As a qualitative research method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Consequently 244 meaningful sentences were selected from the collected interview data and then were sorted into 67 meaningful sentences and, consequently into 9 sub-themes. Finally four high-level themes are wrapped through the summarizing process. The first theme is motivation of caregiving. Inevitable cases are most common for caregiving their biological parents. And, general responsibilities to their parents are also deduced as a motivation of caregiving. The second theme is a psychological phenomenon of middle-aged women while they provide consistent caregiving their biological parents even though they have some troubles with their parents. The purpose of this study is to examine improvements of after-school care policy for elementary school-age children based on children's rights in the community. After-school care is important to support children right of survive and protect, as well as the right to development and participation. To support integrated child rights through the policy, local government's duty is growing in the Covid-19 world. Therefore, the main policy of out-of-school care is analyzed from the perspective of children's rights. Current after-care policy focuses on the right of protection privileges. Providing a safe facility is important, but there is a lack of policy design to expand children's options to learn by various activity which can be utilized with community resources as care contents. The role of government to this is requested to supplement accountability, fairness, democracy and public interest more than over quantitative expansion of services. This study presented an alternative based on the universal elementary care providing happy after-school hours.

Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare congenital anomalies characterized by direct communication between arteries and veins that bypass the capillary bed. AVMs may not manifest clinically until late infancy or childhood. In particular, facial AVMs can cause urgent life-threatening dental events. A 5-year-old girl without a medical history visited the hospital because of spontaneous gingival bleeding around the posterior gingival area of the lower left 2nd primary molar. Angiography through the femoral approach under general anesthesia was performed for differential diagnosis and therapeutic option. The blood flow was effectively reduced after arterial embolization alone, and there was no evidence of recurrence at the 5-month follow-up. The present study reports that embolization of the affected vessels can be a more effective and safe method than surgical resection for the treatment of AVM during the growth period.
This study seeks to verify how empathic concern and perspective-taking predict happiness by investigating the mediating effects of cognitive reappraisal. Online surveys about empathic concern, perspective-taking, cognitive reappraisal, and happiness were conducted by 336 adult subjects. First, the correlation analysis indicated that empathic concern and perspective-taking significantly predicted cognitive reappraisal and happiness, respectively. Second, cognitive reappraisal also significantly predicted happiness. Third, the cognitive reappraisal mediated the association between empathic concern and happiness and between perspective-taking and happiness. Specifically, people who emotionally and cognitively empathize with others reported higher levels of cognitive reappraisal, which allowed them to experience higher levels of happiness. These findings have confirmed that people can increase their happiness by enhancing cognitive reappraisal through emotional and cognitive empathy. Finally, the implications and limitations of the present research are discussed.

Healthy living is an essential element of human happiness. Quality eating provides the basis for life, and the health of livestock, which provides meat and dairy products, has a direct impact on human health. In the case of calves, diarrhea is the cause of all diseases. In this paper, we use a sensor to measure calf 's biometric data to diagnose calf diarrhea. The collected biometric data is subjected to a preprocessing process for use as meaningful information. We measure calf birth history and calf biometrics. The ontology is constructed by inputting environmental information of housing and biochemistry, immunity, and measurement information of human body for disease management. We will build a knowledge base for predicting calf diarrhea by predicting calf diarrhea through logical reasoning. Predict diarrhea with the knowledge base on the name of the disease, cause, timing and symptoms of livestock diseases. These knowledge bases can be expressed as domain ontologies for parent ontology and prediction, and as a result, treatment and prevention methods can be suggested.
Under copyright law, the writer' work is clearly protected, and any later producer who wishes to mount a copyrighted play or musical must obtain a license from the author, which may involve sharing royalties from the subsequent production with the author. Generally, directors do not explicitly enjoy similar legal protection for their creative input into a finished production. This Article explores the unsettled issue of copyright protection for stage direction in America. Firstly, it presents a few lawsuits on behalf of stage direction issues. It examines whether stage directions are possible for copyright protection through some pieces of articles. It looks at the contract form made by SSDC which is national labor union representing stage directors and choreographers. After all, I insist we acknowledge the copyright law and the value of copyright protection for stage directors' creative input into a performing arts production. We should devise the contract forms for stage directors which are to be applicable for each situations of productions.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to identify the effects of area-based health promotion initiatives with community participation and partnerships conducted in Sabong-Myeon, Jinju City for three years. Methods: We used data from the '2008 Sabong-Myeon Health Survey' and the '2011 Health Plus Happiness Plus Community Health Survey'. The study comprised 520 systematically sampled individuals, composed of 300 adults in 2008 and 200 adults in 2011. We compared some health behavior and mental health indicators as well as social capital levels between these two surveys. Results: The prevalences of smoking and walking exercise in 2011 were significantly higher than those in 2008. The prevalences of high risk alcohol consumption in men, stress perception, depressive symptoms experience, and suicide ideation were significantly lower than those in 2008. The proportion of people having a high level of social capital in 2011 was significantly higher than that in 2008, regardless of sex or marital status. However, the difference in the proportion was not statistically significant among people with a high educational background. Conclusions: This study suggested that the 3 years' implementation of area-based health promotion initiatives conducted in Sabong-Myeon might help to improve the mental health and social capital level of this community. The long-term health effects of area-based health promotion initiatives with community participation and partnerships need to be studied further, and lessons from these initiatives can be obtained by adapting proper evaluation methods.
