The purpose of this research is to study characteristics of Korean adults in the cultural consumption in the first decade of the early 21st century based on . The whole course of the cultural consumption of Korean adult from 2000 to 2010 has been steadily on the upswing. For Korean adults, the first decade of the early 21st century is the time when mass culture had been generalized in their cultural consumption, regardless of any generations. Besides, the twenties have been proved to be the core generation of the cultural consumption in Korean society.

This is a comparative cultural study on the cultural dimensions of the Korean original film and its Chinese remake film. This research is based on the cultural dimension study by Dutch organizing psychologist Geert Hofstede (1991). In this research I have tried to compare cultural dimensions that are shown implicitly in the original Korean film of "Blind" and its Chinese remake, entitled "The Witness", in terms of the narrative structures.

Culture technology (CT) becomes important in the recent environment where digital technology drives content-based innovations. However, technological trends of CT have not been systematically discussed. Especially, the trends of CT should be analyzed from the national perspective, because CT has grown with the help of government-driven innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze CT trends focusing on national research projects. We collected data on CT from the national science and technology information service (NTIS) database, analyzed the keyword co-occurrence network, and identified the patterns of technological innovation using a clustering analysis. As a result, we found that CT has contributed to the digital content and cultural media, and has been actively developed with the help of machine learning technique. Especially, due to the rise of Covid-19, the non-face-to-face online content is rapidly increasing. This study provides important clues for understanding, analyzing CT trends.

This study analyzed the cultural competency and demand for a multicultural education program among nursing college students. The participants were 278 college students gathered through convenience sample method. Data were collected from November, 19 to 30, 2012 and analyzed using SPSS/PC Win 12.0 program. The major findings were as follows, First, the mean scores of cultural competency and demand for a multicultural education program were 2.8 and 3.9. respectively. Second, cultural competency scores of students varied with multicultural educational course experience. Third, demand for a multicultural education program varied in accordance with student's views of the necessity of multicultural education. Our results suggest that, courses focusing on understanding multicultural clients are needed and highly desired by nursing students.

본 논문에서는 국가무형문화재 기록영상의 화질 개선에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 기록영상의 화질 개선을 위해 SRGAN 기반의 초해상화 복원영상 생성 프레임워크의 적용을 제안한다. Image aumentation과 median filter를 적용한 데이터셋과 적대적 신경망인 Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)을 기반으로 딥러닝 네트워크를 구축하여 입력된 Low-Resolution 이미지를 통해 High-Resolution의 복원 영상을 생성한다. 이 연구를 통해 국가무형문화재 기록영상 뿐만 아니라 문화재 전반의 사진 및 영상 기록 자료의 품질 개선 가능성을 제시하고, 영상 기록 자료의 아카이브 구축을 통해 지속적인 활용의 기초연구가 되는 것을 목표로 한다.

본 연구는 한국의 항공교통 문화수준을 가늠할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 차원에서 항공교통문화지수를 도입하였으며 연구방법으로는 전문가의 설문을 통한 델파이기법과 AHP기법을 사용하여 항공사, 공항, 이용자의 영역별 항목별 가중치를 산정한 후 합산하여 항공교통문화지수를 산출하였다. 지수에 대한 평가는 위에서 언급한 세 분야의 세부항목을 설정하고 각 항목별 모니터링을 통하여 계량화하였다. 객관적이고 보편타당한 평가를 위해 국제민간 항공관련 기관에서 사용하는 기준을 중심으로 산출된 항공교통문화 지수를 통해 한국의 항공교통문화 수준을 판단하려는 시도가 이루어졌다.

The authors reviewed research related to nursing organizational culture in order to determine the direction for future research, as well as the current status of nursing organizational culture. Research that analyzed nursing organizational culture were selected from journal articles in Korea and were reviewed. A total of 30 articles were collected. The number of studies on nursing organizational culture has shown a rapid increase since the late 1990s. Most research studies used a non-experimental design. The most frequently used organizational culture model and instrument was the competing values model defining culture pattern, which consists of relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, hierarch-oriented, and task-oriented culture. Other factors showing correlation with nursing organizational culture included job satisfaction, effectiveness, and so on. These results will be used to provide basic data for nursing leaders. In Korea, the next phase of research on organizational culture will require use of various approaches and research methods.

문화지도는 지도라는 인터페이스를 활용하여 문화와 관련된 여러 가지 주제들을 지도위에 나타내는 것이며, 이는 해당지역에 대한 문화(주제), 지역(공간), 시대(시간) 라는 세 가지 값을 동시에 활용하여 해당지역의 시대별 문화를 통합적으로 이해할 수 있다. 전자문화지도는 이러한 문화지도를 전자적 형태 즉, 컴퓨터를 활용해 구현한 시스템으로 주제, 공간, 시간 값의 메타데이터를 활용해 조합이 가능하도록 데이터베이스화한 개념이다. 이는 시대별 지역별 주제별 정보들을 사용자 스스로가 조합해서 조회가 가능하다는 의미이다. 본 논문에서는 해외지역, 특히 지중해지역 중심의 연구를 위한 전자문화지도를 설계한다. 이는 인문, 지역학과 IT의 융합학으로서, 해외지역을 연구하는 도구 및 연구결과물의 전시 도구로 활용할 수 있다.
