They worked in six long-term care hospitals located in A and B province. Data were collected from July to August 2016 and analyzed through SPSS 20.0 program, using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and pearson's correlation coefficients. As a results, first, as for the delegation of nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses, the levels of delegation of direct nursing activities were 34.63±14.12, and the level of delegation of indirect nursing activities were 1.71±1.75. Second, the mean score of nursing professionalism and the turnover intention of long-term care hospital nurses were 3.62±0.77 and 2.71±0.97, respectively. Third, the delegation of direct nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses significantly differed depending on the number of nurses in the ward and the number of caregivers in the ward. The delegation of indirect nursing activities significantly differed depending on the number of nurses in the ward, the presence of conflicts and stress related to delegation. Forth, there was no significant correlation of the delegation of nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses with nursing professionalism and with turnover intention. Most of nursing activities, were delegated to nurse aids, since there were no clear guidelines or legal procedures on nursing activities in long-term care hospital nurses. Therefore it is required to find how to clearly establish positive nursing professionalism and to develop a proper nursing manpower arrangement and the guidelines for the delegation of nursing activities in a long-term care hospital in terms of policy.

  • Internet companies that utilize social network have increased in number. The introduction of diverse social media services facilitated innovative changes in e-business. Social network service (SNS), which is a domain of social media, is a web-based service designed to strengthen human relations in the Internet and build new social relations. The remarkable growth of social network services and the profit generation and perception of this service are the new growth engines of this digital age. Given this development, many global IT companies views SNS as the most powerful form of social media. Thus, they invest efforts to develop business models using SNS.2) This study verifies the impact of privacy exposure in SNS as a result of privacy invasion. This study examines the purpose of using the SNS and user's awareness of the significance of personal information, which are key factors that affect self-disclosure of personal information. This study utilizes theory of reasoned action (TRA) to provide a theoretical platform that describes the specific behavior and emotional response of individuals. This study presents a research model that considers negative attitude (negatude). In this model, self-disclosure in SNS is considered a TRA. TRA is a subjective norm, a behavioral intention, and a key variable of exposure behavior. A survey was conducted on college students at Y university in Seoul to empirically verify the research model. The students have experiences in using SNS. A total of 198 samples were collected. Path analysis was applied to analyze the relations of factors. The results of path analysis show the statistically insignificant impact of privacy invasion on negatude, subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior. The impact of unrecognized privacy invasion was also considered insignificant. The impacts of intention to use SNS on negatude, subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior was significant. A significant impact was also found for the significance of personal information on subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior, whereas the impact on negatude was insignificant. The impact of subjective norm on behavioral intention was significant. Lastly, the impact of behavioral intention on exposure behavior was insignificant. These findings are significant because the study examined the process of self-disclosure by integrating psychological and social factors based on theoretical discussion.

  • This study attempts to set a pathway on smoking cessation behavior and to verify it by an analysis of the students who smoke. The study was performed with an analysis of the data of 160 students at N university. There were statistically significant differences among the students who desired to quit smoking (or who expressed interest in quitting smoking) in the following areas: thoughts about smoking cessation, intention to quit smoking, health promoting behavior (HPB), and depression cognitive scale (DCS) (p<.01). The student's major was also shown to have a statistically significant influence on one's intention to quit smoking (p=.034) and HPB (p=.044). As thoughts about smoking cessation increased, HPB also showed a significant increase (p<.05). Additionally, as HPB scores increased, DCS scores decreased significantly (p<.001), and thoughts about smoking cessation increased, while DCS scores decreased significantly (p=.027). This study confirmed the pathway that the intention to quit smoking influences DCS by mediating the effects of HPB and that thoughts about smoking cessation influence DCS.

  • The harmful effects of online malicious comments are continuously increasing. Many previous studies have confirmed that neutralization of malicious comments is a key predictor. Neutralization is theoretically composed of seven multidimensional concepts, and the significance of neutralization factors varies depending on the type of deviant behavior. This study focuses on the fact that the malicious comment researches have considered the neutralization techniques in a single dimension as opposed to demonstrating the multidimensional neutralization techniques in the deviant behavior research. On the other hand, the role of arbitrator in deviant behavior can contribute to restraining deviant behavior, but the research of intervention intention is relatively lacking in malicious comments research. This study, composed of two complementary studies, tried to find out the related factors of malicious comments and intervention intention. As a result of study, This study revealed that malicious commentator uses the neutralization techniques of condemn the condemners and denial of responsibility. In addition, we found that affective empathy has a significant effect on the intervention intention in malicious comments.
