Impacts of Choice Attribute of Christian Musicals upon Viewing Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention Afterwards (기독교뮤지컬의 선택속성이 관람만족과 관람 후 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper is designed to address the extent of impacts that religious musicals may have upon on audience in contrast to the mainstream musicals by exploring choice attributes of Christian musicals, which are based on the stories of the Bible. Through empirical analysis, the paper shows that there is positive correlation between choice attributes and viewing satisfaction, while explaining choice attributes' impact on behavioral intention of audience, typically in word-or-mouth intention. It further shows that choice attribute of Christian musicals have direct positive impacts on both of behavioral and word-of-mouth intentions, which revisit intention is positively related to its reputation and the performance place. This study's significance lies in the use of Christian musicals to explore the complex interactions between choice attributes and audiences' behavioral intentions afterwards. However, it will also further benefit if future research include further mediating, control variable, including non-Christians.

Effects of Regret in Consumer Failure Situation: Moderation of Self-Compassion (소비자 실패 상황에서 후회의 효과: 자기자비의 조절 효과)

  • In this study, we examined whether the intention to choose varies according to the experience of the regret of consumers when experiencing a failure in the status quo or non-status quo, and how self-compassion plays a moderating role in this relationship. A experiment was conducted to achieve the purpose of the study. First, this study also confirmed that regret was a mediator between dissatisfaction with choice outcomes and behavioral intentions. Second, like previous studies, this study confirmed the effect of status quo in general. However, it can be seen that the effect depend on self-compassion. Or, the regrets of those with high self-compassion and their future behavioral intentions did not change significantly whether it was wrong due to maintaining on or changing of the status quo. On the other hand, those with low self-compassion showed the bigger differences, so they were typically showing the status quo effect.

Effects of Service Conveniences on Perceived Value and Customer Voluntary Behavioral Intention in Family Restaurants (패밀리레스토랑의 서비스편의성이 지각된 가치 및 자발적 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to investigate effects of service conveniences on perceived value and customer voluntary behavioral intention in family restaurants. We categorized service conveniences in five dimensions (i.e, decision, access, transaction, benefit, and post-benefit). We considered perceived value as having three parts, namely functional, emotional, and social. We also specified three segments of customer voluntary behavioral intention as participation, cooperation, and loyalty. The results showed that service conveniences such as transaction convenience, post-benefit convenience, and benefit convenience have an influence on functional value as a perceived value, but no effect from decision convenience and acceptability[this is a new variable to me]. In addition, access and benefit conveniences affect social value. When it comes to the effects of perceived value on customer voluntary behavioral intention, social value was found to affect participation and loyalty, while functional value appeared to influence cooperation.

  • The purpose of this study is to promote package tourism. The value perceived as a sub-factor of tourism motivation and inducement was divided into emotional and functional values. And the variables of tourism constraints, satisfaction and behavior were addedly presented. The analysis proved that all factors have a positive effect on perceived values (emotional and functional) of the sub-factors of tourism motivation (daily escape, harmony, service appeal, convenience). The perceived value (emotional and functional) has also established a positive impact on the satisfaction, and tourism restrictions have been proven to have a negative impact on satisfaction and behavior intention. Finally, it was confirmed that there was a positive relationship between the two variables of satisfaction and behavior. Based on these research results, the implications and future research directions were presented, and it could be useful for promoting package tourism.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between conflicts, organizational citizenship behaviors, and behavioral intentions in order to achieve research objectives. Based on this study, hypotheses were established and the implications and implications of these results were sought. First, the relationship conflicts of hotel employees have significant relationship to organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the relationship conflicts of hotel employees have a meaningful relation to the behavioral intention. Third, organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees has a meaningful relationship with behavioral intention. As the results show, the company seeks for profit but it is also another way for employees to stay in one job and to make an opportunity to contribute value to the company. As the relationship between the individual conflicts, organizational citizenship behaviors, and behavioral intentions, how to solve the conflict problem is the task of the hotel company based on the human resources. Future research and limitations are needed for the efficiency of this study, but it is necessary to specify samples and specimens through an in-depth review of the specimens.

  • This study examined the environmental consciousness and behaviors of University students for the Eco-campus and assessed the impact of environmental consciousness and behavior on the eco-tourism participation intention. Students of Eco-Campus Silla University in Busan were evaluated using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study showed that they had an interest in environmental problems. In addition, the environmental consciousness and behavior factors affected the eco-tourism participation intention. These results suggest that more reinforced and improved environmental education should be offered by universities to reveal the importance of the environment.

  • 과거의 공항은 공공성에 중심을 두었다면 현재는 상업성에 중심을 둔 공항의 개념으로 변모해 가고 있다. 이에 전 세계 공항들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 수익창출에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 세계 공항들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 항공수익이 아닌 비항공수익을 통해 이익을 창출하고 있다. 비항공수익인 공항면세점의 비중은 점점 커지고 있으나, 국내외로 공항면세점에 대한 연구가 그리 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 공항면세점의 현황을 파악하고, 단기간 마케팅 전략인 판매촉진을 활용하여 공항면세점을 활성화 시키고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 먼저 공항면세점에서 이용 가능한 판매촉진 유형에 대해 개념 정의를 내려 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 살핀 후 행동의도까지의 관계를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 의미 있는 변수들을 추출한 후 분석결과를 토대로 마케팅 시사점을 파악하고 향후 고객행동의 추세 및 변화를 반영하여 공항면세점의 운영 자료로서 활용되고자 하는 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 공항면세점 이용객 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시한 후 이용객이 지각하는 판매촉진이 고객만족에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가, 그 결과 행동의도에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

The Mediating Effect of Trust and Customer-Company Identification(CCID) on the relationship between Service Quality, CSR and Behavioral Intention in Insurance Company (보험회사의 서비스 품질, 사회적 책임활동과 고객행동의도 간의 관계에서의 신뢰 및 고객-기업동일시의 매개효과)

  • This research examines empirically the causal relationship among service quality, CSR, trust, customer-company identification(=CCID), customer's behavioral intention as well as the mediating effect of trust and CCID on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention in insurance industry. With this background, this study conducted a statistical analysis based on survey data collected from insurance customers. The result of this empirical study is as follows. First, insurance company's CSR activity has a positive impact on customer's trust and customer-company Identification( =CCID). Second, both customer's trust and CCID have positive and significant effect on customer's behavioral intention. Third, we also find that both trust and CCID has a mediating effect on the relationship between service quality, CSR and customer's behavioral intention. This research shows that CSR activity of insurance company can enhance both customer's trust and CCID, in turn, when CSR activity and service quality is mediated by customer's trust and customer-company identification, it could be linked to customer's behavioral intention such as repurchasing, positive WOM(=word of mouth). This study is likely to contribute to CSR and service marketing research of insurance company.

How Entrepreneurial Mindset of Office Workers Affects Entrepreneurial Intention: Roles of Social Capital and State-action Orientation (직장인의 기업가형 마인드셋이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본을 매개, 유지-행동성향을 조절변수로)

  • The majority of previous research on start-ups consist of research on leading variables that affect the entrepreneurial intention related to start-ups established by young people, college students or senior citizens, and the influencing relationships regarding start-ups in the sense of their form such as independent start-ups, franchising start-ups, small business start-ups, etc. It is difficult to find research on entrepreneurial intention targeting office workers. This study investigates the question of how office workers' entrepreneurial mindset affects their entrepreneurial intentions, focusing on mediating role of social capital and moderating role of state-action orientation. We use survey data to empirically test the relationships between the variables in question. This study finds the presence of the positive effect of entrepreneurial mindset on social capital that significantly promotes entrepreneurial intention, demonstrating mediating role of social capital. We understand the existence of moderator, action state, showing that entrepreneurial intention is affected by interaction of entrepreneurial mindset and action state, not entrepreneurial mindset alone. We propose some policy implications based on the results of this study, and lists the limitations of the study.

거울 뉴런 시스템의 모방적 동기화 및 학습 기능 기반 HRI 응용 기술 개발

  • 인간의 행동을 통해 내재된 의도를 인식하고 그 의도에 대응하는 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 능력을 로봇에게 부여하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 모방적 동기화 및 학습에 의한 인간-로봇 상호작용(Human-Robot Interaction, HRI) 시스템의 개발이 주목받고 있다. 하지만 인간이 관찰과 모방을 통해 목적을 가진 행동을 학습하는 과정은 감각 정보를 대응하는 운동 정보로 연계하고 모방 주체와 모방 대상 간의 물리적 상태의 차이를 보정하고 관측된 행동에 내재된 의도 또는 목표를 이해하는 복잡한 메커니즘 단계의 연속이기 때문에 이를 수행하기 위한 기술개발이 필요하다. 본고에서는 실제 인간이 수행하는 모방적 동기화 및 학습에 관여하는 것으로 추정되는 거울뉴런 시스템에 대하여 소개하고 이를 HRI 시스템에 활용하기 위해 개발된 선행 기술 동향을 논하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구실에서 관련하여 진행해온 관련 연구를 통해 현재 거울 뉴런 시스템의 발전 정도와 향후 활용 방안 및 가능성을 고찰해보도록 한다.
