A Study on the Analysis of Port Redevelopment Conditions and Development Plan in Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port : Focusing on the redevelopment of ports in Dangjin (평택·당진항의 항만 재개발 여건분석 및 발전방안에 관한 연구: 당진지역 항만의 재개발을 중심으로)

  • The increase in the number of ships entering and leaving the port and the creation of various cargo volumes can promote local economy and lead to regional development, attracting businesses, and influx of local residents. The port area of Dangjin consists of the limited cargo and most private docks, making it increasingly weak in meeting the local economic development and the expectations of local residents. Therefore, in order to promote regional development and revitalize the local economy, and to reduce the sense of alienation of local residents, it is necessary to make it easier to access and water to ports through the development of all areas of Eumseompo-gu, and to make active changes in the marine and port logistics environment. As seen through various cases of port development at home and abroad and the redevelopment of the ports at Gohyeon Port in Geoje, Dangjin Port should be able to quickly demonstrate the development of the Dangjin Port area and improve the quality of life for the residents of the metropolitan area. This is the time when the government's drive is highly requested.

  • 플로팅건축물은 최근 지구온난화에 따른 해수면의 상승, 소득 증대 및 관광행태 변화에 따라 급증한 해양 레포츠 수요에 대응하는 효과적인 건축물이다. 플로팅건축은 프로그램, 형태, 건축규모, 층수, 위치, 접근방법, 이동성, 에너지 자립도 등 8가지 기준에 따라 유형 구분이 가능하다. 또한 시공된 주거시설을 대상으로 분석한 결과 플로팅건축의 디자인 특성은 (1) 2층 규모, (2) 면적 비율이 높은 데크, (3) 장방형의 균형감 있는 매스, (4) 조망 극대화, (5) 친수공간 확보, (6) 공간의 통합적 사용 및 합리적 면적 배분의 평면계획, (7) 수면 반사를 고려한 단면계획, (8) 모듈화 및 유닛화 등으로 정리할 수 있다.

  • The year 2003 is the centennial of the birth of the modern lighthouse in Korea. The lighthouse was originally surrounded by a beautiful nature and it contains the romantic sensitivity which relates with the ocean. And in some case it is a environment-friendly architectural facility which uses a alternative energy like a solar cell. Now the properly developed manned lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for the vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience. Jeju regional maritime affairs & fisheries office has developed the manned lighthouses properly to ocean cultural space for the past several years. As a result of that, the recognition regarded on ocean culture was raised and the regional tourism was vitalized. For this situation we intended to reveal in this study that all the issues which relate to the proper use of the manned lighthouse in the Jejudo, since the project of water-familiar space started by MOMAF.

  • 화물량이나 해상관광객 유입 확대 등 항만수요의 증가에 따른 대응으로 항만을 확장하거나 신규항만을 계획하게 된다. 우리나라 어항의 경우 경관이 수려하고 청정지역으로 분류되어 개발여지가 크다. 이중 감포항의 경우도 해상을 통한 연안 화물의 운송확장과 어항의 기능에서 연안항의 여건을 갖추고 경주와 연계한 해양 관광벨트를 구성하여 친수공간 조성, 송대말 등대 컨텐츠 사업 등 해양관광의 거점으로 도약하기 위한 집중개발을 추진 중에 있어서 종합적인 관점에서 항만확장을 검토할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 추진 중인 항만확장과 관련하여 남측 및 동측의 항만확장안에 대해 선박의 통항안전 및 계류한계파고에 대한 항만 정온도 여부를 제 3세대 수치파랑 모형인 SWAN모형과 강비선형 Boussinesq 방정식을 적용한 불규칙파 Bouss-2D 모형을 적용하여 모형간 특성을 도출한 후 현재안과 각 대안별로 파랑반응특성을 비교분석하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 각 대안별로 장래 항만확장에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study aims at advancing waterfront planning and development of North Port or of Pusan and attempting to establish an identity through the analysis and case studied of waterfront development of foreign countries. This study is based on Pusan urban harbor plan and the case study which was investigated the relational port with an urban area to find a model of development method and procedure of urban waterfront renewal. The approach of this study is to classify diversified cases and to suggest elements after reviewing successful cases. The point in the waterfront development plan of North Port of Pusan is how to secure an amenity on the edge and provides a comprehensive theoretical base such as skyline, coastline, green area, accessibility scenery, landmark, open space, and so on. The results of this stud is useful for the planner to develop more and systematic approaches which could utilize waterfront. Waterfront development will be a new change of urban development for Pusan.

  • This study aims to analyse the current conditions of transport demand and its environmental problems in Gwangyang Port(GP), and to suggest crucial directions for Gwangyang Green Port(GGP) in Korea. This study consists of three main sections: concept of green growth and green port; the analysis of transport demand and environment situations in GP; policy directions for GGP. This study is mainly conducted by a literature review of related papers, an analysis of secondary data & papers, and interviews with port experts. This study presents important policy directions for successfully managing GGP in Korea as follows: modal shifts plan for green transport and logistics system in GP; energy-saving techniques in GP's berth operation; the application of environmentally friendly port operation methods in GP; construction of GP waterfront facilities; environmentally friendly disposal of maritime waste matters; establishment and implementation of port environment master plan. This study will make a big contribution to the building of green port policy and the providing of professional informations to government officials.

  • In connection with redevelopment of Busan North Port, there has been lots of studies and efforts for the development of superannuated North general piers into a center of marine tourism and waterfront for the citizens of Busan. Recently it has moved to the stage of execution, after several trials to find concrete solutions. On the other hand, the change of flow field and tidal exchange cuased by redevelopment is one of the important investigation subjects. This study deals with the change of flow field and water exchange after redevelopment using numerical simulation technique, based on the general data which were collected and analyzed. As a result of simulation, the speed of tidal currents are tended to decrease near the North and inner-port and increase at the main waterway. Furthermore, the tidal exchange had a tendency to be small both before and after redevelopment by about 77% in a quasi steady state, which is about 15 days after.

  • Currently, image of floating architecture has been positively improved based on the normalization of a domestic representative floating building 'Some Sevit'. Features of the floating architecture are as follows: special experience (29.9%)> landmark (27.6%)> enjoyment of marine culture (21.5%)> center for tourism and regional development (16.0%)> eco-friendly space solving global warming (4.8%). Floating building has a distinctive image and at the same time offers a unique spatial experience to the public. Therefore, space design marketing of floating building is a communication process to exchange its spatial identity and image between the local government and the public, the corporation and customers. It is essential for the effective space design marketing that the spatial demands should be reflected into its program such as commercial, cultural and marina facilities. The unification of project leader and operator is also important. The transformed conditions would help the construction market to be active in the future.

다대포항 관광어항 개발에 관한 연구

  • 다대포항은 1971년 국가어항으로 지정된 후 40여년간 방치되어 왔으며, 어항 내 수리조선 등 환경저해요인으로 인하여 지역발전에 부정적 영향을 미치는 장소로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 최근 해양레저, 관광 등 해양활동에 대한 수요 증가로 도심의 연안에 위치한 어항 등의 해양시설물을 활용, 보다 쉽고 유용하게 친수공간으로 재개발하여 활용하고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다대포항 또한 지역적 개발 요구와 함께 해양활동에 대한 최근의 트렌드를 반영한 복합관광어항으로써의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 다대포항을 직접 활용하는 수산업종사자와 지역의 자원으로써 다대포항을 바라보는 배후지역 주민들 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 지속가능한 어항 개발을 위한 해수면 상승 시나리오를 반영하여 복합관광어항으로의 다대포항 개발 방향을 제사하였다.
