등부표 관리를 위한 근거리 점검 시스템 설계 및 점검 이력 관리 방안 고찰

  • 해양 4차 산업 도래에 맞춰 기존 항로표지 역할에 ICT 기술을 융합하여 근거리에서 통신을 활용하여 항로표지의 점검 및 관리시스템 개발의 요구가 있다. 항로표지 점검 시 관리자들의 편의와 점검을 위하여 선박 접안 사고 예방 등 근거리 통신을 적용한 장비 점검 시스템 개발이 필요하다.. 본 논문에서는 현황 분석을 통하여 근거리 점검 시스템 설계 방향을 제시하였다. 다양한 분야에서 무선 통신을 활용한 점검 및 모니터링 기술을 분석하여 시스템 구성 방향을 제시하였고, 현재 운영중인 항로표지 관리운영 시스템을 분석하여 점검을 위하여 표출할 정보를 검토하였다. 향후 설계 방향을 바탕으로 시스템을 개발하고 성능 평가를 수행할 예정이며, 관리의 편의를 위하여 정보협력센터에 제공할 이력 정보를 검토할 예정이다.

  • 해양 4차 산업 도래에 맞춰 기존 항로표지 역할에 ICT 기술을 융합하여 표준화된 디지털 해양 정보 서비스가 요구되고 있으며, 신항행 안전과 시설 관리 효율성을 추구하는 차세대 디지털 항로표지 기술 개발이 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 해양 정보 제공을 위한 중형 항로표지 형상 연구를 수행하였다. 스마트항로표지 설계시 주안점을 정리하고, 설계 주안점을 바탕으로 4가지의 형상(안)을 제시하였다. 제시한 형상(안)에 대하여 평가를 수행하고 개선사항을 도출하여 형상(안)을 선정하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 표체 형상을 바탕으로 스마트 항로표지 상세 설계와 정적동적 안정도 평가 및 수리모형을 수행하여 추후 타당성 검증을 수행할 예정이다.

  • 실습선 한나라호는 4차 산업혁명에 부응하는 첨단장비와 안전한 시설을 갖추고 있으며, 자동위치제어시스템(DPS)를 적용하여 해양플랜트 교육이 가능한 9,196톤으로 아시아 최대 실습선이다. 또한, 특수목적선 코드를 적용해 감항성능 및 안전성이 매우 우수하다. 본 연구에서는 실습선의 안전한 접이안과 항내조선을 위해 VDR과 CCT 자료를 이용한 모니터링을 통해 매우 협소한 영역내에서 전개되는 동적 거동정보의 정량적 수집, 평가, 분석을 통해 안전통항의 저해요인을 식별하고 이를 제거 및 방지하기 위한 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

  • In order to become a mega hub port, major ports all over the world are making every effort to enhance their productivity through efficiency of internal operation and introduction of the state-of-the-art technologies. They are not only installing various kinds of high-technology equipments but also introducing advanced technologies for the development of an effective gate system. Recently thanks to the appearance of RFID (radio frequency identification) and OCR (optical character recognition) technology, major container terminals are stewing up the automation of truck and container identification at the container luminal gate. This study aim to develop an automated gate system for identification task based on RFID and OCR technology. It will make mn effective gate operations in a container terminal.

  • According to the issue "global warming", many regulations and agreements with countries in the world are becoming set and it is being fulfill now. Under the progress of Post Kyoto Protocol agreement, It will be sure that Korea rave a duty to reduce $CO_2$ emission from 2013. For them, Korea have to make a strategies about the Climatic Change Convention for all industries. Recently, a great attention about $CO_2$ emission in the world is focused on port, shipping line and airline. Most countries are establishing policies to prevent environment from these industry fields, but Korea has not yet made for them. Thus, Korea need to collect $CO_2$ emission data not only the routes of container from port but also activities in the port. In this paper, an estimation of $CO_2$ emission under the route of container transportation at Korea by using O/D analysis will be addressed. And then, it will be used to make a optimal routes of container transportation which can reduce $CO_2$ emission in future.

  • Since 9.11 terrorist attacks against the USA, the new paradigm for "supply chain security" has been established. And at the same time a lot of researches are being made on supply chain security by many foreign companies or research institutes. However, domestically the terms "supply chain security" themselves are not yet familiar, and the paradigm of security are not being used in the logistics, while little researches are being made on them But recently along with development of "ConTracer," a supply chain security technology, which is to be used as the equipment for container cargo transportation safety based on RF1D technology, related researches have begun to be activated. The key issues for the development of equipment for container transportation safety are to obtain both a high recognition rate and enough recognition distance. To this end, this study has tested the ConTracer (433 MHz type and 2.4 GHz type) by using Taguchi Method. According to our test results, in the case of 433 MHz type, it is a little more effective that the reader faces to the front-right side, and in the case of 2.4 GHz, reader direction does not make difference in the view of sensitivity. The test also has proved that it is better that antenna location, as expected, is to be installed on the outside for both types alike.

  • Currently, the shipping and port industries are implementing strategies to improve port processing capabilities through the expansion and efficient operation of port logistics resources to survive fierce competition with rapidly changing trends. The calculation of the port's processing capacity is determined by the loading and unloading equipment installed at the dock, and the port's processing capacity can be improved through various methods, such as additional deployment of logistics resources or efficient operation of resources in use. However, it is difficult to expect an improvement effect in a short period of time because the additional deployment of logistics resources is clearly limited in time is clear. Therefore, it is a feasible way to find an efficient operation method for resources being used to improve processing capacity. Domestic ports are also actively promoting informatization and digitalization with the development of the 4th industrial revolution technology. However, the calculation of the number of Y/T (Yard Tractor) assignments in the current unloading process depends on expert experience, and related previous studies also focus on the allocations of Y/T or Calculation of the total number of Y/T required. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors affecting the number of Y/T allocations using the loading and unloading information of incoming ships, and based on this, cluster analysis, regression analysis, and deep neural network(DNN) model were used.

A Design of a Personnel Control System Using RF Tag in Port Facilities (RF 태그를 활용한 항만 내 인원관리 시스템)

  • In the field of network sense for the Ubiquitous environment, the technology of RFID is a significant part. Due to the real time processing of information and the property of network, RFID has been used in service field such as distribution, administrative control of physical distribution, remote measuring device, and security. instead of currently used bar-code. The management system of port facilities using the current RFID technology has the effects of reducing working hours and improvement in data processing, but it is not proper for human resource allocation since it is dominantly worked for physical resources. In this paper, we designed and implemented personnel control system using RFID of 2.4GHz in port facilities which presents a monitoring system for safety operation and increase of efficiency using RFID in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current port operation management techniques.

  • QR Code can save much more information than 1D Bar Code and encode various types of information. As it takes less general cost than high priced RFID, it can be recognized through smart-phone without any special facilities. Despite these strengths, QR Code is just used by general people for their daily life service, while 1D Bar Code is applied in all kinds of industry like sales, distribution, production management, quality management and so on. And RFID is also used in many industrial field like harbor and distribution area. The range of QR Code's usage is getting broad but still restrictive. So it is required to make new organized system. Therefore, this research suggests that Applying QR Code in the SCM. Connecting QR Code with SCM, it secures space for data's movement. And it helps not only rise the speed and accuracy of data flow but also reduce logistical cost.
