본 연구에서는 미세패턴 형성을 위한 비정질 $Se_{75}Ge_{25}$박막의 네가티브형 포토레지스토에 대하여 고찰하였다. 습식현상공정을 통해 대비도가 포지티브형인 경우 1.4였고 네가티브형인 경우 2.9를 나타내어 네가티브형인 경우가 미세선폭 조절능력이 더 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 표면사진으로부터 약 1.mu.m정도의 미세패턴을 얻었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Bootstrap approximation is compared with ordinary asymptotic method in the context of minimum chi-square estimation through application in a real problem. Fixed interval search method is shown to be superior over a random interval search method or Newton-Raphson method. All the procedures are implemented by S-Plus functions.

To synthesize a new positive photosensitive polyimide precursor, parts of carboxylic acid groups in poly (amic acid) were esterified with 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl bromide in the presence of K$_2$CO$_3$/HMPA followed by the chemical imidization of residual carboxylic acid units. The chemical structure of resulting polymer was characterized by $^1$H-NMR, UV/vis and FT-IR spectroscopic methods, and its thermal properties were examined by DSC and TGA. Upon UV irradiation, 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl moiety underwent the photodegradation. As a result, the polymer became soluble in alkaline developer due to the formation of carboxylic acid moiety, which was used to make a micron-sized positive pattern. Sensitivity curves were obtained from the gel fraction experiments with respect to the various 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl ester contents. From those curves, the sensitivity was ranged iron 4000 to 6000 mJ/㎠, and the contrast was measured to be from 3.1 to 4.9.

This study intends to propose a policy plan for the activation of the Busan Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, which is selected by the government's comprehensive negative regulation policy. Unlike Europe and the United States, Korea is based on a positive regulation and aims at suppression, not activation. The Korean government proposed a transition to "comprehensive negative regulation" as a groundbreaking regulatory innovation policy to solve the problems of positive regulation. For this implementation plan, seven regulation-free zones were selected. Busan was selected as the Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, and secured an opportunity to revitalize the stagnant regional economy based on the blockchain. This study is a policy study for the activation of the Busan Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, and aimed to propose a method to create an industrial ecosystem with the discovery of a Busan-specific Blockchain service that can be commercialized in the Regulation-Free Zone.

The current study started from the constant internal fight women usually have due to the portrayal of women in advertisement in different socio-cultural backgrounds, a comparison between Latin America and South Korea was held to find the different approaches. And also test the effects of an overwhelming movement that is looking to change history and change the perception of images of constructed beauty and unattainable physical standards called The Body Positivity Movement, using the examples of prominent brands like Dove and Victoria's Secret's advertisements and the AIDA model as the instrument. Male and female in their 30's from South Korea and Latin America have been interviewed to show the differences of opinions.

This study examines the measures and implementation strategies needed to develop sustainable design from an international perspective, using examples of sustainability practices and product planning from Helen Kaminski, a representative fashion brand of positive luxury. The research method includes a literature study on positive luxury, a case study on positive luxury brands, and an empirical study where the researcher participated in the development of Helen Kaminski's design. The study identifies the following measures needed to develop designs for sustainable products: First, the development of designs that increase circularity; Second, the use of certified materials and strict adherence to material usage; Third, the simplification of production methods or development of new technologies for this purpose; Fourth, ensuring that design development incorporate the traditions and unique handicraft techniques of the local community. The implementation strategies required for a sustainable product planning process are as follows. First, changes in the product planning stage and expansion of participating members are needed. Second, securing and conducting prior inspections of the supply chain for ethical sourcing is required. Third, prioritizing the use of eco-friendly materials and material development. Fourth, establishing a stage for selecting and evaluating objects that will become representative designs with sustainability. As a result, this study can serve as basic data to strengthen corporate competitiveness and establish itself as a fashion brand for sustainability through actionable strategies applicable to the domestic fashion industry in the future.

An acid amplifier is defined as an acid-generating agent which is decomposed autocatalytically to produce new strongly acidic molecules in a non-liner manner, The addition of the acid amplifiers to conventional chemically amplified photoresists consisting of photoacid generators and acid-sensitive polymers result in the improvement of photosensitivity due to the amplified generation of catalytic acid molecules as a result of the decomposition of acid amplifiers. We synthesized and evaluated 1-hydroxy-4-tosyloxy cyclohexane(AA-1) and 1,4-ditosyloxy cyclohexane(Ah-2) as novel acid amplifiers. The acid amplifiers(AA-1, AA-2) showed reasonable thermal stability for resist processing temperature. As estimated by the sensitivity curve, tort-butyl methacrylate homopolymer(ptBMA) film doped with AA-1 or 2 exhibited much higher photosensitivity than ptBMA film without AA-1 or 2. And AA-1 showed higher effect than AA-2 on enhancing photosensitivity of ptBMA film.

북핵문제 해결의 대안으로 제기된 대북경수로제공 논의에서 우여곡절 끝에 '한국형경수로 제공'과 '한국의 중심적 역할'이 결정되고 이를 주관할 국제 컨소시엄인 한반도에너지개발기구(KEDO)가 구성되어 북한과는 공급협정을, 한국전력공사와는 주계약자지정합의서를 체결함으로써 상업계약 체결에 관계없이 일단 사업 착수를 위한 큰 틀이 갖추어지게 되었다. 이에 따라 울진 3, 4호기를 참조발전소로 한 경수로 2기가 우리의 주도로 2003년을 목표 시한으로 함남 신포 인근에 건설되게 되었다. 부지조사도 대체로 마무리되어, 곧 환경영향평가 작업이 있을 예정이다. 약 45억 달러가 소요될 건설 비용은 한국이 대부분을, 일본이 상당부분을, 미국이 일부를 맡기로 대체로 합의되어 있으나, 최종 확정에 앞서 논란의 소지가 남아 있으며, 사업 참여 지분을 두고도 KEDO 참여국 간에 갈등이 예상된다. 이 사업의 의의는 크게는 어려움을 겪고 있는 북한의 에너지난 타개를 지원함으로써 그들을 개방으로 이끌어 남북간 화해와 세계평화를 조장하며, 작게는 우리의 원자력산업이 세계시장으로 뻗어 나가기 위한 계기를 마련하는데 있다. 이를 통해 포지티브 섬으로서의 통일의 초석을 마련한다는 민족적 대의에 충실하고 국가이익에 좌우되는 신국제질서의 생리를 직시함으로써 남북문제에 있어서는 대승적 자세로, 국가간 경비분담과 지분배분 협상에는 자주적 자세로 임함으로써 모처럼 원자력계에 주어진 막중한 소임을 차질없이 완수할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
