개발로 인한 환경변화는 관련 분석모형을 통해 직접적으로 예측하기 하는 것이 가장 바람직하지만 데이터 취득의 어려움, 분석 방법론의 부재 등의 이유로 정량적 평가가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 수자원사업을 계획시 대부분 환경적인 영향을 매우 정성적인 형태로 평가하거나 수질과 같은 대표적인 항목에 대해서만 예측하는 수준이다. 기존의 연구 또한, 유역 또는 행정구역의 현재의 현 상황을 평가하기 위한 것이 주이며, 수자원사업과 관련성이 적은 항목도 일부 포함되어 있기 때문에 수자원사업의 특수성을 반영하기에 한계가 있다. 현 상황의 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 본 연구는 오늘날 대표적 의사결정 기법이라 할 수 있는 계층화분석과정(AHP)과 다속성효용이론(MAUT)을 활용하여 향후 수자원사업과 관련된 다기준의 사결정 과정에서의 환경성 평가방안을 제시하였다. 환경성 평가기준은 수질, 경관, 생태계 이렇게 세 가지 항목으로 구성하였고, 각 평가기준에 대한 수준을 직접적으로 대변 가능한 정량화 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 앞서 정량화된 값을 표준화하기 위하여 MAUT 기법으로부터 평가기준별 효용함수를 도출하였다. 한편, 사업을 시행함에 따라 예상되는 환경성변화는 사업전 환경성과 사업 후 환경성을 비교하도록 하였고, 이때 해당사업의 특수성을 반영하고자 별도의 설문과정을 통해 평가기준별 가중치를 결정하였다. 본 연구는 환경성 검토시 생태학적, 물리적 분석에 기반을 둔 정량적 예측의 어려움을 보완하기 위해 정성적 예측을 추가적으로 제시하였고, 사업의 특수성과 평가항목이 갖는 일반성을 명확히 구분하여 의사결정 과정에서 주관적인 요소를 최소화하였다. 또한, 평가항목별 사업전후의 환경성을 비교, 검토함으로써 실제 사업추진 과정에서 개발로 인한 부정적 영향의 사전예방에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, many companies consider various methods for hiring employees. Hiring talent employee has made influences on the future of the company. Therefore, companies spend a lot of money for developing many tools on hiring employee. But most of companies don't try to review the comparison between the assessment system of hire and performance. There is few research on the performance results from the assessment scores of hiring. Only, the companies focus on hiring good employee who have good ability. Sometimes, HR managers are satisfied only with low quit rate. The paper analyzes what kind of relevance between the hire assessment and performance assessment for the same people. It uses the actual data for A company. This is very useful data for research on the relevance between hire and perform assessment. We can consider what the important things are for hiring and managing employee.

This study aimed to develop a model of the program for automation measuring the preference of the portraits based on the relationship between the image quality factors and the preferences in the portraits for manufacturers aiming at high utilization of the users. in order to proceed with the evaluation, the image quality measurement was divided into objective and subjective items, and the evaluation was done through image processing and statistical methods. the image quality measurement items can be divided into objective evaluation items and subjective evaluation items. RSC Contrast, Dynamic Range and Noise were selected for the objective evaluation items, and the numerical values were statistically analyzed and evaluated through the program. Exposure, Color Tone, composition of person, position of person, and out of focus were selected for subjective evaluation items and evaluated by image processing method. By applying objective and subjective assessment items, the results were very accurate, with the results obtained by the developed program and the results of the actual visual inspection. but since the currently developed program can be evalua ted only after facial recognition of the person, future research will need to develop a program that can evaluate all kinds of portraits.

This study developed a model to evaluate the quality management system of a medical device manufacturing company, and applied it to medical device manufacturers to understand the impact on business performance in response to international regulations and industry's change. This study prepared preliminary items, defined four (4) major factors (Plan-Do-Check-Act) that consist of the evaluation layers and items per category according to prior research review and expert interview, and calculated the weight and importance using AHP. The study results showed that responsibility & authority and quality objective in Planning Category, product-related requirement and R&D in Doing Category, Measuring and monitoring in Check Category, and review of meeting Regulatory and regulation in Action Category are relatively more important factors. The evaluation model developed based on the calculated weight and importance to business performance was applied to medical device manufacturers to investigate and analyze the implementation level of QMS and its impact on business performance according to each category. Most medical device manufacturers to be studied showed a reasonable level of QMS and effective business performance. Almost all the evaluation layers and items in the four (4) factors had a significant influence on business performance. Although the medical device quality management system is aimed mainly at license acquisition, it is important that management environment factors not related directly to licensing and authorization are important to business performance, and it is effective when these factors are integrated and operated within and outside the manufacturer.

The purpose of this study is to investigate validation of the Recovery Assessment Scale(RAS) for Korean Version using Rasch analysis. This study included 60 patients who had chronic schizophrenia and were aged 18 or older. The data were analysed using a Rasch analysis to investigate whether the persons and items fit, the distribution of item difficulty and the appropriateness of the rating scale. 1 out of 60 subjects were found to not fit. 3 out of 24 items were also found to be misfit. The misfitted items was 'I believe that I can meet my current personal goals','Even when I don't care about myself, other people do. ','Coping with my mental illness is no longer the main focus of my life.'. Of the appropriate items, the most difficult was 'I can handle what happens in my life' and the easiest was 'Something good will eventually happen'. The RAS rating scale was shown to be appropriate for patients who had chronic schizophrenia. The item separation reliability was .70, and the person separation reliability was .94. Further studies are needed to investigate validity and criterion cut-off score for many patients with chronic mental illess.

The purpose of this study was to verify the construct validity of the Sensory Profile for children with congenital cerebral palsy. Parents of 87 children(the ages of 3 to 10) with congenital cerebral palsy participated in this study. The data were analyzed through Winstep version 3.81 using the Rasch model to examine the uni-dimensionality of the fit of each item, the distribution of difficulty of each item, and the reliability and appropriateness of the rating scale. Based on a Rasch analysis, four out of the 87 children were considered to be inappropriate participants, and 15 item of the Sensory Profile was determined to be an inappropriate item. The items of high-level difficulty are needed as new items of the Korean Sensory Profile. The rating scale of three categories were appropriate than those of the five categories. The person and item separation reliability of three categories was above 0.90, which is a relatively excellent value. Finally, it will be need to verify of validity for Korean version of Sensory Profile, to develop new item of a high level of difficulty and convert into three point rating scale.

The purpose of this study is meant to develop an evaluation framework for PBL and S-PBL package, as well as verify reliability and propriety of developed framework. To achieve the purpose, existing researches and related documents were considered, and composed basic questionnaire which fits to the basic frame of the framework, 3 categories 15 items for PBL/S-PBL. Verifying its contents propriety, examined by 9 experts who professors in college and made 14 items for PBL, 15 items for S-PBL. To verify construct validity of basic frameworks, carried out factor analysis. Final evaluation framework questionnaire were 15 items selected, its PBL for 3 items in motivating, 7 items in integrity, 4 items in systematic and total 14 items, S-PBL for 4 items in motivating, 6 items in integrity, 5 items in systematic and total 15 items, and was verify to have adequate reliability with Cronbach's $\alpha$ is 0.9112 in PBL, 0.9166 of S-PBL.

The construction of traffic facilities has generated a variety of problems in the equality and efficiency when it would be planed and evaluated. One of the reasons for these phenomena isn't the definition of an objective standard about benefit items. Thus, results of evaluation couldn't give a demonstration of confidence. But, the traffic facility construction and its operation costs are securely appeared. Therefor, it will be demonstrated to decide the benefit items in this study. Before deciding the items, user's satisfaction evaluation and economic analysis would be carried. We find out subway user's satisfaction higher than load traffic mode user in satisfaction evaluation, while subway's economic feasibility is lower than load facility, as a result of B/C analysis. In this inconsistent results, we found out that the benefit value is a little lower because of indefinite standard of it's items as comparing Busan Metropolitan City's population with subway's modal split ratio. Accordingly, we enumerate some benefit items in the case of feasibility evaluation as constructing traffic facility. And each of evaluation items' weight is estimated by using ANP. We found out that the weight value of accessibility has the highest one, that of punctuality has second, that of travel time has third, and benefit items according to improvement of user's traffic condition have much more important than those which were considered in the existence economic analysis.

The discriminating power of journal evaluation criteria of Korean medical journals were measured. The study used the data of 76 medical journals, collected in the "Korean Medical Journal Evaluation" process conducted by the Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors (KAMJE) between 1997 and 1999. For each evaluation criterion, the distribution of the individual score vs the total score of a journal received was plotted and their correlations were analyzed. It is found that the evaluation criteria with a high discriminating power are the ones associated with the peer review system and the journal editing. The evaluation criteria with a low discriminating power are the journal frequency and how often a chief editor is changed. Some evaluation criteria such as "Journal holding rates of medical libraries" and "year-end index" need modifications in the evaluation methods. Other evaluation criteria such as "Journal self-citation rate","SCI citation rate" and "SCI impact factor" need to modify the score ranges. It is recommended that the new evaluation criteria such as "citation rate by Korean medical journals" and "Access availability of the journal information through major Korean medical abstract databases" should be added.formation through major Korean medical abstract databases" should be added.dded.

그동안 열처리기술 경기대회는 열처리공업 협동조합의 주관으로 치루어졌었는데, 올해에는 처음으로 한국열처리공학회에서 주관하여 치루게 되었다. 경기종목과 경기요령은 기존의 방법을 거의 그대로 사용하였고, 평가항목과 심사기준도 일부 변경하기는 하였지만 대부분 그대로 적용하였다. 경기종목 선정과 분석결과에 대하여 일부 논란이 있었지만 현실적으로 주어진 여건하에서 국내 열처리업체의 기술수준을 평가할 종목선정에 제한적일 수 밖에 없었으나, 앞으로 새로운 종목의 발굴도 필요하리라 사료된다. 또한 평가항목의 심사기준도 좀더 면밀히 검토하여 업체의 기술수준이 드러나도록 심사기준의 설정이 요구된다. 비록 완전하게 치루어진 경기대회라고 평가할 수는 없지만 그래도 객관적이고도 공평한 분석으로 평가가 이루어지도록 노력하였고, 차후로는 더욱 섬세하고 객관적인 평가항목으로 공정한 평가가 이루어지도록 배전의 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 이러한 열처리기술 경기대회를 통하여 국내열처리업계의 기술수준이 조금이나마 제고되는 기회가 되길 바라며, 열처리업계의 적극적인 참여를 바라마지 않는다.
