The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between job calling consciousness and job enthusiasm for the development of marine police izations and individuals. A study was conducted on 136 Korea Cost Guard officials. Sub-variables of vocational calling consciousness consisted of transcendent calling, the existence of purpose and meaning, and pro-social-oriented motivation, and job enthusiasm consisted of vitality, immersion, and dedication. As a result of the verification, it was found that transcendent calling, purpose, and meaning, which are sub-variables of occupational calling recognized by Korea Cost Guard officials, have a positive (+) effect on vitality, and commitment. However, it was found that pro-social-oriented motivation did not affect vitality, commitment, and immersion. Through the analysis results, practical implications of the maritime police ization were proposed.

안전한 선박운항과 해양사고 예방을 위해서는 선박소유자를 비롯한 해운회사 경영진의 안전의식 내재화와 안전을 최우선으로 생각하는 인식의 변화가 요구된다. 그러나 해양사고 예방을 위한 교육은 주로 선박운항 종사자를 대상으로 시행되고 있고 안전의 최고 의사결정자인 선사의 경영진을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램은 부족한 상황이다. 이에 해양수산부에서는 2015년부터 선사 CEO 해양안전리더 교육을 실시하고 있다. 이 교육의 대상은 해운선사의 경영진이며 안전에 대한 이론, 실무, 타 회사의 안전경영 사례 등을 공유하여 교육수료자가 해양안전 리더로서 선도적으로 안전경영을 해나가도록 유도하고 안전문화를 정착시키는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라사 교육 프로그램의 내용과 교육대상자의 교육만족도는 향후 교육 프로그램의 개선, 발전을 위해 중요한 사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양안전리더 교육 프로그램의 만족도를 조사하여 분석함으로써 교육과정 개선 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 아무리 강조해서 지나치지 않는 안전을 중요시 하는 우리나라는 각종 재난 사고가 많이 발생한다. 이는 안전의식이 결여되었기에 발생하는 사고들이다. 특히 안전사고와 관련해 다사다난한 일들이 많이 있는데 책임감을 비롯한 본인과 타인의 안전의식 결여로 일어난 문제들이다. 우리나라는 재난에 좀 더 현명하고 안전하게 대처하기 위해서 사전의 적극적인 예방과 사고 후의 빠른 조치, 건전한 안전의식 함양이 필요하다. 2014년 4월 16일 세월호 침몰 사고로 수백 명의 사상자를 낸 대형 참사를 계기로 국민들의 해난(해양사고) 안전에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 위기상황 속에서 당황하지 않고 올바르고 안전한 판단으로 신속히 대피 할 수 있도록 미리 체험하는 안전체험교육시설을 통해 체계적인 대비로 인명피해를 줄이기 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구는 해난(해양사고)로 인한 인명피해 위험도의 관리기법을 수립하고 재난 관리 체계 중 대비(Preparedness)에 중점을 두고 체험교육을 통해 어떤 효과가 있는지 설문조사를 실시하여 연령대별 체험자들의 반응을 토대로 가상적인 방법을 적용한 인명피해 위험도 저감효과를 분석한다. 국내 여수 해양경비안전교육원에서 올해부터 한국해양소년단연맹과 협업하여 '바다로 캠프' (해양안전 체험 프로그램)를 운영하여 위기 대응 훈련을 실시 할 계획이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육원 대상자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

자율운항선박을 위한 충돌회피 알고리즘은 여러 연구자들을 통해 다양한 방식으로 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연안 지역 특성 및 선박운항자의 의식을 기반으로 한 해상교통위험도 평가 모델인 PARK Model을 적용하여 충돌회피 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이렇게 개발된 충돌회피 알고리즘은 자율운항선박과 사람이 동시에 항해하는 과도기에 선박운항자의 의식을 반영한 충돌회피를 수행하여 다른 선박운항자들에게 이질감 및 부담감을 주지않을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 충돌회피 알고리즘은 PARK Model 위험도를 기반으로 COLREGS 규정을 반영하여 회피동작을 수행하며, 여러 규모의 선박을 대상으로 마주치는 상황, 횡단하는 상황, 추월하는 상황과 이들이 복합적으로 발생하는 상황에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과 모두 충돌을 회피할 수 있었다. 또한, 과거 AIS Data를 이용한 실해역 시뮬레이션 실험에서도 충돌회피를 수행하여 본 충돌회피 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하였다.

천혜의 자연조건을 갖출 목포항을 세계적 미항으로 가꾸기 위한 운동이 전개되고 있다. 이미 대불산업단지가 목포항 주변에 위치하고 있으며 영산강 하구둑이 건설되어 있다. 최근에는 남악신도시가 건설 중이고, 목포-고하도 연육교 건설이 계획되고 있어서 목포항 미관 조성과 환경보전에 시민의 참여와 관심이 모아지고 있다. 그래서 천혜의 목포항을 세계적 수준의 아름다운 항구로 가꾸기 위한 목포시민의 환경보전 실천방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 $\ulcorner$희망찬 미항 목포 가꾸기 운동$\\lrcorner$ 을 검토하고 시민을 대상으로 환경설문조사를 통하여 시민의 환경의식 수준을 확인한 후, 이를 바탕으로 환경보전 시민실천방안을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consciousness of marine safety, re-participation behavior of marine safety virtual reality experience education. For the study, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education were surveyed from July to August 2020. Specifically, all participants were NakDanbo Water leisure center and Song-do Marine leisure center. A total of 300 participants were sampled using convenience sampling method, but 253 were finally used in the data analysis excepting incomplete or faithless questionnaires. the data analysis was conducted through frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis, simple and Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on consciousness of marine safety. Secondly, participants in marine safety virtual reality experience education positive impact on had a significant effect on re-participation behavior intention. Lastly, consciousness of marine safety had positive effects on re-participation behavior intention.

The ocean education in Korea is very weak even though Korea is the $5^{th}$ strongest country in maritime fields. This research figured out the ocean education status of Korea and some educationally advanced foreign countries, and developed modular ocean education programs to handle ocean education systematically and efficiently. Especially, the research presented the modular ocean education programs which are focused on Busan metropolitan city. Also, this suggested the ocean education courses which are composed of the correlated education modules to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the ocean education. These results are expected to be important motives to make the foundation for follow-up business of ocean education as well as contribute to foster ocean consciousness and revitalize the ocean education by expanding the ocean education from Busan to whole country.

In the current situation where clearly the ship officer is avoiding boarding, the purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of onboard training in shipping companies during the COVID-19 situation and to suggest plans to improve onboard training. Furthermore, by improving satisfaction, students of maritime university can improve their career awareness as a ship officer in the future. The survey was conducted with the cadets of Mokpo Maritime University after completion of onboard training in shipping companies. The questionnaire contains seven factors: education administration, education contents, officer, facility, education ef ect, education satisfaction and career awareness. The survey analysis results indicated that the satisfaction with education administration and education effect was relatively low, and the satisfaction differed by gender and vessel type. In addition, hypothesis verification revealed that the education contents did not have a positive effect on education satisfaction and career awareness. Furthermore, a great correlation existed between education satisfaction and career awareness. We suggested that education and promotion must be improved before onboard training. In addition, the officer must be educated on the method to teach cadets and establish a training plan such that the officer can systematically guide the cadets with an educator mindset.
