This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of the key factors of Smart Factory on management performance through internal environmental factors in small and medium enterprises'. The purpose of the research is to verify that the implementation of a Smart Factory affects the performance of management and contribute to the continued development of the company, and to suggest the national policy of expanding the deployment of a Smart Factory. The procedures were surveyed by working-level officials of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with a Smart Factory and statistically analyzed with the SPSS and SMART PLS. The results of the study showed that first, the environmental factors within the company had a positive effect on the key components of the Smart Factory. Second, the key factor in Smart Factory has had a positive impact on management performance. The above evidence shows that the key factors in smart factory considering the environmental factors of an enterprise affect its management performance, thus laying the theoretical foundation for the performance of smart factory construction. In the future, we will study how to build a Smart Factory.

This study aims to review previous research on the key elements of an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and establish their priorities in order to help relevant stakeholders build and invigorate an ecosystem that integrates blockchain technology with the digital content industry. To achieve this goal, we first structured the key elements identified from previous studies into a hierarchy model. We then assigned weighted values to each element using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Among the main elements, the priorities were identified as follows, from most important to least: Business (0.422) > Technology (0.172) > Contents (0.144) > Human Resources (0.104) > Institutions (0.099) > Token (0.059). With regard to the sub-elements, the weighted values were found to be as follows, in descending order: Probability (0.162) > Laws and Regulations (0.071) > Estimated Growth (0.063). The implications of the results are also described within the present study. The findings of this study will be of great value to ICO founders as well as investors and provide a much-needed academic basis for the burgeoning blockchain-integrated ecosystems and businesses.

조직 전반에 걸쳐 급격한 변화를 초래하는 경영혁신작업의 성공요인을 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 자금력, 기술력, 인적자원이 부족한 중소기업을 대상으로 실증적인 검증과정을 거쳐 성공요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 목적이 있다. 첫째, 경영혁식작업을 성공적으로 이끄는 조직.관리적인 요인들을 조사했다. 분석대상요인들은 조직구조, 문화, 최고경영자의 의지 그리고 경영혁신작업을 지원하기 위한 관리제도상의 변화 등이 포함된다. 두 번째의 목적은 "상대적인 성공"과 "상대적인 실패" 집단으로 분류하여 조사된 성공요인 중에서 어느 요인이 핵심 성공요인인지를 나타내고자 한다. 또한 , 핵심성공요인으로 판별함수를 도출한 후 성공과 실패집단분류에 대한 적중률이 얼마나 되는지를 조사하였다. 한국의 44개 중소기업을 대상으로 한 연구결과, 성공요인으로는 자율적인 기업문화, 최고 경영자의 의지 그리고 관리제도상의 변화로 나타났다. 특히,최고 경영자의 의지와 관리제도상의변화가 핵심성공요인으로 확인되었다.의변화가 핵심성공요인으로 확인되었다.

In recent years, the quality and safety requirements in the shipping industries have been more stringent than the previous requirements. It is essential to effective quality management system which can cope with a change in shipping business environment and improve shipping service performance to get competitiveness in the international shipping market. This study on the focus of the Korean shipping company which provides shipping transportation service examined following issues. First, how each of the key factors of ISO 9001 quality management affects service performance, internal customer satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, how the internal customer satisfaction affects service performance and customer orientation. Third, customer orientation affects service performance.

본 연구에서는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture:EA)의 운영 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 EA의 핵심성공요인과 EA 전담조직의 역할을 선정하였으며, 특히 EA 전담조직의 중요성을 증명하고자 한다. 구체적으로 EA 관리 및 운영단계에서의 핵심성공요인을 기반적, 문화적, 제도적의 세 요인으로 분류하였고, EA 전담조직의 역할은 계획관리, 체계관리, 인적자원관리, 정보관리, 위험관리의 다섯 가지 분류로 나누어 각각의 요인이 EA 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구는 국내 기업의 대다수를 차지하고 있는 중소기업 중 기술과 연관성이 깊은 제조 분야의 종사자를 대상으로 기업과정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 핵심요인이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사해보았다. 특히 기업가정신의 핵심요인과 개인적 특성이 기회역량을 매개로 하였을 때 창업의도에 어떠한 유의미한 연관성을 설명해 줄 것인지 그리고 창업의도에 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 어떠한 조절적 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고 제조분야 중소기업 창업 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책 설정에 시사점을 제공할 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 장치산업과 관련된 제조분야 중소기업 종사자 292명을 대상으로 2020년 5월 설문 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 각종 통계분석과 방정식을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 기업가정신의 핵심요인 중 진취성과 개인적 특성 중 하나인 내재적 통제 요인이 반복적으로 결과에 영향을 미치지 못하였는데, 이는 실제 창업 이전단계에서 나타날 수 있는 특성으로 구분할 수 있으며, 혁신성 또한 창업 전, 후로 구분하여 연구해야 할 필요성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신의 핵심변수인 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 중 진취성을 제외한 요인이 기회역량에 영향을 미치며, 개인적 특성의 하위변수인 자기효능감, 내재적 통제, 모호성에 대한 인내 중 내재적 통제 요인만이 기회역량에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 기회역량의 하위변수인 기회인식과 평가는 모두 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신과 개인적 특성에 대한 하위요인과 창업의도 사이에서 기회역량의 매개 여부를 조사하였는데, 진취성과 내재적 통제 요인이 기각되었으며, 혁신성은 기회역량 중 기회인식만이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공기업의 기술개발지원사업(R&D)이 창업의도를 조절하는데 유의미한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합하면 기업가정신과 개인적 특성은 실제로 창업이 일어나는 전, 후로 구분하여 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 한다는 점을 보여주고 있으며, 제조분야의 창업 활성화를 위한 정책을 수립하는 데 있어 효과적인 자료로 활용될 수 있는데 본 연구가 기여하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

국내 제 3세대 이동통신은 동기식인 cdma를 기반으로 무선인터넷과 멀티미디어 서비스가 제공되고 있으며 비동기식인 W-CDMA의 상용화가 전개되고 있다. 그런데 동기식과 달리 W-CDMA 서비스는 시장 불확실성, 유효수요 부족, 급격한 기술진화, 사업의지 및 전략 미흡, 경쟁서비스와 차별성 부족, 킬러 애플리케이션의 부재로 인하여 사업성이 불투명한 실정이다. 이에 본 글에서는 W-CDMA 서비스를 중심으로 제 3세대 이동통신의 본격적인 시장확산을 위한 성장동인이 되는 촉진요인과 당면과제가 되는 장애요인을 종합하여 핵심요인을 기술하였다. 그리고 다른 서비스와의 차별화 요인을 도출하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하였다.

The biggest change in modern society because we will transition to a ubiquitous environment. Changes in the environment has become a crucial instrument that finally opens the era of convergence management through integrating the various fields in their own business. The desire of consumers to new innovative products appears to be a constant thing companies are constantly trying to respond to these changes, there may not be a problem for the convergence of sustainability management company in the end. In this study, based on the convergence of corporate management need to be a fusion component of corporate management to examine whether any impact on the quality of innovation. Results showed that the fusion management components that affect both internal factors and external factors, core factors quality improvement. Internal factors detailed in the convergence management leadership, risk management factors showed a positive external factors affecting appeared to affect positively the knowledge-sharing factors, infrastructure factors. Finally, core factor is technology factors, educational learning factors showed a positive impact. This results suggest that be a big impact factors of competitiveness of enterprises through convergence management in the future and will serve as the strategic basis for the convergence of future corporate management.

정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별, 기관별로 구축 운영 중인 전산시설, 운영인력 등 정보자원을 통합하여 공동활용체계를 구축하는 대표적인 전자정부사업이다. 2006년부터 단계별 통합을 추진하는 과정에서 다양한 IT 거버넌스 이슈들(issues)이 잠재되어 있다. 따라서 효과적인 IT 거버넌스를 구현하기 위해서는 이슈별 핵심성공요인들(CSFs)을 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 공공부문에서 IT 거버넌스의 핵심성공요인을 다룬 연구들은 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰과 전문가 패널의 의견수렴을 통해 정부통합전산센터의 IT 거버넌스 핵심성공요인들을 도출한 후 정책적, 실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부통합전산센터의 효과적인 IT 거버넌스 구현에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
