흔히들 성은 인간이 지닌 생명력의 구심점이며 행동의 원동력이 된다고 보고 있다. 그러나 이러한 생명력이나 활동력은 「이성 」이 「이성」의 지배와 절제를 받고 있을 때 망이 창조적일 수 있고 만약 그렇치 못하고 생활학적 내지는 본능적 충동의 노예가 될 때는 비생산적이며 파괴적인 결과만을 가져올 것이다. 따라서 쓰는 용어야 「순결교육」이 되었건 혹은 「성교육 」이 되었건 간에 성교육의 출발은 이성(Sex)과 이성(Reason)이 서로 조화를 이루게 하고 중용을 지키는 과정에서 창조되는 생명력을 바람직한 인격형성의 원동력으로 삼고 후일에 행복한 결혼생활과 책임있는 시민으로 성장할 수 있도록 하는데 두어야 할 것이다. 여기서 성의 실제와 성교육의 필요성을 우선 논하고 교육목표와 방향을 설정한 다음 교육내용과 방법을 기술한 후에 성교육을 계획하고 실시함에 있어서 몇가지 문제점을 제시하는 것으로 끝을 맺고자 한다.

When income reach a certain level and their basic needs are met, happiness index do not reach even though income increase. This phenomenon was described as a paradox of Esterlin. In Korea, per capita income is over $20,000, but life quality is not high enough and according to United Nation's happiness report, Korea's happiness index is 5.8 out of 10 which ranked $56^{th}$ out of 150 countries. At this point, the purposes of this study are first: Can capabilities of feeling happiness be strengthened through education? second: Is Home Economics curriculum in Technology and Home Economics the most robust course to enhance the capabilities of feeling happiness? In this study, qualitative research methods(theoretical research and, in-depth interviews) was in progress. Conclusion of this study are as follows. Capabilities of feeling happiness can be enhanced through training. As a nation and the economy with level of per capita GNP over $20,000, in order to realize a desirable human character, capabilities of feeling happiness can be trained and strengthened through education. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of feeling happiness through life experience. Since Home Economics Curriculum educates to enhance their life practice, it is the most robust course in feeling happiness training to enhance their capabilities.

The Korean curriculum and admission system have evolved through numerous changes. Currently, the nation's college entrance rate stands at nearly 70 percent, and it is the highest among OECD members. Amid this environment, the importance of school life records is increasing among students who are interested in going to college and who have the highest percentage in the nation's education system. Happiness is not the order of grades, but I can find my future and happiness at the same time through active school life. Through the analysis system of school life records, you can find interests and career paths suitable for yourself, and analyze and supplement factors suitable for the university and department you want to go to, so that you can take a step further in successful advancement. Each item in the school records is divided into three categories to analyze the necessary and unnecessary words. By visualizing and numericalizing the analyzed data, an analysis system is established that can be supplemented in school life. An analysis system through data mining can be utilized by concisely summarizing sentences of different elements and extracting words by applying the multi-topic minutes summary system using word frequency and similarity analysis as an existing prior study.

The purpose of this study is to provide students with basic information about the stress of the national examination and the stress of the students who have difficulties in school life and the development of counseling and education program for satisfactory academic life. The survey of the 213 students of dental hygiene departments in Chungcheong, Gyungsang region was carried out. As a result of SPSS 3.0 analysis, the index of happiness Satisfaction was the highest points. Happiness index showed statistically significant difference in gender, personality, friendship, academic achievement, pocket money satisfaction, and health status. There was statistically significant difference between the major and the major in satisfaction, personality, friendship, motivation, and power status, and happiness index and major satisfaction were statistically significant.

"Career maturity" is very crucial for high school students since it has an impact on their career path and decision-making. Not only that, it is also important in self-realization and happiness as well as maximizing human resources. When it comes to understanding high school students' career path, it is necessary to know how they perceive school life since they spend most of their time in school. It's also vital to observe in the perspective of students' personal growth. This study seeks to understand the relationship between "adaptation to school life" "self-esteem" and "career maturity". To accomplish this, the 7th additional surveys conducted by Welfare Panel Study were used. The survey was conducted among 496 high school students in order to come up with descriptive statistics and correlation between "adaptation to school life" and "self-esteem" as well as the level of "career maturity". Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to understand the effects of "adaptation to school life" and "self-esteem" on "career maturity." The Baron and Kennny mediation analysis were used to understand the effects when the mediating role of "self-esteem" comes into the relationship between "adaptation to school life" and "career maturity". The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the average age for high school students' "career maturity" is 2.07, while it is 1.91 for "self-esteem". For "adaptation to school life," the relationship between "obedience to school regulations" and "relationship with friends" was relatively higher than the relationship between "attitude toward school life" and "interest in school life" Second, high school students' "career maturity" "adaptation to school life" and "self-esteem" were thought to be statistically meaningful since it showed that they had a positive relationship with each other. Third, "interest in school life" "attitude toward school life" and "obedience to school life" and "relationship with friends" in which all of these are the sub factors for "adaptation to school life" together with "self-esteem" had an influence on high school students' "career maturity". Lastly, the relationship between "adaptation to school life" and "career maturity" was proved to be influenced by the partial mediating role of "self-esteem". As the study seeks to find relationships and the factors that affect high school students' "career maturity" meaningful information is given out for the development and progress of educational programs for "career maturity". This was done by understanding the fundamental and systematic approach towards "career maturity" in the students' perspective.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze teachers' happy school life from teachers' perspectives. For this purpose, interviews with teachers and administrators were analyzed to describe and interpret the meaning of teachers' happy school life. The result indicated that teachers' happy school life could be understood with teachers' professional instruction, rational communication among members, understanding for meaning of works.

This study investigated the effects and relationships of various stress, school life adjustment and happiness factors among middle school and high school adolescents. The structural model group effects between boy and girl groups were also investigated. Data was employed from the 'Korean Children and Youth Well-Being Index Survey, 2018' while subjects of the analysis included 5,144 students. Based on the education statistics data, the sample was collected by probability proportional to size. Results utilizing structural equation modeling and multigroup analysis showed that first, school stress, friend stress, and look stress had significant effects on adolescent happiness. School life adjustment had positive significant effects on adolescents' happiness. Parent stress, money stress and school stress had significant effects on school life adjustment. Second, the mediating effect of school life adjustment between stress and happiness was significant with parent, school stress, and financial stress. Third, results of the multi-group analysis by level and gender showed that the structure was similar between boys and girls, with the only differences among mediating effects. Boys had significant mediating effects by school stress, and financial stress, while girls had significant mediating effects by school stress, financial stress, and parent stress. Finally, based on the results of the study, practice and policy implications were suggested to support the promotion of adolescents' happiness.

This Exploratory study applied the content analysis method by documental research to develop the logic of announcing a validity of Korean Education or Home Economics Education's roles and missions for preventing the school violence. As the results, three logics of accessing devices for Korean Education or Home Economics Education got developed. First, adolescents should be changed into an positive perspective like a 'people living' rather than a negative perspective like the 'learner' which is limited in Korean Education. Second, the value of the 'life competency' which has been disparaging is reinforced as an important value of education although the purpose of Korean Education was only one. The life competency is not a talent which is learned naturally by experiences. Because the school violence which is a problem in nowadays is a problem occurred by adolescents as the 'people living' rather than the 'learner', it is needed to renovate an education by a curriculum of reinforcing the 'life competency'. Third, Home Economics Education has been traditionally the typical subject which had a purpose of varied competency development as the 'people living'. Thus, the subject of Home Economics Education is one of the most important subjects, being able to prevent the school violence in entire Korean Education. The Home Economics Education as the 'life education' has an essence for making adolescents have needed competency to achieve a qualified and happy life over their adjustment.

The purpose of the phenomenological study was to explore the practitioner's experiences according to practitioner's perception and to enrich our understanding about them. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, 7 practitioners with out-of-school youths participated. Data were collected through in-depth interview. In addition, the data were analyzed by a Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis. The findings showed that the meaning of experiences in practitioners with out-of-school youths were identified as 17 themes and 5 categories. The 5 categories consisted of "School is not amused", "Family is unhappy", "They hide behind pain or excuses", "Let's go together, until it can be found", "We hope the world changed". Based on the findings, we discussed the meaning of experiences in practitioners with out-of-school youths. And lastly, this results made suggestions for the social welfare policies and practices for them.
