  • 최근 증강현실에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 증강현실 기술을 활용한 다양한 앱이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 이용한 숙명여자대학교 안내 안드로이드 앱을 개발한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 앱은 Vuforia SDK를 이용하여 교내 건물의 외관을 인식해 해당 건물의 시설을 안내해주고 학과 잠바를 인식하여 해당 학과의 전용 시설을 안내해준다. 뿐만 아니라 증강현실로 숙명여자대학교 대표 캐릭터인 눈송이를 구현해내어 눈송이를 꾸미고 움직이게 하는 재미를 제공한다. 따라서 본 앱은 학교 안내 앱의 새로운 방향을 제시하며 신입생들의 학교 안내와 학교 캐릭터 홍보에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

A Study on Design for Energy-saving Based on Analysis of Current Situation in School Facilities (학교시설 현황분석을 통한 에너지절약설계 개선방향 연구)

  • We suggest improvement direction of energy-saving design based on analysis of current situation in school facilities. School facilities have large area among public buildings. While the number of students is decreasing, the number of school and energy consumption is increasing year after year. School facilities have excellent heat insulation property, but it requires further examination about excessive heat insulation plan. School facilities are using gas heat pump actively for cooling and heating, but has difference in use ratio of ground source heat pump by region. Thus School facilities requires active using of ground source heat pump and BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic System).

A System Dynamics Model for Evaluation of Maintenance Cost Policy in Deteriorated School Building (노후 학교건물의 유지관리비용 정책 평가를 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델)

  • The maintenance of school building is pivotal issue. However, it is difficult to obtain basic analysis data for LCC(Lifecycle Cost) analysis and maintenance planning of school building. Therefore, this study proposed System Dynamics(SD) techniques to make maintenance decisions for school building. The interaction between the major parameters related to the aging of a building, maintenance activities, and cost were expressed in Causal Loop Diagram. Based on this, the formula for the relationship between causal maps was defined and converted to Stock and Flow Diagram. Through the completed SD model the 50-year plan of 214 educational building were tested by considered in account budget, maintainability, and budget allocation opinions. As a result, the integrated SD model demonstrated that it can support strategic decision making by identifying the status class and LCC behavior of school buildings by scenario. According to the scenario analysis, the rehabilitation action of preventive maintenance that primarily repairs the buildings in condition grade C showed the best performance improvement effect relative to the cost. Therefore, if the proposed SD model is expanded to consider the effects of other educational policies, the crucial performance improvement budget can be estimated in the long-term perspective.

  • Recently, as the mandatory policy of zero energy building is promoted, policies / systems for transition to Zero Energy School are being promoted, but there is no method to systematically analyze and verify the results of energy saving activities for school buildings. For the study of energy performance verification methodology, the current status of related standards was referred to, and the case study of other methodologies was conducted to examine the tools that can analyze the performance in the field. In addition, this study analyzed the current status and characteristics of energy management through domestic school visits. In this paper, we presented various energy saving projects such as air conditioning and heating facilities, lighting, insulation, change operation behavior, and improve operation methods in new and existing school buildings, and M & V methods for verifying energy savings before and after implementation of energy conservation projects.

  • In this thesis, we will theoratically and practically study and analyze how the heat flows through an opaque wall, which is by the new material insulated, of a school building in Korea. It will be an important information for the effective using guidelines of the new light throughable insulation materials in Korea.
