  • 텍스트 자동분석을 통해 얻어진 통계적인 용어연관성은 정보검색 및 언어 처리와 관련된 여러 분야에서 폭넓게 이용되고 있다. 용어연관성을 구하기 위한 연관계수는 여러 가지가 있지만 적용분야에 관계없이 유사계수 공식이나 상호정보량 공식이 주류를 차지하고 있다. 이런 공식들은 그 통계적 특성이 서로 다르기 때문에 알맞은 적용분야를 파악할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 필요 연관계수 공식의 특성을 이론적으로 파악하였고, 실험으로 검증하기 위하여 240만 어절 분량의 실험용 한국어 신문기사 데이터베이스를 구축하였다.

  • The construction project is composed of individual trade which is consists of each activity. and the performance of each activity is the lowest level to influence the project performance. Consequently, It is essential to measure and evaluate the performance of the each assignment. But the existing performance measurement have mainly focussed on company level and project level. Therefore, this paper select PPC as the indicator of a activity and, suggests the analysis method of indicators for a goal-oriented management and continuous improvement through a statistical control techniques.

  • Recently, damage scale of human-induced disaster is sharply increased but its occurrences and damages are so uncertain that it is hard to construct a resonable response & mitigation plan for infrastructures. Therefore, the needs for a advanced risk management technique based on a probabilistic and stochastic risk evaluation theory is increased. In this study, these evaluation methods were investigated and a advanced disaster risk evaluation method, which is based on the probabilistic or stochastic risk assessment theory and also is a quantitative evaluation technique, was suggested. With this method, the safety changes as the result of fire damage management for recent 40 years was analyzed. And the result was compared with that of Japan. Through the consilience of the traditional risk assessment method and this method, a stochastical estimation technique for the uncertainty of future disaster's damage could support a cost-effective information for a resonable decision making on disaster mitigation.

  • Cumulative sum (CUSUM) control charts are widely used in industry for the statistical process control. The statistical design procedure in CUSUM charts tells how to choose the decision interval value. The decision interval is primarily determied by the desired in - control ARL - that is, by the acceptable frequency of false out-of-control signals. In this paper we propose a new approximation method for calculating the ARL and determining the decision interval. The performance of the proposed method is examined by evaluating the accuracy of estimated ARLs and decision intervals in normal and exponential cases.

The Statistical Analysis of Raw Silk Quality Control in Korea (우리나라 생사품질관리의 통계적분석)

  • This report was aimed to examine the status of raw silk quality and to come up with means of the good quality silk production by use of the statistical quality control method. The results obtained are as follow : 1) The raw silk quality of size 20/22 denier was found to be 2A grade during the last five years. 2) In order to level up the silk grade, the better quality control is required especially in the average evenness and cleanness. 3) It was found that winding brakes and elongation of silk threads have been versed gradually through the period. 4) Larger variation was observed in cleanness control chart, but low evenness have stayed with in the desirable control range.

  • 오늘날 우리나라 기업들이 정부가 경제운용방식을 민간주도의 경제운용방식으로 전환하겠다는 정부시책에 따라 총합적품질관리(TQC)를 정착화하여, 기업의 재무구조를 개선하고, 생산성 및 품질향상을 통하여 국제경쟁에 이기기 위하여, 전국적으로 TQC 정착화운동을 활발히 전개하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. TQC의 진수를 이루고 있는 것이 통계적품질관리(SQC)이므로 통계적방법의 공업에의 응용면을 찾아보는 것은 SQC 기법의 활용도를 찾아보는 것과 동일하다고 본다. 공업통계의 활용은 생산성향상과 공산품의 품질향상에 직결되므로 차제에 우리나라 기업이 어느 정도 통계교육을 받고 있고, 어느 정도 활용하고 있나를 파악한 후, 그것을 분석하고, 개선대책을 내놓는다면 커다란 의의가 있다고 생각되나, 필자의 제한된 경험과 제한된 자료, 제한된 시간 관계상, 그렇게하지 못함을 송구스럽게 생각한다. 본논문은 필자의 한국공업표준협회의 품질관리교육, 품질관리대상심사, 품질관리분임조경쟁대회심사 등을 통한 제한된 경험과 자료를 가지고, 한국공업통계이용현황에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 첫째로 우리나라 기업의 공업통계교육현황을 살펴보고, 둘째로 우리나라 기업이 공업통계를 제품의 개발단계에서 생산단계, 판매단계에 이르기까지 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 그 정도를 살펴보고, 셋째로는 앞으로의 우리나라 기업의 공업통계활용활성화방안에 대하여 필자 나름대로의 의견을 진술하고자 한다.

CUSUM control chart for Katz family of distributions (카즈분포족에 대한 누적합 관리도)

  • In statistical process control, the primary method used to monitor the number of nonconformities is the c-chart. The conventional c-chart is based on the assumption that the occurrence of nonconformities in samples is well modeled by a Poisson distribution. When the Poisson assumption is not met, the X-chart is often used as an alternative charting scheme in practice. And CUSUM-chart is used when it is desirable to detect out of control situations very quickly because of sensitive to a small or gradual drift in the process. In this paper, I compare CUSUM-chart to X-chart for the Katz family covering equi-, under-, and over-dispersed distributions relative to the Poisson distribution.
