the innovation theory, technology acceptance model, and gift giving literature, the author take a quantitative approach to the effect of innovation attributes on mobile coupon gift giving behavior. The result showed that innovation attribute did positive influence to mobile coupon gift giving behavior. Furthermore, consumer innovation attribute moderate in the relationship between product innovation and mobile gift giving attitude.

  • The research analysis will be proceeded with a specific question: The kind of endeavors the ICT providers must focus on within the ICT industry's Schumpeterian pattern of using barriers of knowledge during the rapid technological transformation and pursuing appropriability of guaranteed opportunities. The study was carried out by targeting and conducting empirical observations on the proliferation of technological patent applications made by ICT companies among approximately 5,700 listed North American corporations. The risk of arising cases, in which late-coming non-ICT companies adopt and participate in the technical pertinence and concept derived from the technological advent, will be treated as an independent variable in a survival analysis. Through this analysis, innovative technological attempts and absorption capabilities indicate significance.

Moderating Effects of Personal Innovativeness in Mobile Banking Service (모바일뱅킹에서 개인혁신성의 조절효과)

  • 모바일뱅킹은 빠르게 성장하고있으며 은행서비스의 많은 부분이 모바일뱅킹에서 제공되고 있다. 하지만, 모바일뱅킹을 사용자들이 수용하는데 개인의 혁신성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 불행히도 모바일뱅킹은 그 특성상 제한된 화면을 사용자들이 사용하기가 용이하지 않다. 본 연구는 개인혁신성(PI)의 관점에서 모바일뱅킹을 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고 자하였다. 특히 다른 정보시스템에서 많이 사용된 지각된 유용성(USF) 및 사용의 용이성(EOU) 변수뿐만 아니라 지각된 즐거움(ENJ)의 요인을 추가하여 모바일뱅킹 수용에서 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 336명의 모바일뱅킹의 사용자들에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답자들을 두 그룹(개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹과 낮은 그룹)으로 분류하여 구조방정식모형에서 집단간차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 개인 혁신성(PI) 모바일뱅킹 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로 분석해 보면 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 사용의도와 사용의 유용성 그리고 지각된 즐거움 사이의 경로계수 값의 크기가 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹보다 높았다. 여기서 지각된 즐거움의 경우 개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 성장과 확대에 실무적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 분석된다.

An Empirical Study on the Effects of Personal and Systematic Characteristics on the Acceptance of Technologically Innovative Products - With Focus on Cloud Computing - (개인특성 및 시스템특성이 기술혁신제품의 수용에 미치는 영향 연구 - 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 대상으로 -)

  • The possibility of successful commercialization of technologically innovative products depends on the degree to which consumers select and utilize the product. Therefore, the research that endeavors to find the usage behavior and the acceptance intention of users of technologically innovative products is a very important quest. This study empirically analyzes the factors that influence commercialization of a technologically innovative product: cloud computing. Existing studies examined acceptance intentions by expanding the TAM model and excluded attitude and usage behavior. This study determined attitude, usage behavior and personal characteristics of consumers to be important influencing factors. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: First, the self-efficacy of personal characteristics had a significant effect on ease of use and acceptance intention and perceived costs had a significant influence on the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, research on the systematic characteristics of cloud computing confirmed that security was an important factor affecting acceptance intention while innovativeness was critical to ease of use. Third, of the usage characteristics among users of technologically innovative products, perceived usefulness had an effect on the acceptance and usage behavior of cloud computing, and perceived ease of use had an important influence on perceived usefulness. Currently, when cloud computing services have not yet become widespread to the public, this study proposed meaningful results for policy direction and commercialization strategies by revealing variables that influence acceptance and usage behavior.

에너지기술 수용성 제고를 위한 R&D 추진 방안

  • 에너지 기술 R&D사업은 그 성과에도 불구하고 수요에 기반한 기획 측면이나 사업화에 있어 성과가 저조한 것으로 평가받아 왔으며, 특히 사업화 추진에 있어 시급한 과제로 '기술 수용성'(Acceptance) 향상이라는 지적이 제기되곤 하였다. 이에 산업통상자원부는 사용자가 R&D 기획, 개발, 검증 과정에 참여하여 사업의 이해도를 높이고 수용성을 제고하는 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'을 2016년부터 추진하고 있다. 그런데, 사회문제해결형 R&D라 부를 수 있는 본 사업은 산업통상자원부의 기존 에너지기술 R&D와는 성격이 다른 새로운 R&D의 모습을 갖는다고 할 수 있으며 그에 따라 그 시행과정에서 사용자, 이해당사자들이 참여하는 등 연구자들은 예전과는 다른 여러 가지 새로운 방법론의 수행을 요구 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해당 사업의 기획 및 실행에 참여한 경험을 토대로 성과멘토링, 성과공유 워크숍, 성과지표의 개발, 운영관리방안 등을 통해 '에너지기술 수용성 제고 및 사업화 촉진사업'의 특성 및 향후 개선방안을 논의하고 사회문제해결형 R&D사업에의 발전방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Consumer Acceptance Intention on Block Chain Consensus Mechanismbased Payment System (블록체인 기반 결제시스템에 대한 관광 소비자 수용의도)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual model for the tourism application of the block chain consensus construct and to test the intention of technology acceptance of potential consumers. First, we have tried to investigate the security, reliability, functionality was derived. Secondary, structural validation of the proposed model confirmed the factors influencing the acceptance of block chain technology in terms of consumers. Based on this, we apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to evaluate. Individual innovation and block-chain technology have a strong causal relationship with the proposed block chain acceptance intentions based on the Hybrid Block Chain Consensus system, which shows strong innovation and strong cognitive status. In addition, the factors directly affecting the acceptance of block-chain are the benefits expected from the block chain, the technical infrastructure required to use the service, the perceived benefits available. The influence of the surrounding environment on the adoption of technology and ease of use on new technology did not affect the acceptance intention significantly.

기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 통합기술수용이론 기반의 기술수용요인이 인지된 혜택과 농업드론서비스 사용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 전국에 거주하는 농산업 종사자를 대상으로 수집된 324부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22와 PROCESS macro v3.4를 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 기술수용요인은 노력기대와 실용적 혜택 간의 관계를 제외하고 인지된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 농업드론서비스 사용의도에는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인지된 혜택은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 혜택은 성과기대를 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하고, 편의적 혜택은 사회적 영향을 제외한 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 실용적 혜택은 기술수용요인과 사용의도 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변수인 혁신저항은 편의적 혜택과 사용의도 간의 영향력만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업드론서비스의 활용성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 농업이나 드론 관련 교육 이수자 또는 드론자격증 소지자를 대상으로 실증분석이 필요하며 조사대상도 지역별로 균등하게 조사할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 변인들을 추가하는 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Consumer's Demands for the T-Commerce By the Technology Adoption Types (소비자의 기술혁신수용 유형에 따른 T-Commerce 수요도)

  • The purpose of study is to investigate the customer oriented transaction environment for the customers' convenience, the plan of public policy in regard to the customer oriented T-Commerce, and the consumption pattern of customers' commercial transaction, necessary for the marketing strategy by analyzing the demand for the T-Commerce with the purchase intention and maximum willingness to pay according to the demographic factors, the pattern of commercial transaction, and the technology innovation types. The results showed that there were statistically significant relations between consumer's willingness price to pay for the T-commerce and the consumer's technology adoption types, monthly internet shopping amounts, and weekly TV-home shopping hours. The simulations on a basis of multiple regression analysis for the T-commerce were illustrated by those factors.

Acceptance of the Smart Clothing According to Trend and Information Innovation (유행혁신성과 정보혁신성에 따른 스마트의류 수용)

  • This study is to examine the effect of the purchase intention toward smart clothing on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence, and the moderating effect of the customers' characteristics like the trend and information innovation. After pictures about the smart clothing for biometric measurement were provided, 256 questionnaires targeted at 20s were gathered. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment had an positive effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Second, interactions between perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence and trend innovation had an effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Finally, interactions between perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and social influence and information innovation had an influence on the purchase intention of smart clothing. This study can provide various guidelines for researches and companies relative to smart clothing.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.
