Risk management activity for successful defense R&D project should be done anticipatorily and consistently over the entire project period and there should be a priority for management depending on importance of the risk factors. In this study, we verified the reliability and validity through factor analysis for the risk factors selected by the Delphi technique. We also obtained the relative importance of risk factors with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and decided to prioritize for comparison of domestic and overseas research. According to the study, we found that it is important to settle the requirements and to classify the scope of R&D. It is also considered significant to have reasonable schedule for completion and secure the necessary resources in the early stage of project. Unlike previous studies, it appeared the technical factors are critical elements as well for defense R&D project.

Recently, crowdfunding platforms have received attention as one of the content investment platforms for the public. This research attempts to explore the influencing factors on the success of movie euqity crowdfunding project. We use 'number of texts', 'number of images', 'star influence power', 'IP-based movie project', 'movie production stage', 'box office prediction', 'investment capital ratio', 'amount of surplus available investment', 'profit calculation method' and 'minimum investment amount' as independent variables. And we examined how these factors affects the achievement rate of movie crowdfunding. As a result of multiple regression analysis, 'movie production stage', 'investment capital ratio', 'amount of surplus available investment' and 'profit calculation method' have a significant effect on the crowdfunding achievement rate. In addition, the results of this research can be used for reference when planning film crowdfunding projects.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

Insufficient requirement management accounts for 54% ofunsuccessful software development projects and 22% of insufficient requirement management comes from requirement change management. Hence, requirement management activities are important to reduce failure rates and a tracing method is suggested as the major factor in requirements change management. A traceability table is easy to use because of its legibility accurate tracing. However, traceability tables of existing studies have failed to concretely suggest method of change management and effect of traceability. Also, studies of methods to estimate change impact is complex. Hence, this study suggests how to use a traceability table to manage changes in requirements. Together, in comparison to existing studies, this study suggests easier methods to estimate change rate and change impact. Also Fifteen projects were sampled to test the hypothesis that traceability table influences the success of projects and that it decreases the failure rate that comes from the insufficient requirements management.

Today the domestic construction industries are changing. The bigger, higher and more professional are gradually the construction industries, the faster does the fusion into the other industries also undergone. It is gradually needed to estimate the process of the project in the construction industries through this tendency. Consumers or the owner gradually reify their needs and it is essential for an objective appraisal standard to estimate the accomplishment of the project because its level is raised. In this study the problem is understood through the analysis on the existing system of construction industries and it is indicated to new performance measurement system in construction project through the analysis on the influential factors including the qualitative analysis such as consumer satisfaction.

Information system development projects, have a mechanism for many of the costs generated by a variety of risk factors. In general, the probability that the software project of the information system is carried out successfully in the delivery time is very low. This prediction of a formal cost is needed as the most important factor since it can prevent the project from being failed. However, objectivity of most of the project scale calculation during the calculation criteria is insufficient. Further, it is the actual situation that the management of the base line is not properly made during the project. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a model to calculate the number of steps it takes to develop on the basis of a methodology in an attempt to overcome the limitation of being unpractical in the early stage of the information system development project. It is expected to be a tool to estimate the effort and cost required by the information system development business through these convergence proposals model.

본 논문은 기업내의 수직적 기술이전 문제를 다룬 사례연구로서 한 건설업체의 연구소에서 이루어진 기술개발 결과가 사업부문의 현장에 이전 활용되는 과정에서 기술이전 정도가 어떤 요인에 의해 영향을 받는지 분석하였다. D건설의 사례분석 결과 기술 이전 팀 및 프로젝트 추진 자(Project Champion)의 존재 여부가 기술이전의 성패에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원도 성공적인 기술이전에 강한 긍정적인 요인이 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 당초 사례분석의 틀에서 고려하지 않았던 기술인지도안 기술수용자의 시장평가가 기술수용 노력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 사내 기술 이전 시 이러한 요인들을 고려한다면 보다 효과적인 기술이전이 될 것으로 기대된다.

지식경영의 기본적인 목적은 조직 구성원간에 효과적으로 지식을 공유 하도록 하는 것이다. 지식 경영에 관련된 많은 연구들은 지식 공유가 필요한 상황 및 지식 공유를 촉진시키는 조직 환경에 집중해왔다. 그러나 조직에 속한 개인들이 누구와 어떻게 지식을 공유하는 것이 가장 효과적인지에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 주제는 지식 전달자와 지식 수용자간에 지식을 주고 받을 때 전달되는 지식 속성의 질을 결정하는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 특히 본 연구는 프로젝트를 수행하는 개인간의 지식 공유에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구의 두 번째 주제는 지식 속성의 구성과 지식 속성이 지식 효용 및 업무 결과의 물리적 그리고 심리적 측면에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 달리 지식 속성의 질을 지식 공유의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 중요 요소로 인지한다.

지난 수년간, IT 비용의 지속적인 증가에 따른 IT 투자 의사결정 및 평가를 위한 성과 분석은 최근 가장 주요한 이슈가 되고 있다. IT 투자와 성과간의 상관 관계를 규명하기 위한 수많은 노력에도 불구하고 IT 투자 성과 측정의 어려움과 이에 영향을 미치는 요소들의 복합성으로 인하여 낮은 IT 투자 성과의 원인을 제시하는 것은 여전히 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 연구는 실제 IT 투자 규모와 IT 투자 성과간의 상관관계를 분석하고, 이에 조직, IS프로젝트, 사용자 요인들이 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 나타내고자 하였다. 2개 제조업체의 총 44개의 단위시스템들에 대하여, IT 투자 비용은 형태별로, IT 투자 성과는 정성적, 정량적인 효과를 정보, 시스템, 사용자, 조직효과 관점에서 측정하고 있다. 또한, 각 시스템을 구축하였던 업무 담당자들, 사용자들에 대한 인터뷰 및 설문을 통하여 조직, IS프로젝트, 사용자 요인을 측정하고 있다. 본 연구는 효과적인 IT 투자 성과를 얻기 위해서는, 절대적인 IT 투자 규모도 중요하지만 구체적인 정보전략계획의 수립, 경영진의 지원, 사용자의 적극적 참여와 같은 IT 투자 실행의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 이들 결과를 바탕으로 IT 투자를 고려하고 있는 기업들에게 효과적인 투자 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

PMO(Project Management Office) has been considered as a general approach for the successful operation of IT project. The previous studies tended to emphasize on the roles and functions of PMO in a normative way. However, in practice, since PMO is operated as a joint structure in which client firms and professional PMOs work together, it seems to be important that the implementation system of PMO should be properly formed. In this paper, it is examined whether the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence on the setup of implementation system of PMO, and also whether implementation system of PMO influence of the performance of IT project. In addition, it is also analyzed if the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence differently on the setup of implementation system of PMO, according to the degree of knowledge complementarity. As a result of this study, it is found that the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence positively on the setup of implementation system of PMO, and governance factors such as clear definition of organizational roles, responsibility, and setup of standardized processes are also important in performance of IT project. It is also shown that, if knowledge complementarity is formed with a common knowledge base between client firms and professional PMOs, Project Management Office functions effectively. In summary, for the successful performance of IT project, it seems that it is required to approach from the view point of governance in forming the implementation system of PMO and it is also important to form knowledge complementarity between client firms and professional PMOs.
