Purpose : This purpose of this study was to improve the Image of Occupation Therapy for developing profession of Occupation Therapy. Method : The subjects in this study were Dep. of Occupational Therapy Students of University located in Gwang-ju chonnam. After collecting 340 evaluation forms, 316 analyzed and compared them, excluding unanswered or damaged forms. Conclusion : 1) The Image of Occupation Therapy in Dep. of Occupational Therapy Students(M=3.676) was positively perceived. 2) Factor analysis on instrument was conducted that four constructions of professional, social, devotion, and job images. Among four images of Occupation Therapy, professional image was most highly perceived(M=3.925), which were followed by devotion image(M=3.84), job images(M=3.774), and social image(M=3.160). 3) There is no statistical difference of Occupation Therapy image between grade levels.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and convergence factors of hospital administrative staff. During the survey period from From May 1st to May 31st, 2019, anonymous self-administered responses to 212 administrative staffs of 19 hospitals randomly selected in J area were used as analysis data. According to hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the higher the ego-resiliency, the higher the organizational loyalty, and the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the emotional intelligence, and their explanatory power was 43.0%. Based on these analysis results, efforts are needed to increase ego-resiliency, increase organizational loyalty, and increase organizational commitment in order to increase the emotional intelligence of hospital administrative jobs. The above results are expected to be applied to industrial health education and job management in the future at hospitals to enhance emotional intelligence of hospital administrative staffs. Future research requires the establishment and analysis of a structural equation model that affects the emotional intelligence of hospital administrative staffs.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between job calling consciousness and job enthusiasm for the development of marine police izations and individuals. A study was conducted on 136 Korea Cost Guard officials. Sub-variables of vocational calling consciousness consisted of transcendent calling, the existence of purpose and meaning, and pro-social-oriented motivation, and job enthusiasm consisted of vitality, immersion, and dedication. As a result of the verification, it was found that transcendent calling, purpose, and meaning, which are sub-variables of occupational calling recognized by Korea Cost Guard officials, have a positive (+) effect on vitality, and commitment. However, it was found that pro-social-oriented motivation did not affect vitality, commitment, and immersion. Through the analysis results, practical implications of the maritime police ization were proposed.

It is necessary to investigate the relationship between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, organizational commitment, and emotional intelligence of hospital administrative staff and the effect of these factors on emotional intelligence. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between these factors and emotional intelligence and identified the convergence effect on emotional intelligence in hospital administrative staff. The subjects of the survey were randomly selected 212 administration staffs at 19 hospitals selected from the J area. The data collection was conducted for about a month from May 1 to 31, 2019. The form of the questionnaire used structured anonymous self-administered responses. Emotional intelligence showed a positive correlation between ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment. According to the analysis, efforts to enhance ego-resiliency, organizational loyalty, and organizational commitment are needed to increase the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. The findings may be used as basic materials for hospital job management and industrial health education that will raise the emotional intelligence of hospital administration staffs. Future research needs to investigate additional factors related to emotional intelligence and various emotional factors of hospital administrative staff.

TThe National Cemetery is a space for realizing patriotism at the national level to honor the will of those who gave their lives for the country and to permanently venerate their loyalty and merit. The purpose of the establishment of the national cemetery is to imitate the spirit of patriotism that was sacrificed for the country and people. The state distinguishes between private death and public death as a sacrifice for the state. Furthermore, we carefully manage deaths that are classified as public. National cemeteries are the institutional space for managing such public deaths. With respect for devotion and discipline, the standards for burial and commemoration should not be based on status or class. In a national cemetery, shifting the degree of courtesy and priorities to devotion and discipline will become a true patriotism system in a democratic society. First of all, it is time to honor those who have died and those who have dedicated themselves to the restoration of national sovereignty as the highest and highest priority. This is the key to resolving the conflict that our national cemetery is experiencing and gaining public sympathy. This study is based on the premise that the national cemetery is insufficient as an open memorial space and historical space loved by the people. In addition, the implications and applicability of national cemeteries are reviewed through domestic and foreign excellent cases and high-quality and eco-friendly national cemetery construction cases in advanced countries.

Purpose: The present study identified the determinants in the development of intrapreneurial intention in small and medium-sized local hospitals. A careful literature review led to the development of a conceptual model which identified two types of employee competence-individual competence and managerial competence-to influence intrapreneurial orientation positively. It was hypothesized that intrapreneurial orientation predicts intrapreneurial intention and is mediated by intrapreneurial commitment. Methodology/Approach: The target population was chosen from two medical institutions of 'D' Hospital and 'E' Geriatric Hospital in Changwon City, South Korea. Samples were collected from 299 respondents who completed a structured questionnaire. Findings: The results from a structural equation modeling statistical analysis indicated that (1) individual competence and managerial competence positively and significantly predict intrapreneurial orientation, (2) intrapreneurial orientation positively and significantly influences intrapreneurial intention, (3) intrapreneurial commitment partially mediates the relation of intrapreneurial orientation to intrapreneurial intention, and (4) the mediation effect of intrapreneurial commitment was significant in the medical-personnel group, but not in the non-medical group. Practical Implications: Overall findings from the present work provide vital insights into understanding the preconditions for developing employee intrapreneurship in small and medium-sized local hospitals.
