A Model Translator for Checking Behavioral Consistency of Abstract Components (모델기반 컴포넌트 정제 과정의 행위 일관성 검증을 위한 변환기)

  • Model-based Component development methodologies consider the whole system as an component and develop physical components through recursive decomposition and refinements of components in a top-down manner. We developed a model translator that can be used to formally verify interaction consistency among components, especially the interaction behavior between before- and after- refinements of components. This translator can be used to identify potential problems in the refinement process so that problems can be addressed from the early stage of development. This paper introduces our translation approach and the organization of the translator. The translator has been applied to two case studies to show its usefulness.

  • DoD makes efforts to develop Capability-Based Force Structure through NCW and requirements. MND makes efforts to develop capability based force development and management for dynamic security environment and wartime command and control, however it seems to be very difficult to develop Capability-Based Force Structure without the concept and development method of integrated capability. The purpose of this paper is to make "An Integrated Capability Framework of Capability Based Force Structure" which presents integral capability of Enterprise. This framework contains the concept of force operation and force development view based on defense force life cycle.

  • The top-down method for SOA delivery is recommended as a best way to take advantage of SOA. The core step of SOA delivery is the step of service modeling including service analysis and design based on ontology. Most enterprises know that the top-down approach is the best but they are hesitant to employ it because it requires them to invest a great deal of time and money without it showing any immediate results, particularly because they use well-defined component based systems. In this paper, we propose a service identification method to use a well-defined components maximally as a bottom-up approach. We assume that user's inputs generates events on a GUI and the approximate business process can be obtained from concatenating the event paths. We first find the core GUIs which have many outgoing event calls and form event paths by concatenating the event calls between the GUIs. Next, we adapt sequential pattern mining algorithms to find the maximal frequent event paths. As an experiment, we obtained business services with various granularity by applying a cohesion metric to extracted frequent event paths.

A Study of Practical Strategies for Cooperative Rural Community Regeneration in Geochang (거창군 협업형 마을만들기 실천전략 연구)

  • Prior hardware-centered rural development projects implemented top-down rural community regeneration via the local government in accordance with central government agency policies. To improve this, software-centered projects have been promoted since 2000. With central agency-led rural development projects changing into local government-led ones, rural community regeneration has been built per village. Although rural community regeneration projects appear to have implemented a bottom-up development currently, the top-down development procedures being facilitated by the intervention of administrative institutions have not disappeared. In this regard, the purpose of this research thesis is to effectively perform bottom-up development methods that go one step further from the current process of rural community regeneration. As the research site, this thesis selected Geochang, which has difficulties in being steadily maintained and operated despite the development of various rural community regeneration projects. Subsequently, it determined the current status and substantial analysis of a project of the rural community regeneration in Geochang through 1:1 interviews with civil servants in charge of administration as well as conducted a prior study on rural resident awareness of rural community regeneration through a survey of village head members and in-depth interviews with rural residents. Based on these data, a 10 times-round table conference was held under the participation of pertinent civil servants, professionals and rural residents to select practical strategies for cooperative rural community regeneration in Geochang as five key areas: local food, culture & welfare, rural villages, community development, and urban and rural interchanges. In addition, it is considered that the project of building villages must be implemented by establishing steadfast administrative co-operation systems, strengthening rural residents' participation capacities and supporting professionals' systemic integrated operation and maintenance. By doing so, this research thesis sought to determine practical strategies in the cooperative rural community regeneration in Geochang. It is expected that bottom-up development rural community regeneration will be built and introduced in each rural community in the future.

Development of the Heuristic Attention Model Based on Analysis of Eye Movement of Elementary School Students on Discrimination task (변별과제에서 초등학생의 안구운동 분석을 통한 발견적 주의 모델 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a HAM (Heuristic Attention Model) by analyzing the difference between eye movements according to the science achievement of elementary school students on discrimination task. Science achievement was graded by the results of the Korea national achievement test conducted in 2012 for a random sampling of classes. As an assessment tool to check discrimination task, two discrimination measure problems from TSPS (Test of Science Process Skill, developed in 1994) which were suitable for an eye tracking system were adopted. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the sixth grade who agreed to participate in the research. SMI was used to collect EMD (eye movement data). Experiment 3.2 and BeGaze 3.2 programs were used to plan experiments and analyze EMD. As a result, eye movements of participants in discrimination tasks varied greatly in counts and duration of fixation, first fixation duration, and dwell time, according to students' science achievement and difficulty of the problems. By the analysis of EMD, strategies of the students' problem-solving could be found. During problem solving, subjects' eye movements were affected by visual attention; bottom-up attention, top-down attention and convert attention, and aflunter attention. In conclusion, HAM was developed, and it is believed to help in the development of a science learning program for underachievers.

Remote Robot Control System based on Around View (어라운드 뷰 기반의 원격 로봇 제어 시스템)

  • 본 논문에서는 인간이 환경에 대한 상황을 직접적으로 파악할 수 있는 시각 정보를 제공하기 위해 다중 카메라를 이용한 사용자 시각기반 어라운드 뷰를 개발하였다. 4대의 하향식 경사 카메라를 통하여 영상을 획득하고 켈리브레이션한다. 렌즈의 왜곡을 보정하고 호모그라피 행렬을 계산하여 지표면과 수평이 되는 관점으로 영상을 변환한다. 그 결과 사용자에게 종합적 상황정보 획득이 용이하도록 정보화하기 위한 위성 영상 관점의 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 그리고 4대의 카메라를 동시에 사용하기 위한 하드웨어적 한계를 극복하고자 영상처리가 가능한 임베디드 카메라 모듈을 개발하였다. 사용자-로봇 상호작용을 위해 버튼 및 조이스틱과 같은 기계적 입력장치를 사용하지 않고 사용자의 자연스러운 제스처를 통하여 제어 명령을 입력할 수 있는 터치 패드를 사용하여 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하였다. 개발한 시스템은 시 공간적 한계를 극복하고 원격에서 로봇의 상황정보를 획득하여 사용자 친화적인 로봇제어를 할 수 있다. 위의 내용들을 검증하기 위하여 같은 상황 환경에서의 기존의 시스템과 비교 실험을 진행하였고 실험 결과를 통하여 제안한 시스템의 효용성을 검증하였다.

  • 세계적인 추세와 더불어 국내의 경제성장 및 민주화, 인구의 고령화, 상병구조의 변화, 지방자치시대의 개막 등으로 주민의 욕구가 다양해졌다. 따라서 중앙에서 획일적이고 하향식 대처방식은 주민의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 없다, 지방의 역할이 중시되고 지역단위별로 주민의 욕구를 파악하여 보건소의 기능을 강화할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지역주민의 건강요구에 부응하는 지역 건강증진사업의 체계를 개발하여 보건소 서비스 질을 향상시키고 지역실정에 맞는 종합적인 보건의료 서비스를 제공함으로 주민의 건강 증진을 도모하고자 하였다.

  • 본 연구를 통하여 전력수급계획에 필요한 연간 시간대별 총수요를 예측하는 산법을 개발하였다. 예측과정은 크게 평상일 예측과 특수일 예측으로 구분된다. 평상일의 경우는, 연중 최대수요가 발생하는 하절기 기상으로부터 연중 최대수요를 예측한 다음, 하향식 접근에 의해 주간-일간-시간대별 평상일 수요를 예측하며, 특수일 수요는 예측된 평상일 수요와 평상일 대비 상대계수 모형으로부터 예측한다. 예측의 정확도를 개선하기 위하여 시계열 자료에 가중치를 부여하고, 실적자료가 생길 때마다 자동으로 모형이 갱신되도록 하였으며, 수요예측 결과를 검증, 보정하기 위해 주간수요예측을 재수행할 수 있다. 또한 계획된 월간 전력량 제약에 협조하는 예측산법도 포함하였다.

Development and Assessment of a Downdraft Gasifier for Biomass Gasification (하향식 바이오매스 가스화장치의 개발 및 평가)

  • A downdraft gasifier was manufactured for biomass gasification. The gasifier was designed based on the principles of gasification presented in previous studies. The pipes of 25mm diameter were used for both supplying air and discharging producer gas. Wood charcoals were mostly used for fuels. The concentration of CO ranged from 25 to 35%, comparable to the values presented in other studies. The temperature outside wall of the gasifier was measured up to $400^{\circ}C$, indicating a great heat loss. When glass wool was cover over the wall, some parts of wire mesh located in the bottom of the reactor were molten down. There were several modifications that should be made in order to improve its efficiency and obtain more stable continuous gasification, including insulation, reduction in pressure loss, durable bottom meshes, the optimum length of reaction part, and safety.

  • 핸드폰이나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 등 휴대용 단말기의 보급이 급속히 늘어나면서 이를 통한 모바일 콘텐츠 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 비전문적인 개발자가 사용자 인터페이스를 편리하게 디자인 할 수 있는 환경을 구축하는 것이 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 적은 용량으로 고품질의 그래픽을 구현할 수 있는 2D 벡터그래픽 표준인 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)를 사용하여 홈 네트워킹을 제어하는 모바일 기기(PDA)의 사용자 인터페이스를 디자인하는 방법에 대하여 고찰한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법의 특징은 선호인터페이스(Preference Interface) 설정, 하향식(Top-Down) 방식 화면구성, 그리고 동적 SVG 이미지 활용 등이다.
