전력품질 저하로 인하여 수용가 설비에 문제가 발생되었을 경우, 전력품질의 유지 및 관리 책임이 있는 전력회사(판매회사)는 전력품질 저하원인을 규명하여야 한다. 이 경우 전력품질 향상에 필요한 소요 비용은 전력품질 저하원인 제공자가 부담하는 것이 원칙이며, 전력품질 원인 제공자가 전력회사로부터 계속 전력을 공급받기 위해서 수용가는 전력품질 향상을 위한 대책들을 전력회사에 제시하여야 하며, 그 중 비용이 가장 적은 방법을 선택할 수 있다. 이 경우 전력회사는 최선을 다하여 수용가 및 전력회사 측면에서 적절한 대책이 수립될 수 있도록 기술적으로 협조하여야 한다.

By the progress of informatization, the data which is involved in the administration and public organizations are increased the requestion of the utilization. Nevertheless most of the agencies could not actively participate in sharing and opening the data to the public because of data quality problems. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for data quality, managerial and organizational factors which is to derive at the level of the organization's data quality management success factors suggested in previous studies, and the acceptance of the organization's quality management. The result identify that organizational factors, organization's data quality management encouragement and support, give effect data quality through the acceptance of data quality management. However, managerial factors was no effect the data quality management acceptance. This study than managerial approach when considering the quality control for the public organizations, in the early days of the current situation of a company-wide consensus was required, as well as directly to the level of quality factors affecting the quality of acceptance is presented to derive but has significance.

In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

분산전원의 양적,질적 성장이 가속화되고 전력계통과의 활발한 연계가 예상되는 시기에 기존계통과는 달리 수용가에 전력품질측면으로 미치는 영향에 대한 심층적인 분석과 대안책을 마련하지 않는다면 수용가의 전기안전을 장담할 수 없게 되었다. 따라서 이에 본 논문은 분산전원중에서 풍력발전단지가 전력계통에 연계시 수용가에 미치는 영향을 실측 데이터를 이용해서 전력품질 영향을 분석하였으며, 풍력발전단지가 충분히 발전을 할 때, 인근 수용가의 고조파 패턴은 주로 영향을 받는다는 사실을 확인 할 수 있었다.

의료서비스 이용자의 가장 큰 불만은 대기시간으로 나타나고 있으나 대기시간에 대한 외국의 활발한 연구와는 달리 국내의 실증적 분석자료는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 의료서비스 접점에서 대기시간과 관련한 다양한 요인 중, 의료서비스 제공자의 대기시간에 대한 배려와 고객의 지각된 대기시간 및 대기시간 활용이 서비스접점의 부정적인 감정과 수용가능성, 서비스품질평가와 애호도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검정해 보고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과 대기시간 배려는 서비스접점의 부정적 감정을 줄이고 수용가능성은 높이는 것으로 나타났으나, 지각된 대기시간은 부정적인 감정을 높이고 수용가능성은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스접점의 부정적인 감정은 서비스품질과 애호도를 낮추고 수용가능성은 서비스품질평가와 애호도를 높이고 있으나, 고객의 대기시간의 활용은 부정적인 감정과 수용가능성에는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 지각된 대기시간이 부정적인 감정에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper analyzes the present state of customers' effect in distribution system by momentary voltage variation. Customers are becoming increasingly concerned about the quality of electric power. Most of all, the voltage magnitude quality is very important because it can have a direct effect on customers. Especially, according to the development of automatic process, momentary voltage variations result in the shutdown of sensitive loads such as electronic equipment, computer and magnetic contactor, and so on. To analyze the shutdown rate of customers' equipments by the momentary voltage variation, we present the CVEMA curve and he cumulative CVEA curve of each load type through the experiment for the customers' sensitive equipments. Also, we have surveyed customers' opinion by the questionnaire as "Survey of Power Quality" an then the results are reported.

This research aims to examine the efficiency and effectiveness of the governmental policies promoting IPTV by verifying their influences on the adoption empirically. The government unveiled several policies including creating demands in public sectors, developing diverse public contents, subsidizing the production of converged contents, easing the regulations to promote IPTV industry. While a lot of previous literature has already proved that a system quality, a content quality, and a perceived price have influences on the adoption of IPTV, the effects of governmental policies are not well understood despite of their contributions to the adoption. Rather, most of existing research on governmental policies in the context of technology adoption have focused on regulatory frameworks. The results of the study show that governmental policies have influences on consumers' perceived system quality and content quality. It is also found that perceived system quality, content quality and perceived price have influences on adoption intention. This study can contribute to the field in a way that it proves the important roles of governmental policies in the diffusion of new technologies including IPTV.

Considering education process in university, We will have consensus about that has not satisfied exactly individual student's needs. Because education in university has the process that one person contract diverse many people in same time. So, we consider about that if students have used more information communication technology, they have more satisfaction in education process and contents. Our research verify these hypotheses that students' high degree of technology acceptance tendency affect degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction to be high. And these relationship are affected by level of students' using information communication technology. As a results, if students have high degree of technology acceptance then they have high degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction. Also, enough students to use information and communication technology has moderate effect about these relationship. This study was conducted at university is located in the province's small and medium-sized cities. Therefore, future training will utilize its contents have been more effective.

The wearables market has fast grown, demanding a more consumer-centric academic attention. The current research explores the moderations of consumer individual characteristics (i.e., age, need for cognition, involvement) in the dynamics of perceived psychological benefits of wearables adoption (i.e., perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) towards perceived product quality. the results indicate a strong positive influence of both the perceived usefulness and ease of use on perceived quality. however, the predicted moderations of age, need for congitiion, and involvement were partially supported.

본 논문은 혁신수용에 대한 한국인들의 군집화에 관한 연구로서, 분류된 군집의 라이프스타일 등의 특성을 밝힐 것이다. 연구를 위해 2003년 6월 9일부터 27일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, Ward의 군집분석 방법을 이하여 분석하였다. Rogers가 혁신 수용에 관한 군집을 통계적 이론을 바탕으로 다섯 가지로 분류한 바 있으나 본 연구에서는 혁신층이 11%, 조기다수층이 24.4%, 후기다수층이 48.9%, 후발수용층이 15.7% 등 네 가지 군집으로 분류될 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 이 군집들의 라이프스타일을 연구하였다. 또한 Rogers의 연구 결과와 비교해 볼 때, 조기수용층이 혁신층으로 흡수되었다. 이러한 결과는 두터운 혁신층을 바탕으로 신제품이나 새로운 서비스를 처음 받아들이는 계층이 넓다는 것을 의미하고, 우리나라에서는 신제품을 개발 시험할 수 있는 좋은 구조를 가지고 있음을 의미하고, 반면에 조기다수층이 혁신 수용에 신중함으로 보이고 있기 때문에 혁신의 확산에 높은 저항이 있음을 알 수 있다. 세계각국에서 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 초고속 인터넷 서비스 분야 성공은 다른 나라에 비해 서비스를 빠르게 수용하고 이 후 높은 품질의 서비스와 고객만족을 기업들에 요구하고, 기업들의 적절한 대응의 결과로 설명될 수 있다.
