This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their role perception and coaching confidence, and the mediating effects of their role perception in the relationship between their leadership behaviors and their coaching confidence. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to incumbent security martial arts leaders. The questionnaires were used for data analysis. The correlation analysis prior to a test of research hypothesis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between all potential factors(< p.01). Especially, there was a high relationship between psychological coaching confidence, human relational coaching confidence, exercise coaching, exercise prescription, and volunteer activities. The detailed results of hypothesis verification were as follows: First, hypothesis 1 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on role perception, supporting hypothesis 1. Second, hypothesis 2 showed that role perception had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 2. Third, hypothesis 3 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 3. Fourth, hypothesis 4 showed that role perception was partially mediated in the effects of leadership behaviors on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 4. The findings suggest that the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their coaching confidence can be maximized in combination with their role perception.
The court in Korea values evidence justice, and also demands justification for the process of collecting evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the level of organizational commitment, which means that the police investigators performing these tasks feel attached to the police organization they belong to, and that they feel united about the goals of the organization. Based on this recognition, the study analyzed the effects of the police's perception of organizational Justice on organizational commitment, and classified organizational Justice into distributive Justice, procedure Justice and interaction Justice. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of the police's perception of organizational Justice on organizational commitment and verifies the effect through multiple regression analysis by injecting the trust of Supervisors into a mediating variable. The study was also conducted on the assumption that the trust of Supervisors is important in carrying out the field investigators work in the South Korean police. To achieve the purpose of this research, a total of three surveys were conducted from May 2017 to October 2019 at the National Police Agency using the selection process of investigators and job training courses for the national police, and a total of 500 copies were used as analysis data. Looking at the results analysis of this study, first, it was found that there was a statistically significant static (+) effect on organizational commitment, where the organizational Justice of police officers was a independent variable. Second, the relationship between organizational Justice and organizational commitment has shown that the trust of Supervisors has a mediating effect in korean police organization.
The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting extra expenses incurred by extracurricular activities, prompted by the problem that the financial burden on households for their children's education and child-care is not showing enough signs of being mitigated, despite increased child-care subsidies from the government. Data for this study was obtained from the 4th Panel Study on Korean Children of Korea Institute of Child Care and Education. The analysis of the study shows that 68.5% of the surveyed children were participating in extracurricular activities and the average number of extracurricular activities they took part in was 2.9. The average extracurricular expenditure was 50.000 won. However, based on the findings of the survey, it was statistically significant to find that the number of extracurricular activities the children participated in and the expenditure the households spent on them varied by area. Variables were inserted in a gradual manner in identifying factors influencing households' expenditure on children's extracurricular activities. The results showed that amongst the variables used, the education level of the mother, the employment status of the mother, the type of the child-care support institution, and the household's place of residence featured prominently, with the place-of-residence factor accounting for most of the reason why a household spent the amount it did. The outcome of the study bears four policy implications: First, there is a need for a specific evaluation of the contents and costs of extracurricular activities and supervision and management of such activities. Second, it is necessary for the central government to provide a specific criteria of necessary expense. Third, throughout the child support agency, the courses and costs of special activities should be monitored regularly. Fourth, there should be extracurricular activity support for underprivileged children.
This study engaged food-service industry workers in Busan (casual dining restaurants and buffets) to investigate the moderating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of emotional labor on turnover intention and job burnout. To accomplish the goal of this study, the statistical programs SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis of responses from f 278 respondents. An examination was conducted to prove the hypothesis based on a structural equation model. There are two sub factors of emotional labor, surface acting and deep acting. According to the result of this study, surface acting has a positive influence (+) on job burnout (exhaustion) while deep acting has a negative influence(-). In addition, job burnout showed a positive influence (+) on turnover intention. It has been revealed that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on the path from deep acting to job burnout. Having considered that job burnout of food-service workers in Busan was related to deep acting, one of sub factors of emotional labors, promoting deep acting appears to be the way of reducing both job burnout and the number of people with turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary for restaurant owners and CEOs to implement employee training and improve employee benefits in order to promote the deep acting of their employees.

This study investigated the relationship between learning strategies and achievements of the students in the department of health science, and differences between higher academic achievers and lower academic achievers in the use of the learning strategies. The results were as follows. First, there was a correlation between academic achievements and self-efficacy and power of execution in the personality area. Second, there was a positive correlation between academic achievements and academic motivation, a negative correlation between academic achievements and avoidnat motivation, in the motivation area. Third. there was a correlation between academic achievements and all 8 factors in the behavior area. In the use of learning strategies, there was a difference found in self-efficacy and the power of execution between the higher academic achievers and the lower academic achievers. It also was found that the lower academic achievers perceived more depression, showed remarkably lower motivation and higher avoidance motivation, than the higher academic achievers. Lastly, the lower academic achievers was lagged behind noticeably compared to the higher academic achievers in the ability of using all factors of the behavior area.
The social statistic was used to top 250 Korean and Japanese YouTube channels based on the number of subscribers examine its channel type (private/corporations/others), distribution of contents and private YouTube channels' date of registration. The channel examination was also used to provide practical hint to create new Youtube contents. According to the statistics, Korean channels were mainly managed by K-Culture related companies for the promotional purpose, whereas Japanese channels were mainly managed by individuals with a variety of contents. It is presumed that Japanese individuals have been engaged in creating individual video content since the early period through video uploading platforms other than YouTube such as Niconico Douga. Since the expansion of the YouTube market will continue, it is important not only to reinforce corporations' marketing on YouTube but also to promote the uniqueness and the diversity of YouTube content for the individuals to improve the economical, sentimental, and informational contents in order to create socially effective personal contents that can be competitive in the global market.

Objectives : This study aims to identify sexual behaviors in sexually abused children to assess the Child Sexual Behavior Inventory(CSBI) score of sexual behaviors reported in children by their parents to analyze the relation of these sexual behaviors to demographic variables, familial variables, and characteristics of sexual abuse variables. Method : A large sample of 2-13 year old children(N=121) were rated by their caregiver via parent report consisting of CSBI, the Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL), and a questionnaire assessing characteristics of family history and sexual abuse variables. Results : There were significantly related to the CSBI score; younger children(2-5 year old group) had significantly higher scores than older children. Maternal education also related to the CSBI score, in that mothers with higher levels of education report more CSBI scores than less educated mothers. There were significant differences according to characteristics of victim victim with penile penetration of vegina and genital exposure of offender had higher score in the CSBI than others. Also, when perpeturator was an acquaintance, the CSBI scores increased. Conclusion : Sexual behavior related to childs age, maternal education, penile penetration of vegina, and genital exposure, parental emotional state and personality traits. Findings were primarily similar to previously published studies. The suggestions and the limitations of this study, and directions of future study were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to compare the personality types between pediatric and other dental residents. 77 pediatric dental residents and 71 other dental residents in Korea were surveyed by Myers-Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) had 4 personality dichotomies consisting of 2 opposite characteristics that were extraversion / introversion, sensing / intuition, thinking / feeling, and judging / perception. Combinations of these four dichotomies could make 16 personality types. The percentage of pediatric dental residents was higher in sensing and judging, but there were no statistically differences. The majority of personal type was ISTJ in both groups. Statistical significance observed only in gender. The ratio of thinking was higher in male than in female (p < 0.05). The meaning of this study was the first survey performed on the personality types between pediatric dental residents and other dental residents in Korea. Further study with pre-survey orientation and increased sample size should proceed.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of life satisfaction and social support among the elderly. For this purpose, a set of characteristic factors that are supposed to affect elderly life satisfaction were suggested and empirically analyzed. To achieve this study used final analysis with 470 questionnaires which did a questionnaire survey after gathering purposeful sampling method of 500 person who were visiting on Senior Club and Senior Welfare Center. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS statistical program. The methods of analysis were frequency, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, characteristic factors such as the family relation, health and economic of the elderly have significant impacts on their life satisfaction. Secondly, it was seen that social support regulated the effects of family relation and economic on characteristic factors. The implications of this study are, above all, to build a human network for training, education and social support for career development while participating in the labor market. Such activities could lead to social support for economic independence in old age.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of middle-aged retirement planning on individual's quality of life and overall satisfaction, and moderating effects of social and psychological sense of crisis, and the differences of measured variables in the demographic characteristics. Retirement planning that may be the most important factor in the country's social costs is aimed to provide a basis for fixing the interest in advance of retirement planning training and retirement. The subjects are workers who live in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gyonggi-do. Total sample size is 350, then 335 samples were collected on the data. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, house ownership and education level among demographic variables affects satisfaction of their life. People who do not own a house shows higher satisfaction, and higher education level affects satisfaction positively. Second, satisfaction is affected by transition to rest negatively, on the other hand, it is affected by expect of new beginning positively. Besides, No moderating effect of social and psychological crisis showed that negative life evaluation role to the independent variables. Third, cognitive information is affected by transition to rest and imposed disruption positively. Besides, job dissatisfaction adjusts between them. Fourth, improvement of life quality is not affected by expect of the retirement planning. On the other hand, there is not moderating effects of social and psychological sense of crisis.
