e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 연구: 학습조직의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

  • 다양한 산업체에서 반복적인 특정업무를 수행하는 경우가 흔히 발생한다. 반복되는 오차의 경험치를 근거로 주어진 작업을 추진하는 과정에서 이들 업무의 정밀도제고를 추구함으로써 갖는 성능개선은 사업장의 품질관리와 직결된다. 학습제어의 본래 적용동기는 생산조립라인에 투입되어 반복적인 일을 수행하는 산업로봇의 정밀도 제고이다. 본 논문에서 분산이산시형시스템에서 출발하였으며, 이를 산업용로봇에 적용하기 위하여 수학적으로 모델링한 모의실험을 통하여 알고리즘의 안정성과 반복오차를 줄여가는 과정을 보여 주었다. 입출력정보가 상호간섭 하는 산업용로봇과 같은 복합구조물에서도 모든 시스템(링크)의 정밀도를 만족함을 보여 줌으로써 복합구조물에서 선형반복학습제어의 안정성을 증명하였다.

The Effects of Visual Organization and Cooperative Learning in Problem-Solving Strategy (문제 해결 전략에서 시각적 조직화와 협동학습의 효과)

  • In this study, the effects of visual organization and cooperative learning in problem-solving strategy were investigated. Three classes (N=127) at a high school were assigned to SV (Strategy-Visual organization) group, SVC (Strategy-Visual organization-Cooperative learning) group, and control group. After instructions, students' multiple-choice problem-solving ability, strategy performing ability, anxiety about chemistry learning, perception of involvement, and motivation to learning science were examined. Although multiple-choice problem-solving ability was not different significantly, there was a significant main effect in strategy performing ability. The scores of the SV and SVC groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, especially in the subcategories of problem understanding and recalling related principles. In the tests of perception of involvement and motivation to learning science, the scores of the SV and SVC groups were also significantly higher than those of the control group. However, problem-solving strategy using visual organization could not alleviate anxiety about chemistry learning.

  • This study analyzed effects of Action Learning approach on enhancing learning motivation and improving problem-solving capacity in NCS vocational competency classes of Polytechnic College. Targeted group is B Polytechnic College located in Chungnam, and 53 students in experimental group and 64 students in control group. analysis of data is descriptive statistic analysis and the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) method to study sub factors of learning motivation and problem-solving ability. As a result, Action Learning approach has a great influence on connection, confidence, and satisfaction, among the sub factors of learning motivation. also figured that the approach has positive effects on problem clarifying, cause analysis, alternative developing, planning/practicing, and performance assessment, among the sub factors of problem-solving capacity. Moreover, Polytechnic College's NCS vocational competency classes are desirably required to adopt the approach of Action Learning for their educational method, as it fosters basic competencies, such as understanding of diverse perspectives, communicating, leadership, interpersonal relationship, self-development, coping with conflicts, operating meetings, to be learned while students are doing problem-solving activities under a team-working atmosphere.

The Effects of Medical Students' Self-Directed Learning Ability, Self-regulated Learning, and Communication Ability on Self-Efficacy in Performing Medical Treatment (의과대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 자기조절학습, 의사소통능력이 진료수행 자기효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was a descriptive research study targeting medical students to determine the impact of self-directed learning ability, self-regulated learning, and communication ability on self-efficacy in performing medical treatment. This study randomly selected medical students from Region J, located in Province G, as the approximate population, and a total of 125 copies were finally analyzed. Descriptive statistics were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS/25. Self-efficacy in performing medical treatment was related to self-directed learning ability (r=.61, p<.001), self-regulated learning (r=.50, p<.001), and communication ability (r=.33, p<.001). There was a positive correlation with all of them. As a result of analyzing the variables that affect the subject's self-efficacy in performing medical treatment using hierarchical multiple regression, self-directed learning ability was found to be the factor that best predicts self-efficacy in performing medical treatment, followed by self-regulated learning and communication ability. The total explanatory power was 46.6%. Acquiring specialized knowledge and becoming a doctor after graduation through clinical practice and acquiring the basic clinical practice skills necessary to successfully perform one's duties are important tasks that medical students must accomplish. Therefore, in order to improve medical students' self-efficacy in performing medical treatment, the importance of improving health care, major satisfaction, and life satisfaction must be recognized and managed. In addition, efforts to develop programs and improve systematic systems that can improve self-directed learning, self-regulated learning, and communication skills should also be supported.

  • 본 연구에서는선박의 조종운동 중 중요한 과제인 접안운동을 자동화하기 위하여 현대제어이론중의 하나인 인공신경망(Artifical Neural Network, 이하 ANN으로 함)에 의한제어를 수행하였다.잘 알려진 바와 같이 ANN은 어떤 시스템의 입출력간의 연결상황과 요소들 내부의 처리방법을 정의하여 시스템을 표현하는 방법이다. 구체적으로는 시스템의 입출력에 대한 모범적인 교사 데이터(Teaching data)를 준비하여 교사데이타와 실제 입출력간의 오차가 최소가 되도록 학습을 시키게 된다. 학습의 결과 ANN은 그 시스템의 비선형성을 충분히 표현할 수가있어, 접안운동과 같은 비선형성이 강한 조종운도에 적합할 것으로 생각된다.

Inductive Influence of Algorithmic and Conceptual Problems (수리 문제와 개념 문제 사이의 유도 효과)

  • This study investigated whether algorithmic problem solving and conceptual problem solving influenced each other or not. Four classes of 12th grade (N= 112) that are equal in prior achievement were randomly assigned to group AC (Algorithmic-Conceptual problem) and group CA (Conceptual-Algorithmic problem). Students of group AC solved the conceptual problems after learning the related algorithmic problems, and those of group CA solved the same problems in reverse order. The results revealed that learning the algorithmic problems improved students' ability to solve the related conceptual problems, but learning the conceptual problems did not help students solve the related algorithmic problems. Regarding the confidence on problem solving, learning the algorithmic problems had little effect on the related conceptual problems. Learning the conceptual problems also had little effect on students' confidence on solving of the related algorithmic problems.

Learning efficiency checking system by measuring human motion detection (사람의 움직임 감지를 측정한 학습 능률 확인 시스템)

  • In this paper, we implement a learning efficiency verification system to inspire learning motivation and help improve concentration by detecting the situation of the user studying. To this aim, data on learning attitude and concentration are measured by extracting the movement of the user's face or body through a real-time camera. The Jetson board was used to implement the real-time embedded system, and a convolutional neural network (CNN) was implemented for image recognition. After detecting the feature part of the object using a CNN, motion detection is performed. The captured image is shown in a GUI written in PYQT5, and data is collected by sending push messages when each of the actions is obstructed. In addition, each function can be executed on the main screen made with the GUI, and functions such as a statistical graph that calculates the collected data, To do list, and white noise are performed. Through learning efficiency checking system, various functions including data collection and analysis of targets were provided to users.

  • In the present study, we assessed the effecs of fruit and vegetable bark resources rich in beneficial substances on the learning ability and memory improvement. It functions to inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase in brain tissue and improve cognitive functions in a simulation model of cognitive impairment induced by scopolamine. Hence, it can promote memory and learning ability. The formulation of the fruit and vegetable bark uses the extract of fruit and vegetable peels, which has long been used without causing toxicity in a wide range of food applications. Therefore, it can be used safely without a risk of side effects, even in the case of a long-term administration for the preventive purpose. Furthermore, the present study is a very beneficial study in the environment-friendly aspect in association with recycling of resources as it is based on the novel efficacies of fruit and vegetable barks which have been conventionally disposed as a refuse of fruits due to their poor sensory qualities despite the content of beneficial substances.

  • 본 연구는 스트레스가 지식창출에 미치는 영향을 보고자 한다. 즉, 개인의 목표에 대한 그리고 직무와 관련된 스트레스는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 연구들이 제시되고 있는데, 이때 팀의 어떠한 요소들이 이러한 부정적 영향을 감소시키고 지식창출에 기여할 수 있을지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 지식창출을 위해 자원에 비해 과도하게 설정된 목표로 인한 목표 스트레스(goal stress of resource inadequacy)와 지식창출을 위한 업무과정에서 발생하는 직무 스트레스(job stress)는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러나 지식창출을 위해 구성된 팀구성원들이 열심히 배우려고 하고 실패도 두려워하지 않는 분위기(팀 학습분위기) 속에서 강하게 결속되어 있다면(팀 응집력) 스트레스로 인한 지식창출에 대한 부정적 영향은 약화될 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 집단수준의 변수와 개인수준의 변수를 동시에 고려해야 하는 본 연구의 성격상 최근에 많이 사용되고 있는 다수준접근방법을 적용하여, HLM 6.08을 사용한 위계적 선형 모형분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 직무 스트레스는 지식창출에 부정적 영향을 미쳤으나 목표 스트레스는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 팀의 학습분위기는 지식창출에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 목표 스트레스와 지식창출간의 관계에 조절효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 팀의 응집력 역시 지식창출에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
