Using robots in the programming classes may help to induce learners' interest and motivation. However, simple introduction of new media, such as robots, may cause to increase learners' interest level temporarily, but also may give cognitive overload and offense against learning motivation. We developed a robot programming course to induce intrinsic motivation and to reduce cognitive load for learners in the programming education. And then, we implemented the developed course in college programming classes and analysed the educational effects of robot programming learning on novice learners' flow level. We found that robot programming course was helpful in enhancing novice learners' flow level. Especially, the element of 'autotelic experience', which explains an intrinsic motivation, was higher than conventional programming course group. It means that the developed strategies for robot programming course provides positive effects on learners' intrinsic motivation.

We investigated how entrepreneurship, information technology acceptance, and media utilization influence on office worker commitment and how effects are modulated by learning orientation. The purpose of this study is to identify variables that influence on office worker commitment. To do so, entrepreneurship, information technology acceptance, and media utilization that are the core competencies of individuals and organizations in the era of smart information are proposed as predictor variables, office worker commitment as a outcome variable and learning orientation as a modulator. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on office workers, and finally 340 valid questionnaires are used for analysis. Hierarchical regression analysis is used with demographic characteristics as control variables and learning orientation as a modulating variables. A result showed that the higher need for achievement and proactiveness of entrepreneurship is, the higher job commitment is and that the perceived usefulness of information technology acceptance and communication utilization ability of media utilization competitiveness have a positive effect on job commitment. A research showed that learning orientation is modulating the relationship between entrepreneurship and job commitment, and between media utilization capability and job commitment, respectively. We concluded that we should actively seek synergies of learning orientation along with accumulation of online communication utilization capacity and perceived usefulness of information technology, and of proactiveness need for achievement and in entrepreneurship in order to improve the work committment in the smart information society where the digital environment is advanced.
This study analyzed the structural relationship between motivation to participate in online lifelong education through YouTube, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow, where learners are rapidly increasing due to the spread of COVID-19. For this study, an online survey was conducted from July 16 to 30, 2021 for adult learners living in the metropolitan area. A total of 428 people participated in the survey, and a total of 409 copies of the results were analyzed, excluding 19 insincere responses. The main analysis results are as follows. First, The fitness of the research model was verified to be suitable for all analysis. Second, as a result of confirming the coefficients and statistical significance of each pathway in the research model, the motivation to participate in YouTube lifelong education was learning flow and academic self-efficacy, and academic self-efficacy also had a positive effect on learning flow. Third, it was confirmed that the effect of participation motivation in YouTube lifelong education on learning flow through academic self-efficacy was a statistically significant partial mediation. This study is meaningful in that it verified the structural relationship analysis between participation motive, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow in online lifelong education using YouTube reflecting the digital transformation of lifelong education due to COVID-19. Reflecting the need for re-regulation of lifelong education formed after COVID-19 and the flow of digital transformation through the research results, we discussed how lifelong education can enhance learners' motivation to participate and strengthen learning flow through academic self-efficacy as a medium.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate differences in middle school student's after school satisfaction according to the type and the degree of flow of after school. For the purpose of this paper, a survey was conducted including a questionnaire consisting of a general characteristic of the study object, a general characteristic of the after school class, learning-flow scale, and after school satisfaction scale. The subjects were 382 students who were selected at random from middle school students. Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and MANOVA were employed for data analysis. The results were as follows: First, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied for after school instructors than the students with subject class. Second, the students with the degree of high learning-flow showed higher satisfaction in after school class curriculum, instructors, and educational facility than the degree of low learning-flow students. Third, among the students who were high in learning-flow, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied with after-school class curriculum and educational facility compared to the students with subject class.

The participants for this study were 283 nursing college students with four-years curriculum in D city from June 14th to June 24th, 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 Program. There were significant correlations among self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and the learning flow. As a multiple regression analysis, factors that have an effect on learning flow were self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy. These factors explain 58.2% of the variance in learning flow. Self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow relationship were positive relevant. To enhance learning flow ability for nursing students, it is necessary to develop training program and academic environment for increasing self-leadership and academic self-efficacy.

The participants were 127 nursing students; data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, multiple regression. It was found that: nursing students showed higher score at academic emotions, higher learning flow, and higher perceived teaching presence, higher score for academic achievement. The main factors influencing academic achievement were academic emotions, learning flow and perceived teaching presence. They explained about 42.7% of the academic achievement. Therefore, when operating uncontacted online classes for nursing students, it is necessary to consider the factors of learners, the personal efforts of the instructor, and systematic support for strengthening the instructor's capabilities.

This study investigates the relationships among learning motivation, learning immersion, and academic achievement in college-level nursing students who give non-face-to-face online lectures. The data for this study were collected using questionnaires given to 147 students attending four-year nursing colleges at two universities. For the data analysis method, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, the Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. As a result of the study, the average motivation was 101.29±12.18 points, learning commitment was 72.02±8.03 points, and academic achievement was 31.31±4.06 points. The relationships among learning motivation, learning commitment, and adaptation to college life showed significant positive correlations. In the results of multiple regression analysis, factors influencing the academic achievements of nursing students were found to be learning motivation and learning commitment. Therefore, in order to increase academic achievement in nursing college students, it is necessary to develop a specific strategy to improve learning motivation and to develop various activities and programs to immerse students in learning.

One often thinks that those doing any activity on the Internet are likely to be addicted to it so that they tend to rather restrain the educational use of what the Internet can provide. However, the online edu-games deserve a good learning material which can not only provoke learners' interest but also draw out a smoother interaction between teachers and learners. Even the preliminary study on immersion verified that the Internet could work positively for the learners. Considering that online edu-games can be a useful tool for individual learning, more studies on immersion should be conducted focusing on the individualization in the future. This paper shows the differences among the components of learning immersion depending on the different individual cognitive styles in the online edu-games.
