여성농업인의 테크노 스트레스가 인터넷 정보활용에 미치는 영향 - 정보서비스 수용성에 대한 매개 효과 - (The Effect of Technostress on the Utilization of Internet Information in Woman Farmers - Mediating Effect on Information Service Acceptability -)

  • This study aims to identify the causation effect between technostress and utilization of Internet information and meditation effect of information service acceptability between technostress and Internet information utilization. The data were collected from 503 woman farmers aged 20 to 65 across the country. The analysis performed a three-stage mediated regression of Bron, & Kenny (1986), using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The importance of accepting information services has been identified in the Sobel test. According to the analysis of the medium effect on information service acceptability, information service acceptability has a partial medium effect on the technological stress of woman farmers and the level of Internet information utilization. In order to lower the technology of woman farmers in the future, it is necessary to find ways to improve new perceptions of information technology and increase acceptability of information services.

간호대학생의 테크노 스트레스가 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향: 스트레스 대처의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Technostress on Intent-to-persist in Nursing College Students: Focusing on the Stress Coping)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of technostress on intent-to-persist focusing on the stress coping in nursing college students. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design was conducted with a survey of 153 nursing college students attending a university. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, hierarchical analysis, and sobel test were performed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 for Windows. Results: The factor mediating technostress and intent-to-persist in nursing college student was emotion-focused coping behavior. Moreover, this mediating factor had a complete mediating effect between technostress and intent-to-persist in nursing college students. Conclusion: Based on this result, it will be necessary to develop educational strategies about smart device use and environmental supports that help them communicate about problems.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교의 신입생을 비롯한 재학생들에게 손쉽게 해당 대학의 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 경우에는 대학 어플리케이션을 설치하여야 하는데 이에 따른 피로감과 테크노스트레스가 발생한다. 이렇다보니 최근 ICT 생태계는 메신저 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 챗봇(ChatBot) 서비스의 등장으로 앱에서 봇으로 급속히 진화 중에 있다. 또한 사람들은 새로운 앱을 찾는 대신 메신저 앱에서 대부분의 시간을 보내고 있다. 국내의 경우에는 카카오톡의 사용기간 점유율이 95%에 이르는 데 이러한 점을 고려하여 카카오톡 자동응답 API를 이용하여 대학의 교내 외 정보뿐만 아니라 교통, 날씨 등의 정보까지도 제공하고자 한다. 이에 대한 예로서 동의대학교의 정보 제공 서비스를 구축하였다.

조직구성원들의 테크노스트레스 형성과 영향에 관한 연구 (Technostress Creators and Its Influence on Employees in Organizations)

  • Despite the growing interest in technostress phenomenon of employees in organizations, few guidelines exist about how mangers can effectively control their technostress. Accordingly, scholars should pay greater attention to how firms can successfully manage employees' technostress. This study conceptually developed and tested a research model for understanding the influence of technostress on psychological and behavioral strains. In addition, we tested technical support provision as a moderator. We obtained 107 samples through a survey questionnaire, and data were analyzed based on structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, it was empirically demonstrated technostress decreases job satisfaction and individual productivity. We also found that technical support provision have moderating effects on the relationship of technostress and job satisfaction/individual productivity.

업무환경에서의 메타버스 사용의도에 대한 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Usage Intention of Metaverse Services in the Work Environment)

  • 메타버스는 정보통신기술의 발달과 2019년부터 시작된 코로나19의 대유행으로 인해 디지털화가 가속화되면서, 최근 가장 빈번하게 회자되는 용어 중 하나이다. 메타버스는 사용자 경험에 있어 전반적인 우리의 삶에 새로운 혁명을 가져올 것으로 예상되고 있다. 특히 업무영역에서도 원격근무를 채택하게 되면서, 디지털 화상회의, 원격오피스 등의 가상 서비스, 즉 메타버스에 대한 관심도 높아지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 업무환경에서 활용될 수 있는 메타버스 서비스에 대한 사용의도에 대하여 확장된 통합기술수용모델(UTAUT2: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2)에 메타버스 특성을 나타내는 요인들인 자기표현 욕구, 원격 현전감, 그리고 테크노스트레스를 추가하여 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하고 논의하고자 한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 메타버스가 아직 많이 보급되지 않은 상황에서 현재 가장 일반적으로 알려져 있으면서 업무환경에서 활용이 가능하다고 판단되는 PC 기반의 게더타운과 VR 기반의 페이스북 호라이즌을 잠재적인 사용자들에게 소개하고 이를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 일반적인 메타버스를 대상으로 하여 주로 연구되었던 기존 연구와 달리 메타버스를 업무환경으로 적용하고자 하는 사용자들의 기술 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확장된 통합기술수용모델(UTAUT2)를 기반으로 새롭게 제시했다는 점에서 학술적인 의의가 있다. 실무적으로는 메타버스를 업무용으로 사용할 수 있도록 기업에서 적용할 때 고려해야하는 요인들에 대해서 제언함으로써 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

테크노스트레스와 일과 후 업무연속성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 : 일-삶의 갈등의 매개역할을 중심으로 (The Effects of Technostress and Work Connectivity after Work Hours on Job Satisfaction : Focusing on a Mediating Role of Work-Life Conflicts)

  • Due to the rapid development of information communication technology, employees have conducted their tasks with smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs in the midst of after work hours. In line with this phenomenon, we have examined the relationships among technostress, work connectivity behavior after hours (WCBA) and technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction. Based on the results of prior research, we developed and tested our research model which posits the certain factors such as technostress, WCBA and technostress inhibitors affect work-life conflicts which, in turn influence employees' job satisfaction. Survey data collected from 345 users who have experiences on using smart devices was used to test the model using PLS (partial least squares). In this study, we found that technostress and WCBA were positively related to the work-life conflicts. We also found that the relationship between technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction was significant. The implications of these findings for both research and practice are discussed.

대학생들의 테크노스트레스, 플로우, 스마트폰 중독이 스마트폰 사용만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study of on the influence of techno-stress, flow and smartphone addiction on the Satisfaction of Smart-phones use)

  • This paper is focused on the investigation of the negative factors from smart-phone as internal affecting the use of smartphone and found their relationship. For the validation of this study model, 300 university students randomly selected in Seoul and Gyeongnam province. The measurement model was evaluated by using SPSS 18.0, and the evaluated result was summarized as follows. First, it was found that the techno-stress of smartphone user significantly associated with the fun and pleasure felt from using smatphone. It was assumed that a higher techno-stress negatively affects fun and pleasure from using smartphone. Second, the techno-stress of smartphone users was found to affect smartphone addiction. This means that more techno-stress users feel as they use smartphone, the more tendency to smartphone addiction. Third, flow was significantly associated with the smartphone addiction. Forth, Flow was significantly associated with satisfaction of the smartphones use. Fifth, it was indicated that when users had more flow and addiction from using smartphone, their satisfaction level was also higher.

재택근무 제도강화와 테크노스트레스가 업무생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 행동통제와 기술준비도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Home-based Telecommuting Environments and Technostress to Work Productivity)

  • Corna Virus is being widely spreaded across the world and accelerating working environments to home-based telecommuting environments rapidly. Many companies, however, are afraid of decrease in productivities due to insufficient technology readiness by new technology environments. Therefore, finding out the influencing factors which improve the productivities in home-based telecommuting environments is a very important research issue. This study suggests several influencing factors such as technology readiness, technostress, and control behavior and a research model by literature review. To verify the model a total of 204 questionnaires are collected from office workers who are currently utilizing home-based telecommuting. The statistical analysis show that technostress influences negatively to productivities. In addition, moderating effect analysis show that control behavior affects negatively and technostress positively to alleviate the technostress. The result is expected to provide a theocratical framework for further related research and practical guidelines for improving productivities in home-based telecommuting environments.

테크노스트레스가 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Technostress on Counterproductive Work Behavior)

  • Due to advances in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and the advent of the Smartphone, people have access to the internet and can work at any time and any where. These are however likely to cause negative effects such as the personal information leakage and invasion of privacy. Caused by negative aspects of ICTs, the stress is so-called technostress. Recently, it is reported that managers tend to task order to their subordinates using an SNS or mobile messenger on a real-time basis after office hours or even on holiday, leading to a sharp increase in technostress. While previous studies of stress indicate that it is associated with the counter-productive work behavior (CWB), no empirical evidence has shown about the relationship between technostress and CWB. This study aims to explore the effect of technostress on CWB. In addition, it seeks to clarify the moderating effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) in this relationship. Drawing on literature regarding technostress and CWB, hypotheses are developed and tested with the sample of 101 using regression analyses. Results show that technostress has a significantly positive effect on CWB, but LMX has an insignificant moderating effect in the relationship between technostress and CWB. Implications and limitations with suggestions for future studies are presented.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 혁신특성, 테크노스트레스가 혁신저항 및 수용의도에 미치는 영향: 공공부문 도입을 중심으로 (Effects of Innovation Characteristics of Cloud Computing Services, Technostress on Innovation Resistance and Acceptance Intention: Focused on Public Sector)

  • As the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution evolves, not only private companies but also government agencies and institutions in public sector are adopting cloud computing services converged by new information technologies such as IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence to strengthen competitiveness and create new business values. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between innovation characteristics, innovation resistance, and acceptance of innovative technologies from the perspective of cloud computing services in the public sector. In this study, we collected the survey data from 190 employees of IT division in the public sector, and analyzed the causal relationship between innovation characteristics, technostress, innovation resistance, and intention to adopt the cloud computing service that they perceived. As a result of the analysis, we demonstrated that innovation characteristics, technostress have significant effect on innovation resistance and acceptance intention, and that top executive commitment and innovation resistance also have significant effect on acceptance intention. This study provides meaningful practical implications for the staffs preparing for adoption of cloud computing services and the executives who make the final decision in public sector.
