The purpose of this study is to present a digital transformation-based learning model that can be used in universities based on learning digital transformation in order f to be competitive in a rapidly changing environment. Literature review, case study, and focus group interview were conducted and the implications for the learning model from these are as follows. Universities that stand out in related fields are actively using learning analysis to implement dashboards, develop predictive models, and support adaptive learning based on big data, They also have actively introduced advanced edutech to classes. In addition, problems and difficulties faced by other universities and K University when implementing digital transformation were also confirmed. Based on these findings, a digital transformation-based learning model of K University was developed. This model consists of four dimensions: diagnosis, recommendation, learning, and success. It allows students to proceed with learning by diagnosing and recommending various learning processes necessary for individual success, and systematically managing learning outcomes. Finally, academic and practical implications about the research results were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and effective variables in online learning for low-income students. An Web-survey was conducted to measure its satisfaction and effectiveness. 285 students participated in the study. T-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The result of satisfaction was fairly positive. In addition, there were differences in effectiveness. In specific, the each group of female, elementary school, higher level of achievement, and higher level of self-regulated learning group students showed higher satisfaction than the others. Suggestions and future research are discussed.

기존의 이러닝에서는 교수자가 강의동영상을 통하여 주로 단방향으로 지식을 전달하였다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서논 실시간 상호작용이 가능한 이러닝시스템인 ECube을 제안하고 구현하였다. 교수자에게는 학습자와 실시간 소통을 위한 실시간 강의기능, 전문가의 도움없이 미디어 제작과 편집이 가능한 동영상삼 저작도구인 EMC(Effective Media Contents) 솔루션을 제공한다. ECube 시스템 안의 EMC 솔루션만으로도 자막, 이미지, 퀴즈, 비디오를 합쳐 통합된 콘텐츠의 제작이 가능하다. 학습자에게는 실시간 강의를 수강하는 동안에 발표수업에 참여할 수 있는 기능을 지원하고 자신의 학습에 관한 학습계획부터 학습성과까지의 내용을 문서화할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이 기능을 활용하여 학습자는 과목별 포트폴리오 작성이 가능하여 자기주도적 학습을 수행할 수 있는 학습환경을 제공한다.

There has been some research into a speech system for communications between those who are hearing impaired and those who hear normally, but the system has been pursued in inefficient teaching ways in which existing teachers teach each individual due to social indifference and a lack of marketability. In order to overcome such a weakness, there appeared to be a need to develop contents utilizing 3D animation and digital technology. For the investigation of a standard face and a standard spherical shape for the preparation of a character, the study collected sufficient data concerning students in the third-sixth grades in elementary schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi, Korea, and drew up standards for a face and a spherical shape of such students. This data is not merely the basic data of content development for the hearing impaired, but it can also offer a standard measurement and a standard type realistically applicable to them. As a system for understanding conversations by applying 3D character animation and educating self-expression, the character speech animation system supports effective learning for language education for hearing impaired children who need language education within their families and in special education institutions with the combination of 3D technology and motion capture.

International volunteering in education is one of activities in volunteering. Volunteers have been recognizing that educational activities play an important role in volunteering. Recently, there is an increase of participants and various supports for educational volunteering in South Korea. However, regardless of the essential meanings in which activities commonly attempt for deriving local sources in terms of human and resources, many participants in volunteering take advantages of their own purposes and providing their supports in terms of a mercy. This study asserts that this situation comes from the lack of theoretical understanding of volunteering. Therefore, this study realizes a need of providing a theoretical background and purports to suggest it for international volunteering in education. It is the critical pedagogy. Critical pedagogy tries to deconstruct false-consciousness of the oppressed through education. And, it emphasizes that people could have autonomy and self-directed sovereignty. Accordingly, critical pedagogy should be a theoretical background of activities for deriving human's autonomous consciousness and their own resources. Thus, it might be a theoretical background for international volunteering in education.

The purpose of this study is to search for various strategies that could self-regulated learning within cyber home study efficiently, to operate the cyber home study based on such strategies, to manage and support students' learning and to investigate what effects it would have on the ability of self-regulated learning and attitude. In this study, an operational strategy for cyber home study according to the compositional elements of self-regulated learning based on prior studies. Then, the study developed the learning contents of cyber home study and operated cyber home study according to the operational strategy. From the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn as follows. First, A learner's self-regulated learning capability is able to be improved by self-regulated leaning strategies. Cyber home study that would enable students to implement the leaning on their own through learning contents and operating strategies corresponding to them was the environment that could help their self-regulated learning. Second, in order to find out students' satisfaction for the application of cyber home study, the study compared the survey of cyber home study with the frequency and percentage by each question and the mean value of technical statistics. Cyber home study let students have positive recognition on mathematical learning, and especially as shown in the results of the interview, it was helpful to improve students' interest and confidence as well as their mathematical learning.

The program for low-achievers, named 'Running high' is to provide college students whose GPA was lower than 2.5 with 1:1 learning consultation and special lectures of high achievers. Especially, it supports scholarship only for students who attain the target record of a certain course which they choose. The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not academic achievement, grit, ego-resilience of participants in 'Running high' would be more advanced than before. This study also compared academic achievement, grit, ego-resilience between participants who attain the goal of the program and participants who can not attain it. 110 college students joining in 'Running high' responded pre and post surveys of grit and ego-resilience. Their data of academic achievement also were gathered. The result of this study showed that the academic achievement and grit of participants in 'Running high' were advanced more than before, but not ego-resilience. The differences of academic achievement and grit between participants who attained the goal of the program and participants who could not attain it were significant, but not ego-resilience.

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of the nursing skills program, which offers online access to evidence-based skills and procedures. The nursing skills tested in this study was tracheostomy suctioning in the Mosby's Nursing Skills. The design of the study was a control group non-synchronized pre-posttest quasi-experimental research. The experimental group who utilized the Mosby's Nursing Skills had significantly higher level of knowledge and skills of trachosotmy suctioning, but not of self-efficacy. Online accessible nursing skills program was shown to be effective in improving nursing skills of students, and it is suggested to utilize the program in nursing practicum.

This study aims to develop and apply the language education program model - based on balanced language education approach - on development of literacy of young children in low-income families, specially participating in Dream Start public welfare service. Development of this languge education program was based on the basic view and characteristis of balanced language education. It was progressed in accordance with Analyze-Design-Develop-implement-Evaluate(ADDIE), which is an widely-used instructional design model. Educational contents including reading skills of picture books based on whole language approach and well-structured reading and writing sequences, teaching and learning method including the principles and the strategies and teaching and learning systematic evaluation method are proposed in viewpoint of balanced language teaching approach. The application of the program was conducted targeting 20 young children participating in Dream Start welfare service from June 2015 until early November. To evaluate the effectiveness of this program, word reading inspection and nonsense word reading inspection developed by Ko, Yeon-Kyung(2002) were performed. The reflective thinking journal of visiting teachers and the satisfaction reported by parents were analysed in the qualitative research method. As a result, reading skills of young children were improved. The superiority of the program - prefernce for the picture book, interests in written languages, effectiveness of individualized language education method - was demonstrated by qualitative analysis of reflective journal. This study has the significance on presenting the executable language education model for literacy development of young children in low-income families based on balanced language education approach.

With the growth of contents business, the expansion of domestic culture contents into global market became active. However, while some field such as game, music and movie have made fine results, education contents has failed to make significant success in global market. Therefore, this study intends to look into a case of Contents Management Institute(CMI), which spread G-Learning into La Ballona Elementary School located in LA. In this case, CMI successfully dealt with diverse difficulties to conduct a G-Learning class in the school and helped to increase students' achievement. Based on analyzing this case, this study suggests three reasons behind the success. First, by separating platform and learning contents in development process, CMI could save the cost in contents development and handle problems swiftly. Second, it could be possible to use human resources efficiently by constucting a support organization. Third, by sharing information and doing persuasion CMI could lead to chain persuasion process among local decision makers.
