Korea port customs surveillance of administration is operated around the 24 hours without a break in accordance with the characteristic of trade, in this specific environment, Ocean fisheries officials are performing this important duty. This research investigated various factors which might influence Korea Customs Service civil servants who are engaged in port, based on advanced researches on job satisfaction and Herzberg's two factors(motive hygene factor), and analyzed the difference in job satisfaction in respect of job satisfaction composition according to Ocean fisheries officials at port customs sociodemographic characteristics through a survey. Also, the researcher comprehended the factors of job satisfaction which have the biggest influence on the whole job satisfaction. Based on the analysis result, The researcher expects that the results of this research can contribute to customs administration's inherent goal achievement by finding out customs civil servants' job satisfaction degradation factors, who are engaged in port surveillance of administration, and properly controlling them and improving organizational members' job satisfaction.

수출입 물품이 제도와 운송 및 보관 또는 통관 등 무역과 관련된 자가 안전관리 기준을 충족하는 경우 세관이 AEO로 공인하고 통관절차상 우대하는 방안이 AEO제도이다. 이 연구에서는 국내 AEO 공인 제도와 AEO 인증 기준 및 절차에 따른 세부 가이드라인에 대해 분석한다.

부산항은 컨테이너터미널 운영사별로 마케팅 전략 수립 및 마케팅 활동이 개별적으로 이루어질 뿐 항만 관련 유관기관(부산시, 부산지방해양수산청, 한국컨테이너부두공단, 부산본부세관)의 조화된 항만 마케팅 전략 및 역할이 수립되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항 활성화를 위한 각 주체별 활동 현황을 조사하고, 항만 이용자인 선사 및 포워더를 대상으로 마케팅 믹스(Mix, 4P: Product, Place, Price, Promotion)에 대한 설문조사를 토대로 부산항 마케팅 분석을 실시한다 이를 바탕으로 부산항이 동북아 중심항만으로 성장하는데 필요로 하는 부산항 관련 각 주체별 마케팅 관계 그리고 역할을 제시한다. IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석 결과를 살펴보면 전체 고객을 대상으로 평가했을 때 가격 믹스와 촉진믹스는 가장 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었으며 특히, 촉진믹스는 중요도는 매우 높으나 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 마케팅 전략 수립 시 촉진 부문에도 높은 비중을 두어 선사들에게 공격적인 마케팅 활동이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 부산항 관련 각 주체별 마케팅 역할에서 부산광역시는 부산지방해양수산청과 함께 촉진믹스에 중점을 두어야하고, 부산지방해양수산청은 촉진믹스 외에 가격믹스에서 항만 요율의 적절성과 경로믹스인 철도 수송 망의 확보가 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 한국컨테이너부두공단은 촉진믹스 외에 가격믹스에서 항만시설 사용료의 체계적인 개편이 요구되고, 터미널 운영사는 제품믹스 서비스인 공컨테이너의 효율적인 재고관리 업무서비스와 가격믹스에서 하역요율의 탄력적인 제공이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to examine ways of ensuring the efficiency and stability of import-export logistics in our country by introducing an advance presentation system of vessel manifest. This advance presentation system of vessel manifest has already been introduced in the United States, the EU and China whom our country has actively traded with, and the reinforcement of logistics security is a global trend. Under the circumstances, the introduction of the advance presentation system of vessel manifest is required to assist exporters to properly respond to changing trade practices as early as possible, and it's also necessary to exercise stricter control over an import criminal cargo. Our country should urgently introduce the advance presentation system of vessel manifest that is up to global standard, and the establishment of an internet based manifest consolidation and presentation system and the introduction of an export inspection system of port of loading are requested as well. If all the systems are introduced and work properly, that will make a great contribution to the efficiency of import-export logistics in our country.

This study aims to identify the priority for the Gwangyang and Qingdao hinterlands which are in the same category of benchmarking crowed paths. This study has been mainly done with comparison. There is certain limitation to use competitive factors of existing research so, this study has had proper competitive factors deriving from factors analysis and studied hinterland priority of competing factors by AHP. Major results are as follows. First, the factor analysis resulted in 20 factor that were 0.6 or higher loading level of commonality and then these 20 factors were divided into groups: operating factors, service factors, cost factors, port infrastructure factors, and hinterland conditions factors with the rotated component matrix analysis. Second, according to the result of top competitive factors, the best factor was the hinterland condition(0.256). The other factors such as infrastructure, economy, accessibility, incentive, and port traffic in hinterland were highly ranked in terms of general importance using multiple weights. Third, the result of detailed properties importance about the final alternative, Gwangyang hinterland was considered more highly than Qingdao hinterland in the port information system, the support a variety of administrative services, the efficiency of the customs, and the tax benefits.

This thesis describes the key elements for efficient customs clearance system which can facilitate flow of maritime container cargo in the pier area of Busan port, on the basis of considering great changes on international trade environment, development of customs clearance system, variation of commercial container traffic, and diverse views originated from field experience in the distribution industry. To facilitate the flow of maritime containers, reform plan of bonded-transportation and import declaration is proposed to relieve the customs restriction during the days from discharging cargos to taking them into bonded warehouse. Also, various plans to strengthen maritime security, such as customs exam of high-risk export cargos in loading port, pre-declaration of transit container replacement, container tracing system, are proposed to improve Busan port's competitiveness in safety.

Nowadays, the advanced technology of wireless communication technology has been studied using the tax system. Wireless communications technology logistics management, inventory management, are widely used in the field of port management. Especially, RFID technology, import and export business of logistics costs in the distribution has been hailed as the technology to do. In this paper, logistics information system components, RFID technology is one of the proposed algorithm using the intelligent customs management. Moreover, in this paper, goods purchased from abroad, using the phone anywhere at any time simply to calculate the tariff proposed simulation.

The ILOF project addresses the needs of logistics industrial organizations to reduce information processing time, improve added and residual value of information and reduce processing and transportation costs. It deals with the information supply chain information systems shared by vertical partner as important entity, whose performance and optimization very significantly affects the efficiency and performance of logistics industries. This paper deals with logistics information exchange systems based on supply chain management, focusing on sharing database and processes between partners such as shipper, logistics broker, transportation company, shipping company etc., for smoothing the information flow, enhancing consumer service and reducing communication fee and labour costs. The significance of contribution of this research is the provision of a model for logistics information exchange including entity relationship diagram, data flow diagram and functions which is able to facilitate the formulation of a customer driven supply chain information network, there by enhancing the competitive edge of companies in logistics industries on local and global basis.
