The adjustment in guidelines for quality certification of recycled aggregate permitted the Quality Control Manager of a company specializing in recycled aggregate quality certification to concurrently assume the role of Environmental Management Manager. Analysis of the outcomes from the 2023 recycled aggregate quality certification follow-up management audit conducted by the certification agency revealed that in 95 out of 242 cases, constituting approximately 39% of the total cases, individuals held concurrent positions. Following the regulatory revision, there has been a notable proliferation of concurrent roles across various enterprises. Concerns arose regarding the potential neglect of quality control for certified recycled aggregates in comparison to scenarios where individuals are solely responsible for specific duties related to quality and environmental management. Audit results encompassing six aspects, including waste management, were evaluated on a scale of 6 points. A comparative analysis was conducted between the outcomes of 147 cases managed by dedicated personnel, as previously practiced, and 95 cases managed by individuals with concurrent roles. Although the average score of the latter group was marginally lower, no statistically significant disparity was observed between the two groups. Consequently, apprehensions regarding the oversight of quality control stemming from the allowance of concurrent roles appear unfounded. Within the context of recent regulatory revisions, permitting concurrent roles in managerial capacities is deemed an appropriate relaxation of regulations.

This study is performed to measure a performance of IMS using Delone & McLean's Information Success Model as a practical analysis for IMS implementation and their effects. For this, I reviewed the pre-research literatures to attain the measurement factors for IMS implementation and information system success model. For inspecting the hypotheses, answered the questionaries to the IMS managers. The results are as follows: the first, to improve the user's will, they have to focus on the service quality. The second, to improve the user's satisfaction, focus on the system quality. Finally, which affect on the performance is user's will rather than satisfaction.

The government of the Republic of Korea is conducting quality management of public open data by conducting a public data quality management level evaluation. Public open data is provided in various open formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV, with CSV format accounting for the majority. When diagnosing the quality of public open data in CSV format, the quality diagnosis manager determines and diagnoses the domain for each field based on the field name and data within the field of the public open data file. However, it takes a lot of time because quality diagnosis is performed on large amounts of open data files. Additionally, in the case of fields whose meaning is difficult to understand, the accuracy of quality diagnosis is affected by the quality diagnosis person's ability to understand the data. This paper proposes a domain discrimination model for public open data in CSV format using field names and data distribution statistics to ensure consistency and accuracy so that quality diagnosis results are not influenced by the capabilities of the quality diagnosis person in charge, and to support shortening of diagnosis time. As a result of applying the model in this paper, the correct answer rate was about 77%, which is 2.8% higher than the file format open data diagnostic tool provided by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. Through this, we expect to be able to improve accuracy when applying the proposed model to diagnosing and evaluating the quality management level of public data.

미국 운수성은 5월 28일자로 9년간에 긍해서 논쟁되어왔든 승용차용 타이어의 품질등급제의 최종안을 공시했다. 이 법률은 (1)트랫드마모성, (2)트랙숀성능, (3)내열(고속)성능의 3자에 대하여 품질성능을 타이어에 표시하지 않으면 안된다고 하는것. 이 품질등급제가 미국의 타이어 시장에 가지고오는 영향은 크다고 보여지고 있다. 그래서 이 품질등급제가 생긴 배경. 그 내용에 대해서 타이어 메이커어의 담당자로 부터 들어보았다. 겸하여 최종안의 전문을 게재한다.

데이터베이스에 대한 새로운 패러다임 모색을 위한‘2003 데이터베이스 그랜드 컨퍼런스’가 지난달 11일~12일 이틀간에 걸쳐 코엑스 컨퍼런스센터에서 열렸다. ‘데이터, 데이터 관리 및 데이터 품질’과‘전략적 자산으로서의 데이터베이스 활용’이라는 주제로 열린 이번 컨퍼런스에는 산업계와 학계, 그리고 정부기관 데이터베이스관련 담당자 약 300여명이 참석해 데이터베이스 품질 관리와 활용이 큰 관심사임을 보여줬다.

The necessity of research for EA service and performance is surfacing while nation-level and individual agency level performances utilizing Government-wide EA information. In this study, performance model for EA service has been developed categorizing characteristic elements of EA as service. And weight differences between quality items that constitute performance model have been calculated using AHP analysis method. To achieve the stated, SERVQUAL applied performance model for EA service has been developed working through logical reasoning and a broad range of theoretical studies concerning EA service. Moreover, relative weight differences between quality items that constitute the model have been calculated. The results of weight analysis find that importance differences between quality items in order of significance are as follows: EA administrator > EA information > EA education > EA policy > EA operating system. This study, as the nation's first research to graft the public-sector EA service onto SERVQUAL Model that is capturing remarkable attention, has considerable practical and theoretical implications.

정부는 공공데이터 개방을 통해 신산업, 일자리 창출 등 경제 활성화를 위한 도구로 활용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정부는 고품질의 공공데이터 보유를 위하여 품질 개선 활동을 통해 공공데이터 품질 향상을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 공공데이터 품질관리 수준 진단을 진행하는 담당자의 데이터에 대한 전문성과 이해도에 따라 품질진단 결과에 격차가 발생하여 진단 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 공공데이터의 원활한 품질진단 지원을 위해 품질진단규칙 매핑 모델을 제안하여 공공데이터 품질진단의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

정부는 공공데이터의 품질 관리를 위하여 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가를 진행하여 공공데이터 품질을 관리하고 있다. 파일 형식의 공공데이터를 진단 시 품질진단 담당자가 대량의 파일데이터를 필드명과 필드 내 데이터에 의존하여 수작업으로 도메인을 판단하여 진단한다. 때문에 품질진단의 정확성을 신뢰하기 어렵고 진단에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문은 파일형식의 공공데이터 품질진단의 정확성을 확보하고 진단 소요시간을 단축하기 위해 데이터 분포 통계를 이용한 CSV 형식의 공공데이터 도메인 판별 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델을 적용하면 공공데이터 품질의 정확성을 향상하고 진단 소비 시간을 단축시킬 것으로 기대된다.

본 내용은 국내 고추 주산지 지자체 고추관련 업무 담당자 중심으로 국내산 고추 가공제품의 유럽시장 수출을 위하여 수출전략을 수립하고자 독일 쾰른에서 열리는 세계 최대 국제식품박람회 2011 ANUGA에 참석하여 세계 고추 조미료 및 고추 가공제품의 품질, 기술현황, 가격 등을 조사하고 독일 뒤셀도르프, 네덜란드 로테르담, 암스테르담 등에 있는 현지 대형 식품 유통업체, 한국식품 수입업체, 농수산물 유통공사와 헝가리, 체코 지역의 농산물 시장을 방문하여 유럽 고추 제품 수집 및 시장조사를 하여 한국산 고품질 고추 조미료 및 가공제품의 해외 시장 수출을 촉진하고자 한다.

Recently, although many government agencies, including the Korea Tourism Organization, have been operating two-way interactive online idea proposal communities in order to reflect the various ideas of citizens in business, the utilization rate is still extremely low due to the lack of public's understandings and management's commitments. Therefore, based on previous studies on the characteristics of information quality, this research (1) derives key factors constituting idea quality in the context of online idea proposal communities, (2) classifies them into the content cues (value-added, relevancy, originality, and completeness) and the non-content cue (amount of writing) according to the heuristic-systematic model, and (3) finally validates how these content/non-content cues influence the knowledge adoption of administrators in an online idea proposal community. The findings of the structural equation modeling analysis with all of the 240 completed idea proposals in the 'Tourism Idea Bank' of Korea Tourism Organization reveal that, among content cues, value-added, relevancy, and originality have a significant effect on knowledge adoption. Moreover, it is also found that amount of writing as a non-content cue has a positive moderation effect on the relationships between originality and knowledge adoption.
