The purpose of this study was to find the transformation of organic matter as well as chlorine by product formation potential with ozone dosage. The removal percents of $UV_{254}$ and DOC were $23%{\sim}65%$ and $2%{\sim}15%$ and THMFP and HAAFP were $17%{\sim}52%$ and $9%{\sim}29%$ respectively at $0.5{\sim}3\;mgO_3/mgDOC$ ozone dosage. The hydrophobic and transphobic organic matter were reduced to $37%{\sim}68%$ and $35%{\sim}64%$, on the other hand the hydrophilir organic matter was increased to $40%{\sim}49%$ at $0.5{\sim}3\;mgO_3/mgDOC$ ozone dosage. The produced THMFP and HAAFP from the hydrophobic and transphilic organic matter were decreased greatly with increasing ozone dosage but these by products were increased in the hydrophilic matter. The produced THMFP and HAAFP per unit DOC were decreased and reactivity was reduced greatly with increasing crone dosage. The removal rate of THMFP per unit DOC was much higher than HAAFP by ozone treatment. The Br-THMFP per unit DOC was much more removed than chloroformFP per unit DOC with increasing ozone dosage. and The removal rate of TCAAFP per unit DOC was increased with increasing ozone dosage but TCAAFP was not affected by ozone treatment. Br-HAAFP was decreased at $1\;mgO_3/mgDOC$ ozone dosage but was not more removed above $1\;mgO_3/mgDOC$ ozone dosage. Br-HAAFP had lower removal effect than Br-THMFP by ozone treatment. The optimal ozone dosage can be determined about $1\;mgO_3/mgDOC$ by considering both disinfection by product formation and economical efficiency.

Recently, the global financial crisis and the increasing number of unsold houses in Korea are construction companies to assess their efficiency. The most important factor in analyzing the efficiency of a company is the input-output variable. However, systematic stud the core input-output variables, which have a great influence on the efficiency analysis. Thus, to the core input-output variables for efficiency analysis of construction companies, this study propose a model that includes all combinations of input-output variables and to find the core input-output variables using the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model and Principal Component Analysis(PCA). Existing research and theories were studied variables and 21 models were established to measure efficiency. were obtained that the core input and output variable in 2006 the number of employees and sales. For 2008, the core input variable was capital stock and the core output variable was quarterly net profit. For 2010, the core input variable was fixed asset and the core output variable was sales. Through obtaining the variables that greatly affect the efficiency of construction companies, it is considered that individual construction companies will be able to prepare a priority strategy to enhance efficiency.

Construction managers need to pay a close attention to the resource utilization in order to deliver the construction project successfully. Construction scheduling is crucial for resource control in that it provides information when and how much to bring down work force to sites. In scheduling, activity duration is projected based on the productivity of historical data or the intuition of scheduler. This paper studies the opportunity of applying cost-based productivity for estimating activity duration. For cost-based productivity, the cost of resource is used as an input and the work quantities as an output. Out of historical data, regression model has been developed to understand the validity of applying cost-based productivity in projecting activity duration. The result of study will work as a prerequisite for implementing the environment of database-based construction scheduling.

This paper presents a variable gain current control algorithm for the stabilized grid connection between the grid and a doubly fed induction(DFIG) as a wind power generator. The performance of a RSC current controller depends highly on accurate machine parameters, and especially requires a fast and robust response regardless of the disturbances such as voltage sag. However, parameter variations of a DFIG occur at the point of grid connection, which affects the current controller gains based on DFIG parameters after a DFIG is connected to the grid. Thus, performance degrades when actual machine parameters depart from values used in the control system. In the proposed algorithm, current controller gains of the rotor side converter(RSC) are changed after a DFIG is connected to the grid. The simulation results and experimental results for a 750kW are shown to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
The iron incorporation method according to addition steps during the synthesis of iron incorporated MCM-41 was examined systematically. Iron addition during pH adjustment was more effective than the other addition steps which were addition to template agent solution or addition after mixing of template agent and sodium silicate solution. In case of iron addition after extraction of template agent from as-synthesized silica MCM-41, most of the iron was on the surface of pores not the frame work structure. Although the amount of iron addition was increased, there was a limit to the amount of iron incorporated into framework structure of MCM-41. The synthesized FeMCM-41 catalyst showed catalytic activities for propylene oxidation. Otherwise, there might be no attractive differences of catalytic activity among the addition steps of iron.

A new rock excavation method using an abrasive waterjet system is under development for efficiently creating tunnels and underground spaces in urban areas. In addition, an appropriate abrasive flow rate and abrasive flow quality are important for the new rock excavation (cutting) method using an abrasive waterjet system. This study evaluated the factors influencing the abrasive flow rate and abrasive flow quality, specifically the abrasive pipe height, length, tortuosity and inner diameter, through experimental tests. Based on the experimental test results, this study suggested optimal conditions for the abrasive flow rate and abrasive flow quality. The experimental results can be effectively utilized as baseline data for rock excavation methods using an abrasive waterjet system in various construction locations such as tunnels near urban surroundings, utility tunnels, and shafts.

At the manufacturing site, workers have been operating by inputting materials into the manufacturing process and leaving input records according to the work instructions, but product LOT tracking has been not possible due to many omissions. Recently, it is being carried out as a system to automatically input materials using RFID-Tag. In particular, the initial automatic recognition rate was good at 97 percent by automatically generating input information through RACK (TAG) ID and RACK input time analysis, but the automatic recognition rate continues to decrease due to multi-material RACK, TAG loss, and new product input issues. It is expected that it will contribute to increasing speed and yield (normal product ratio) in the overall production process by improving automatic recognition rate and real-time monitoring through the establishment of artificial intelligent smart factory datasets.
Organic agriculture of especially medicinal crops has been interested and focused in taking the qualitative and safety agricultural products in order to maintain and improve the health and happiness of people. With respect to the organic agriculture relating to cropping system, objectives of this study were to examine the seedling establishment after seed germination and emergence and to investigate the early seedling growths of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge with treating two green manure crops, hairy vetch of legume and rye of gramineae, two different conditions of green manures, fresh and dry, and different seeding times. When the seeds were planted at once after treating the green manures with the fresh condition into the soil, the ratios of seedling establishment were very poor, less than 10% in hairy vetch and 20% in rye, respectively. They were increased gradually with delaying the seeding times after the treatments. With treating the green manures of dry conditions, the ratios of seedling establishment were up more than 50% in both hairy vetch and rye crops, showing that the damages of seedling establishment were more in hairy vetch than those in rye. The early seedling growths were slower in treating the green manures than those in the control, showing slow growth with fresh green manures compared to the dry. It would be very important and considered more to evaluate and utilize well the seed germination and the seedling establishment in cultivation of the organic agriculture using the green manure crops relating to the cropping system.
This case is to analyze the structure of technology convergence with social network analysis. More specifically, the convergence structure among input technologies mediated with products is analyzed with 2-mode social network analysis. Products are identified in project's goal and coded as the Korea Standard Industrial Classification. The input technologies are coded as the National Science Technology Classification. The subjects were 401 R&D projects applied to '2012 Convergence Technology Development Project for Small and Medium Businesses' promoted by Korea Technology & Information Promotion Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises. IT sectors had the structure of a particular input technology connected to many products, BT sectors also had a few input technology connected to many products but most were connected to specific products. Therefore We have realized that each convergence area had different convergence structure. There were the difference of connectivity centrality between input technologies and input technologies mediated with products. For IT sectors, the embedded S/W were the highest in both cases. For BT sectors, functional cosmetic development and fermentation technology were the highest in input technologies but fermentation technology was not the highest in input technologies mediated with products. This case defines the convergence based on the real projects and the use for managing and planing projects. Therefore, this case was to make a tool to analyze and design technology convergence projects.
Successful project planning relies on a good estimation of the manpower required to complete a project. The good estimation can be derived from Rutnam's Rayleigh Model or Phillai et al.'s Gamma Model. These models only can be applied for the projects which the need of manpower is increased exponentially and the highest of manpower is required at the end of development phase. However, in a practical project, most manpower is required during development phase and a small amount of manpower is assigned during maintenance phase. In addition, the Waterfall Model and Unified Process only can be adopted for development phase. So the current development environments cannot be adopted into the existing manpower distribution models which the highest manpower is required at the end of development phase. This paper suggests an appropriate model for development phase to solve this problem. First, the appropriate manpower distribution for development phase of the Waterfall model was derived from Putnam's manpower distribution and then manpower distribution of development phase was derived for Unified Process. After comparing the required manpower of two Processes, total manpower distribution is similar each other even though the required manpower and task is different for each point of development phase. From this result, a unified model is derived and it can be applied for both development processes.
