Basic nursing, the course for the nursing students to experience nursing practice before going on to th clinical practice, and is crucial for solving health-related problems of patients. This study is a descriptive research study to analyze the impact factors associated with nursing students' basic nursing skill competency. In this study, total 181 subjects participants, and by using a structured questionnaire. Data were collected by self-written questionnaire method. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Of the general characteristics of the subjects, the difference in basic nursing competency was found according to admission motive, major satisfaction, and interest in practice. Critical thinking disposition and the degree of self-training aid influenced performance of basic nursing skills by nursing students, and these variables explained 23.8% of the total variance of basic nursing skills performance. These findings suggest, in order to improve performance of basic nursing skills in nursing students, it is necessary to use various teaching methods that help improve critical thinking and relevant curriculum that promote self-practice.

This study was performed to examine the effect of convergence-based simulation education on the problem solving ability and self-efficacy and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance for nursing students. A non equivalent control group post-test only design was utilized(experimental group(n=97), control group (n=87)). Data were analyzed using independent t-test, Chi-square test and Pearson's correlation. The scores of the problem solving ability(t=-2.04, p=.043) and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(t=5.31, p<.001) were higher than those of the experimental group than control group. It is necessary to find ways to iterative and convergent research that verifies the continuous development and effectiveness of various courses.

The purpose of this study is to identify the correlations among learning self-efficacy, confidence in performance, perception of importance and transfer intention for core basic nursing skill in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 2nd grade students at a nursing university. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, the transfer intention had a correlation with the learning self-efficacy (r=.49, p<.001), confidence in performance (r=.30, p=.006), perception of the importance (r=.31, p=.005). The results of this study suggest that further research is necessary to verify the causal relationship between the transfer intention and the related variables in order to develop an effective education program for promoting the transfer intention.

In this research, we applied the problem-based learning (PBL) on a college computer system programming course and analyzed how it affected students' academic achievement and job essential skills. After course contents analysis, we divided the course into three subsections and provided three problems for each subsection. For measuring the effect on academic achievement, we compared with scores of the previous year's students. For job essential skills, we used Korea collegiate essential skills assessment (K-CESA) operated by Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Students took the test twice before and after the course. Results showed that PBL has positive effects on both academic achievement and job essential skills.

The aims of this article are analyzing the job of healthy family supporter for culture work and understanding their core and development competency. As a result, the primary job of healthy family supporter for culture work is planning culture and volunteer work with family program, their core competencies are understanding of daily life and culture, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, problem-solving and social skills and development competencies are planning and evaluation program, word processing skill, creative thinking and problem-solving.

It is needed to provide a supplicated and standardized training program for hospital coordinators to boost their competencies as professionals. The purpose of this study was to propose a standardized training program for hospital coordinators especially trained at private institutions. Using DACUM method, with 11 professionals, we first developed competencies required for hospital coordinators. They were service mind, attitude, MOT(Moment of Truth) & phone-call etiquette, communication skill, customer behavior, basic medical terminology, insurance, computer skills, etc. Finally, we proposed a standardized training program for hospital coordinators which covers 16 subject areas.

미래사회가 요구하는 창의융합형 인재 육성을 위한 기초소양 함양을 위해 소프트웨어 교육이 의무화되는 등 컴퓨팅 사고력과 지능정보사회에 필요한 핵심역량인 협력적 문제해결력의 향상을 위한 소프트웨어 교육에서의 교수 학습 방법이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 감성적 사고와 창의적 사고력의 균형을 추구하는 디자인 사고와 실생활 맥락적 문제를 해결하는 메이커 활동을 결합한 디자인 사고 기반 메이커교육을 소프트웨어 교육에 적용하여 초등학생의 협력적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 디자인 사고기반 메이커 교육의 학습효과를 밝히고, 초등학교 수업에서 다른 교과목과 융합한 소프트웨어 교육의 적용방법에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

'증거기반 교육'은 개인적 경험이나 성공 사례, 그리고 전통적인 속설보다는 과학적 연구결과와 근거가 중심이 되는 교육이다. 증거기반 창업 교육은 기존 속설과 믿음, 단편적 성공 사례로 인해 고착된 인지 편향을 완화시켜 중립적인 시각을 견지할 수 있으며, 직관과 경험을 넘어 데이터와 연구 결과에 의해 의사결정을 하는 분석적 자질을 연마하는데 기여한다. 본 논문은 현재 국내의 증기기반 창업교육의 현주소를 명확히 파악하기 위하여 1999년부터 2021년 출판된 49권의 창업교육 대학 교재를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 모든 도서의 내용을 1)창업기초, 2)비즈니스모델, 3)마케팅계획, 4)재무계획, 5)운영계획, 6)창업유형, 7)절차 및 제도의 각 7가지 기준으로 구분하고, 각각 사례, 단순통계, 변인 통계, 선행 연구의 비중을 분석하였다. 분석결과 증거의 핵심인 선행연구의 비중은 전체 교재의 총 분량 중 11.25%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 Charlier(2011)의 MBA 교과목 대상으로 조사한 결과와 유사한 값이다.

In a rapidly changing IT and business management environment the demand for competent IS personnels is increasing. However, it is ironic that the number of IT and IS majors has sharply decreased as well as the widespread skepticism of IS identity. This research suggests directions to differentiate MIS to other IT majors, diversify IS core competency and make general improvements in MIS curriculum. The research recommend the courses of IS Strategy and policy, ITA/EA, Global IT Management, Emerging Technologies, DW/DM, BI, IT Service Science, Project Management, IT Consulting and integrated capstone which are few in Kore universities. This research also stress the course of soft skills like business communication, team building, analytic/logical thinking, rational problem solving and so on as a important IS competency. The pedagogy of course is important, so the research recommend the internship, mentoring programme, lecturers in industry according to industrial - educational cooperation.

This research was conducted to provide standardization method for new dental hygiene curriculum by identifying the overlapping of education content of the Department of Dental Hygiene and analytic syllabus. To complement these overlapping education programs, I would like to make some proposals. First, unified course shall be provided by compromising specific terms of overlapping subject, overlapping curriculums for the necessary skills required for job analysis of dental hygienist and overlapping class time. This shall increase the efficiency the class time and required curriculums. Next, proactive and continuos research for standardized approach to the Department of Dental Hygiene education content is necessary and Dental Hygiene academic circle shall build trust.
