The purpose of this study is to make analyses on the importance and performance of the foodservice management, foodservice service, and the courses related to coffee in the colleges providing a coffee related curriculum, in order to determine which courses are required in the education programs for employees needed by the coffee restaurants as the employers' viewpoint. The analysis methods were frequency analysis, T-test and IPA analysis. The result are as followings. First, the performance was lower than the importance when it comes to importance and performance with the coffee related courses recognized by the staff in the coffee restaurants, particularly with a big gap in the theory of cost control and coffee theory. Second, in the IPA analysis of the importance and performance of the curriculum, quadrant - I as a weak item includes the cost control, foodservice marketing, and coffee theory courses. Quadrant - II includes the foodservice, coffee extraction practice, Espresso, Caffe Latte and Cappuccio, and Latte Art courses. Pertaining to the quadrant - III are those courses lack of the necessity, including the foodservice management, foodservice franchise, practical English in service, and coffee roasting. Quadrant - IV contains those course of less importance but of higher performance such as the practicum work experience. As part of limitations of study, specialties of staffs working for coffee franchise shops were not reflected due to lacking in pre-conducted studies and the samples couldn't be recognized to represent all coffee franchise shops since the sampling districts were restricted only to Seoul metropolitan area.

According to the development of technology of the navigational equipments, many bridge equipments have been improved, however, marine accidents by human error have not been reduced. Therefore, a matter of primary concern is focused on whether bridge equipments of ships are ergonomically arranged to reduce errors due to human factors. As part of a design of IBS(Integrated Bridge System) standard, rules of the conning display to save time and additional movements to obtain important informations of a ship should be established as soon as possible. In the present study, ergonomic design factors for the conning display are studied through the survey of related works, heuristic evaluations, sketch method tests as well as questionnaires. Using these factors, new conning display was designed and the ergonomic indices were evaluated by comparing tests of the existing conning displays. It is found that the designed conning display obtained high ergonomic index showed better performance, therefore, the ergonomic index studied in the present paper can be used as a useful design standard in the conning display design procedures.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction in dental hygienists with and without schoolwork, who form professional manpower in dental clinics, and provide basic data that could help develop detailed plans for reducing the turnover intention and improving job satisfaction. For data collection, convenience sampling was performed among clinical dental hygienists at dental clinics in Daejeon and Chungcheong and Gyeongsang Provinces from July 20 to September 20, 2019, and a self-administered questionnaire was used and the data were analyzed by T-test, One-way Anova, Pearson correlation, Stepwise multiple regression analysis, etc. using IBM SPSS/WIN 20.0. For the dental hygienists with schoolwork, job stress was negatively correlated with professional self-concept and job satisfaction, and professional self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction; for the dental hygienists without schoolwork, job stress was negatively correlated with professional self-concept and job satisfaction, and professional self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction. The factors affecting job satisfaction were professional self-concept, job stress, and age of ≥30 for the dental hygienists with schoolwork and professional self-concept, job stress, and the position as a middle manager for those without schoolwork. To put these results together, professional self-concept and job stress were factors affecting job satisfaction for dental hygienists with and without schoolwork. It is necessary to focus on the formation of good dental organizational culture through positive institutional support as well as through systematic establishment of professional self-concept.
The meaning of this research work lies in providing useful basic resources which can be utilized in the strategic respect of internal marketing by investigating how security employees' quality in relation to service orientation impact on organizational effectiveness. Employees of security in Seoul Gyeonggi region were selected as the subjects of this survey and 234 participants were sampled by Convenience Sampling Method. Resulting data were processed by frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS V11.0 program. The results from these research methods and analyses revealed the followings: First, service leadership which was the sub-variable of the service orientation according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in gender, age; and service encounter, in age, the level of education and monthly income; and the service system, in gender, age and monthly income; and human resources management, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Second, job satisfaction which was the sub-variable of the organizational effectiveness according to the demographic characteristics revealed significant differences in age, the level of education and monthly income; and organizational commitment, in gender, age, the level of education and monthly income. Third, the results from regression analysis of service orientation and organizational effectiveness showed that service leadership, service system, service encounter, which were the sub-variables of service orientation, had significant impacts on job satisfaction, and that service system and human resources management impacted significantly on organizational commitment.
The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program that can enhance the virtues of elementary school students, self-esteem, Consideration communication, self-control, honesty courage by using coaching methodologically, To improve the personality virtue. The subjects of this study were 31 students from 4th grade of U elementary school in S Gu, Seoul. The experimental group was divided into 16 sessions, weekly from March 5, 2018 to June 30, 2018, 1 hour (40 minutes). The program consisted of items such as self-esteem, Consideration communication, self-control, honesty courage among the personality virtues of KEDI personality test, Each activity used a tough coaching model developed by combining the GROW model with the Empowering model and considering the developmental level of elementary school students. As a result, all four virtues of personality were significantly improved, model with the Empowering model and considering the developmental level of elementary school students. We compared pre and post test result with paired t-test. As a results, the experimental group showed improvement in all four virtues of personality at 0.05 significance level, whereas the control group did not. This suggests that the program can be usefully used as a tool to improve four virtues of personality of elementary school students. For further research, we expect that the program would be integrated with state-of-art technology such as online program or CBI(Computer-Based Instruction).
This study aims at exploring effects of airport special guard's security service value on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. Users of airport facilities located in Incheon were selected as the population in Jun. 2013 and the sample was extracted using cluster random sampling and 460 people were used for a final analysis. The questionnaire used for the study was composed of total 22 items including 6 items of socio-demographical characteristics, 6 items of security service value, 6 items of customers' satisfaction and 4 items of customers' loyalty etc. and using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. The credibility of the questionnaire was indicated to be over ${\alpha}$=.809. The findings are as follows. First, security service value has an effect on customers' satisfaction. if monetary value is enhanced, satisfaction with service composition is high. second, security service value has an effect on customers' loyalty. If monetary value and time value are enhanced, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Third, customers' satisfaction has an effect on customers' loyalty. If satisfaction with service composition and satisfaction with use decision are increased, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Fourth, airport special guard's security service value has a direct and indirect effect on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. That is, it means customers' satisfaction is an important variable to mediate security service value and customers' loyalty.
The sensitivity analysis of input parameters was Performed fer an ingestion dose assessment model (U. S. NRC's Regulatory Guide 1.109 model) from routine releases of radionuclides. In this study, three kinds of typical Korean foodstuffs (rice, leaff vegetables, milk) and two kinds of radionuclides $(^{l37}Cs,\;^{131}I)$ were considered. The values of input parameters were sampled using a Latin hypercube sampling technique based on Monte Carlo approach. Sensitivity indices, which represent the influence or the importance of input parameters for predictive results, were quantitatively expressed by the partial rank correlation coefficients. As the results, the ratio of the interception fraction to the yield of agricultural plants and the human consumption rate were sensitive input parameters for the considered foodstuffs and radionuclides. Additionally, in case of milk, the transfer factor of radionuclides from animal intake to milk and the daily intake rate of feedstuffs were sensitive input parameters. The weathering removal half-life and the delay time from food production to human consumption were relatively sensitive for $^{137}Cs$ and $^{131}I$ depositions, respectively.
This study aims to examine the level of fear and the influential factors affecting their dental fear and to utilize the result as the basic materials in the dental management. The subjects were the students from a middle school located in Cheongju-City. The school was selected by convenient sampling and self-answered questionnaire was filled in by the students for a week from December 19th 2011. The survey result showed that 77 male students and 169 female students(total 246 students) answered 'yes' to the question 'Have you ever felt fear when you visited a dentist?' among 475 students who had visited a dentist in the past. The distribution of responses in each category of fear was examined by frequency analysis. The study results showed significant difference in the item of 'causing irritation during the dental treatments' between male students and female students (p<0.05). Converting the level of fear into scores after marking the answers, the score of male students was 52.0 points and the score of female students was 58.53 showing the score of female students was significantly higher in statistics. Moreover, the fear score of female students for the category 'causing irritation during the dental treatments' was also significantly higher in statistics(p<0.05). Therefore, these results should be reflected to the dental care environments in order for the adolescent to reduce the dental anxiety and fear.

This empirical study was designed to identify the key factors that affect entrepreneurial orientation of university students. An exploratory model was suggested to verify the relationship among the research variables including entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation(Innovativeness, Proactiveness, Risk-Taking Propensity) in order to attain the purpose of the study. This paper also aimed at investigating the possible difference between Korea and China in entrepreneurial process within this research framework. Total 440 university students participated in this study from both countries; Korea(n=224) and China(n=216). The hierarchical multiple regression was employed for estimating technique by using IBM SPSS statistics Version 23. The findings showed that entrepreneurship education works as a key predictor of entrepreneurial orien- tation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as well. Also, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant mediating effect and goes on to further impact entrepreneurial orientation. So, entrepreneurship education should be enhanced extensively in order to promote entrepreneurship of young people. The theoretical and practical implication were presented.
This survey was carried out in Schneegattern Forest District which is located 40 km northeast of Salzburg, Austria. The purpose of interpretation with two sampling methods, stratified sampling and unstratified sampling, on B & W infrared photos, with a scale of 1:10,000 was to know coniferous stand volumn and to reduce the cost, Forest stands were classified into 4 groups; those were non-forest, young stands, beech, coniferous stands. Coniferous and beech stands were devided into age classes I (41-80 years), II (above 81 years). After this delineation sample points were designated on the orthophoto map whose data were transferred from the aerial photos. The volumn data were calculated from DBH using relascope in the field and the results were as follows. 1) Coniferous stand volumn per hactare was ($470{\pm}31.9m^3$ 2) The diameter distribution of $C_1$ was binomial, but $C_2$ showed normal distribution. 3) The stratified sampling method was better than unstratified sampling method.
