  • During the Pre-Qin(秦) Dynasty era, there were the records that there had been many calendar systems, such as $g{\check{u}}-li{\grave{u}}-l{\grave{i}}$(古六曆 : six ancient calendar systems). Then, the fact that particularly $zh{\bar{o}}u-l{\grave{i}}$(周曆) and $xi{\grave{a}}-l{\grave{i}}$(夏曆) were mainly discussed among them resulted from a lot of discussions from the differences in the calendar system in "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$(春秋)" known to have been written by Confucius from the calendar system in "$X{\acute{i}}ng-xi{\grave{a}}-zh{\bar{i}}-sh{\acute{i}}$(行夏之時 : implement the calendar of Ha dynasty.)" that Confucius mentioned himself to his disciple. $zh{\bar{o}}u-l{\grave{i}}$(周曆) with $d{\bar{o}}ngzh{\grave{i}}-yu{\grave{e}}$(冬至月 : the 11th month of the lunar calendar) as the first month of a year had the system of the lunar calendar, and $xi{\grave{a}}-l{\grave{i}}$(夏曆) called as the calendar of Ha(夏) dynasty had the system of $ji{\acute{e}}-q{\grave{i}}-l{\grave{i}}$(節氣曆 : a kind of the solar calendar that divides one year of 365 days into 24 solar terms) with $y{\acute{i}}n-yu{\grave{e}}$(寅月 :one month from the present Feb 5) as the first month of a year. These two calendars had definite differences in the first months of a year, names of seasons, and the lunar calendar and the solar calendar. The fundamental reason why Confucius recommended the performance of $xi{\grave{a}}-l{\grave{i}}$(夏曆) as a way to run the nation was not that it started from the philosophical view of the universe that among the 'three $zh{\bar{e}}ng$'(三正)' of $ti{\bar{a}}n-zh{\bar{e}}ng$(天正 : the first month of a year with the heaven as the standard), $d{\grave{i}}-zh{\bar{e}}ng$(地正 : the first month of a year with the earth as the standard) and $r{\acute{e}}n-zh{\bar{e}}ng$(人正 : the first month of a year with humans as the standard), but that he wanted to emphasize the importance of practical national economic policies to enhance agricultural productivity. It becomes the criterion that even though Confucius emphasized that politicians should not have moral flaws ideally, with regard to public policies, he wanted to stress politicians' duties based on the reality a lot.

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에 피어 튜터링을 적용할 때 팀 구성 방법을 다르게 하여 참여 학습자들의 성적 변화를 비교해보았다. 그 결과 팀 구성시 친분보다는 수준을 고려할수록 성적 상승에 긍정적으로 작용했으며 특히 친분에 의한 팀 구성시 학습자들의 학습 수준 차이가 크면 상위 학습자 성적 하력이 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Cu CMP 공정시 높은 압력으로 인하여 low-k 유전체막에 손실을 주며, 디싱과 에로젼 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 기존의 CMP에 전기화학을 결합시킴으로서 낮은 하력에서의 Cu 평탄화를 달성 할 수 있는 ECMP(Electrochemical Mechanical Polishing)기술이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 $NaNO_3$ 전해액이 Cu 표면에 미치는 영향을 SEM (Scanning electron microscopy), EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy), XRD(X-ray Diffraction)를 통하여 전기화학적 특성을 비교 분석하였다.

  • Metal-CMP 공정시 높은 압력을 가해 줌으로 인하여 금속배선의 디싱 현상과 에로젼 현상이 발생하고 다공성의 하부층에 균열이 생기는 문제점을 개선하고자, 낮은 하력에서 금속막의 광역 평탄화를 이룰 수 있는 ECMP(Electrochemical Chemical Mechanical Polishing)가 생겨나게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 전해액의 전류-전압 특성 곡선을 비교 분석하여, 패시베이션막이 형성되는 곳을 알 수 있었고, CV와 LSV 법을 통해 전기화학적인 특성을 고찰하였다.

  • 반도체 소자가 고집적화 되고 고속화를 필요로 하게 됨에 따라, 기존에 사용되었던 알루미늄이나 텅스텐보다 낮은 전기저항, 높은 electro-migration resistance으로 미세한 금속배선 처리가 가능한 Cu가 주목받게 되었다. 하지만 과잉 디싱 현상과 에로젼을 유도하여 메탈라인 브리징과 단락을 초래할 있고 Cu의 단락인 islands를 남김으로서 표면 결함을 제거하는데 효과적이지 못다는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 특히 평탄화 공정시 높은 압력으로 인하여 Cu막의 하부인 ILD막의 다공성의 low-k 물질의 손상을 초래 할 수 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 기존의 CMP에 전기화학을 결합시킴으로서 낮은 하력에서의 Cu 평탄화를 달성 할 수 있는 기존의 CMP 기술에 전기화학을 접목한 새로운 개념의 ECMP (electrochemical-mechanical polishing) 기술이 생겨나게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최적화된 ECMP 공정을 위하여 I-V곡선과 CV법을 이용하여 active. passive. trans-passive 영역의 전기화학적 특징을 알아보았고. Cu막의 표면 형상을 알아보기 위해 Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) 측정과 Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) 분석을 통해 금속 화학적 조성을 조사하였다.

  • Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) 공정은 deep 서브마이크론 집적회로의 다층배선구조률 실현하기 위해 inter-metal dielectric (IMD), inter-layer dielectric layers (ILD), pre-metal dielectric (PMD) 층과 같은 절연막 외에도 W, Al, Cu와 같은 금속층을 평탄화 하는데 효과적으로 사용되고 있으며, 다양한 소자 제작 및 새로운 물질 등에도 광범위하게 응용되고 있다. 하지만 Cu damascene 구조 제작으로 인한 CMP 응용 과정에서, 기계적으로 깨지기 쉬운 65 nm의 소자 이하의 구조에서 새로운 저유전상수인 low-k 물질의 도입으로 인해 낮은 하력의 기계적 연마가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전기화학적 기계적 연마 적용을 위해, I-V 특성 곡선을 이용하여 active, passive, transient, trans-passive 영역의 전기화학적 특성을 알아보았으며, Cu 막의 표면 형상을 알아보기 위해 scanning electron microscopy (SEM) 측정과 energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) 분석을 통해 금속 화학적 조성을 조사하였다.

  • This study is intended to propose an approach to reliability-based safety evaluation as well as LRFR(Load and Resisitance Factor Rating) type capacity classification of military or civilian bridges based on the limit state models which are delived by incorporating all the uncertainties of resistance and load random variables including deterioration, and are used in a practical AFOSM (Advanced First Order Second Moment) method. The proposed methods for the assement of safety and load carrying capacity are applied for the evaluation of rating and classifications of several practical bridges against the crossing of military vehicles. Based on the observation of the numerical results, it can be concluded that the current NATO classification method which is based on the traditionl allowable stress concept can not provide real load carrying capacity but results in nominal classification, and therefore the reliability-based safety evaluation and LRFR-classification method or the corresponding rational allowable stress method proposed in this paper may have to be introduced into the classification practice.

  • In the scriptures of "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$(春秋)", the expression method of '$Ch{\bar{u}}n-w{\acute{a}}ng-zh{\bar{e}}ng-yu{\grave{e}}$(春王正月 : It's spring. It's the first month regulated by the king.)' was used as Jì-yuè-fǎ(紀月法 : the rules to determine the first month(正月)), the month of winter solstice was regarded as the first month of a year, and three years since then were named as $Ch{\bar{u}}n$(春 : spring). With regard to this "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$"Wáng-lì("春秋"王曆 : the calendar regulated by the king of $Zh{\bar{o}}u$(周) dynasty in "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$"), depending on whether Confucius(孔子) changed and recorded the names of the months and the season or not, there were three different arguments; the theory that 'Confucius changed the names of both the months and the season'(孔子改月 改時說), the view that 'Confucius changed the name of the season, not the names of the months'(孔子不改月 改時說), and then the theory that 'Confucius changed neither the names of the months nor the name of the season'(孔子不改月 不改時) since Song(宋) dynasty. The first view was taken by $Hh{\acute{u}}-{\bar{a}}n-gu{\acute{o}}$(胡安國) and $C{\grave{a}}i-ch{\acute{e}}n$(蔡沈), and the second theory was mentioned by Chéng-yí(程?) and Zhū-zǐ(朱子). The advocates of the third view had become remarkable since Ming(明) dynasty, and one of representatives was Wàng-yáng-míng(王陽明). All of them based their arguments on ancient scriptures and Confucian legal books, and there were cases of taking the same records as the support for different opinions. Confucius' so-called 'Chūn-qiū-bǐ-fǎ(春秋筆法 : the method to describe historical facts by making clear discrimination between right and wrong)' and '$Sh{\grave{u}}-{\acute{e}}r-b{\grave{u}}-zu{\grave{o}}$(述而不作 : the attitude to succeed virtuous men's achievements and only explain and describe them not creating and adding new contents)' could come from thoughts of $Z{\bar{u}}n-w{\acute{a}}ng$(尊王 : to respect the king with the virtues of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and sincerity). Therefore, even though Confucius is assumed to have been the writer of "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$(春秋)", whether he actually changed and recorded the names of the months and the season in the calendar used in "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$" is doubtful. These theories on Confucius's intervention in the calendar of "$Ch{\bar{u}}n-qi{\bar{u}}$" hadn't been discussed as conflicting in reality until Tang(唐) dynasty.

The Associated Factors of Health Examinations Behaviors among Some Elderly Persons in Urban and Rural Areas (일부 도시·농촌지역 고령자의 건강검진 수진행동에 관련된 요인)

  • Objectives: We investigated the factors related to health examination behaviors, sociodemographic aspects and lifestyles of elderly persons with different social backgrounds, and compared sexual and regional differences in urban and rural elderlies. Methods: The total study subjects(464 individuals) from urban(236) and rural areas(228), recruited by a stratified cluster random sampling were interviewed and examined about their sociodemographic profiles, daily lifestyles, subjective health status, conditions concerning use of medical resources, hearing acuity, visual acuity and ADL(activity of daily living), and whether they receive health examination or not. For statistical analysis, Chi-square test was used for sexual and regional comparisons among the groups who have been given a health examination and the one who have not. Results: In urban areas, the rate of having underwent health examination was 54.5% in men and 46.9% in women, and in rural areas, it was 59.8% in men and 42.7% in women, showing its higher rate in men than in women in both areas. For regional differences between the group who have taken a health examination and the one who have not, there was a significant difference in terms of age, family pattern, current job, monthly household income, owning a house, drinking status, eating habit, subjective health status, whether they have taken outpatient medical service for the recent 3 months or not, anxiety for the health, and IADL conditions according to whether the community is rural or urban. In multiple regressions, the influential factors on the health examination behaviors were selected such as having their own house, their family doctor, amnesia, urinary incontinence and chronic disease in urban districts. But in rural districts, the variables were selected such as having or not of their family doctor, urinary incontinence, anxiety for the health, educational level, their own house and chronic disease. Conclusions: It is suggested that the approach to the health examination of an older patient requires substantial consideration of highly variable individual sociodemographic characteristics involving regional attributes as well as their daily life styles, subjective health status, status of performing health examination, physical health status and ADL conditions.
