To enhance employment rate of students, every college provides various methods, such as consulting, information provision, course and mock interview. Students also are trying to get high GPA scores, to achieve certificates and to enhance english ability for getting jobs. We analyzed the relations self-confidence in getting jobs, college supports, students preparation for getting jobs and job-seeking stress via structural equation modelling. We found that college supports increase students preparation for getting jobs and job-seeking stress lessens self-confidence in getting jobs.

최근 취업에 청신호가 켜진 IT분야에서 전공자들이 취업을 준비할 때, 선 취업 후 실무 역량을 강화해야 할지 또는 실무 역량을 충분히 갖추고 난후 취업해야 할지는 직무 역량에 따라 차이가 있을 것이다. 그러나 열심히 취업을 준비해온 학생들은 좀 더 자신감을 가지고 적극적으로 취업 지원을 할 필요가 있다. 학생들에게 취업 지도를 하는 교수자로서 자신이 가진 역량에 비해 자신감이 없는 학생들을 보면 안타까울 때가 많다. 본 연구에서는 IT분야 기 취업자들에게 취업 시 필요한 역량에 대한 설문을 실시함으로써, 취업을 준비하는 학생들에게 실제 취업에 성공한 취업자들의 의견을 통해 보다 자신감을 가지고 취업 지원을 하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

팬데믹 이후 많은 업무가 원격으로 전환되었고 4차 산업의 대두로 그 근간이 되는 IT분야의 인력 수요가 해마다 가파르게 증가하면서 IT분야 취업에 청신호가 켜지고 있다. 그러나 질 높은 취업을 위해서는 체계적인 취업 지원 체계를 통해 역량을 갖추어 남다른 취업 경쟁력을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구는 대학에 체계적인 취업 지원 체계를 갖추기 위한 목적으로, 우선 학생들이 현재 처한 상황과 그에 따른 니즈를 파악해보고자 취업에 대한 학생들의 마인드를 파악할 수 있는 설문을 실시하였고 설문 결과를 학생들의 학업성취도에 따라 분석해보았다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 IT 전공 학생들의 취업 역량을 강화하는, 효과적인 지원 프로그램을 대학에 마련하는데 기초가 될 것으로 기대된다.

취업열기가 뜨거워지고 있는 가운데 취업시장의 문턱에 들어서는 학생들은 본인의 이력관리를 위해 수많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이 시스템은 교내의 모든 학생들이 미래 직업을 준비할 수 있도록 하고 학교생활을 하는 과정에서 자기성찰의 기회를 제공하여 자기 계발 방향을 찾도록 하는 것이 주된 목적이다. 따라서 본 시스템은 취업시장의 문화를 혁신하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 개발 시스템은 학생의 대내외적인 활동에 활용되는 모든 자료를 체계적으로 정리 및 관리할 수 있는 시스템으로 대학에서 취업을 목적으로 진행하는 프로젝트 관련수업의 결과물과 포트폴리오 관리에 목표를 두고 주로 학생의 취업연계 기능에 초점을 맞추어 개발되었다. 학생들은 학생간의 포트폴리오 정보를 공유하고 해당 시스템의 평가모듈을 통해 교수의 조언과 평가를 받아 보다나은 결과물을 창출 할 수 있다. 이렇게 학생, 교수, 기업이 서로 의사교류를 통해 원만한 관계를 유지할 수 있으며 학생과 기업 간의 win-win 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The purposes of this study were to measure resilience, major satisfaction and employment preparation of technical high school students, and to analyze the structural relationship among resilience, major satisfaction and employment preparation of them. The population was technical high school students. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The survey questionnaire was sent by mail. A survey questionnaire consists of 38 items. 391 questionnaires were used for analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. And the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling to examine structural relationship. The results of this study were as follows: First, resilience of technical high school students was high. In the domain of resilience, 'diversity of interest' was the highest, and 'emotional management' was the lowest. And resilience of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Resilience of male students was higher than that of female students. Second, major satisfaction of them was moderate. In the domain of major satisfaction, 'major prospect' was the highest, and 'satisfaction of societal dimensions' was the lowest. And major satisfaction of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Major satisfaction of male students was higher than that of female students. Third, employment preparation of technical high school students was moderate. In the domain of employment preparation, 'employment attitude' was the highest, and 'job performance competency' and 'employment information' were moderate. And employment preparation of meister high school students was higher than that of specialized high school students. Employment preparation of male students was higher than that of female students. Forth, resilience of technical high school students had a positive effect on employment preparation. Also major satisfaction of them had a positive direct effect on employment preparation. And the mediating effect of major satisfaction was significant in pathway from resilience to employment preparation. Lastly, a multi-group analysis by school type revealed that the mediation effect of major satisfaction did not differ by school type.

In this study, the Department of Library & Information Science's Students are including their cognitive for the employment prospects of library information, it wants to know satisfaction with current curriculum, job preparation, and requirements for job - related programs. The result, first of all, the students of the field of employment hope was that the library was the field of employment and the public library was the highest one of them. Second, areas of employment were that the Seoul Gyeonggi-do Province showed the highest regardless of the location of the university. Third, the satisfaction of the university curriculum is high, It appeared to be desirable that was field - based employment program. Fourth, The difficulty in preparing for employment was the lack of employment information. Fifth, The factors influencing job choice were working conditions, retirement benefits, welfare benefits, and remuneration. Therefore, to increase the employment rate of students, it was required by the establishment of job information system, reinforcement of field - based training courses, and improvement of local employment conditions and the environment.

The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to support employment for students with disabilities in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are four major sorts of subjectivities on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college : external dependence(Type1), disability-friendly (Type2), demand tailored(Type3), internal role emphasis(Type4). The result of the study could check that there was necessary reconstruction to disability-friendly infrastructure based on interset and willness on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college. In addition to that there was necessary to job creation of government, to build network of industry to successful labor market entry of students with disabilities.

Nowadays college students in South Korea experience much stress related to job search due to the continuing unemployment crisis. Particularly, students who hold a degree in Security Services suffer from such stress at a higher level compared to other students because of the specific qualifications sought by potential employers. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of the stress related to job search on career maturity among the students of Security Services. The authors surveyed 250 students of Security Services from 7 colleges in Gyeonggi, Jeolla, and Gyeongsang provinces. Before distributing the questionnaire, its validity and reliability were assessed through the consultations with experts in the related fields. The data collected was examined via various statistical methods, including factor, reliability, correlation, and regression analyses using SPSS 20.0. The results indicated that socio-demographic characteristics affected job search stress and career maturity. Additionally, it was found that the job search-related stress of the students influenced their career maturity. To illustrate, job search stress and career maturity were positively related. Based on the results of the analyses, the authors confirm that the students of Security Services are suffering from a high level of stress resulting from job search, which impacts their career selection. Finally, policy implications are discussed, including alleviating the stress by providing diversified career choices to the students.

최근 청년실업으로 인해 각 대학들은 학교별 특성에 맞는 취업프로그램을 실시하고 있다. 현재 순천향대 취업 담당자들은 취업프로그램을 진행하며 면담 및 학생정보를 수기로 작성 하고 있어 불편한 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 CRM 고객관리시스템을 응용하여 고객이 아닌 학생의 상담내역을 기반으로 취업의 방향과 전략을 세우는 학생 취업 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 Spring 프레임워크, MVC 패턴을 활용하여 역할의 분명한 분리를 수행하고, 이를 통해 보다 효율적인 웹을 구현할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, we propose a analyses the big data of students who are willing to find employment and thus presents strategy for their higher success rate of employment. The experiment covered in this paper is based on female two-year community college students who are yet unsure about their future employment. The primary flaw of pervious employment strategy was job opportunity was only based on simple factors such as student's grade, appearance, and personality due to employers and firms's demand. Therefore, students were less satisfied and often resign. In order to prevent these failures, this paper plans a strategy by analyzing the big data. Furthermore, this is proven by the comparison between 2014 employment statistics and those of previous years, and employment request has been 21.3 percent increased along with 81.4 percent increase in match rate between firms and graduating students. Most importantly, the final success rate of employment presented 63.1 percent increase compared to the previous year.
