The predominant concerns of the study consist of: (1) the direct effects of social work students' evaluation toward connivers of exam-cheating on their evaluation toward connivers of corruptio ns in social welfare organizations; (2) the dual mediation effects of their concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing and needing of protection arrangement for whistle-blowers. The notable findi ngs are as follows: First, the evaluation toward a person conniving at exam-cheating significantl y has an effect on the evaluation toward connivers committing corruptions in social welfare orga nizations($.211^{***}$). Second, the more positive evaluation for connivers of exam-cheating, the more concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing, the less needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers($-.191^{^{\prime}***}$). The students, concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing more, show less neg ative evaluation toward a person, conniving at corruption in social welfare organizations($.245^{***}$). The more needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers, the less positive evaluation regar ding whistle-blowers in the organizations($-.122^{***}$). Lastly, both mediating effects of the needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers and concerning about dysfunction of whistle-blowing are significant so dual mediator are proved. Some practical implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

Companies are investing in CSR activities as a way to fulfill their societal obligations. It is expected that companies' CSR activities would be an effective investment to enhance corporate image, leading to consumers' purchase behavior. However, sometimes, CSR activities have a null or negative effect on the evaluation of company. The purpose of this research is to find ways to solve these problems and it reviews some research concerning donation and introduce these research into CSR. Specifically, this study examines the effect of CSR beneficiary appeals on the attractiveness of corporate identity and the mediating role of the inferred motives of CSR. The results show that consumers evaluate the corporate identity less attractive which employ the self-benefit CSR appeal. In addition, the findings also suggest that the effect of the CSR beneficiary appeal on the attractiveness of corporate identity is mediated by the inferred motives. These results suggest some managerial implications concerning communication guidelines of CSR. Specifically, companies need to communicate sincere motives of CSR rather than business.

Korean-PEQ (prosthesis evaluation questionnaire) was developed and verified its validity research but, evaluating its reliability applied to the lower extremity amputees have not been conducted. The aim of this study was to apply the Korean-PEQ for lower extremity amputees to evaluate the reliability. As a result, all of the items responding of Korean-PEQ shown to less than 15% ceiling effect and floor effect. therefore, the results were shown to be appropriate. Korean-PEQ reliability of each region of intra-class coefficient was shown to .719(95% CI .600~.811)~920(95%CI .890~.945) and the inter-region reliability was higher as 0.958. Item internal consistency Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values are shown as higher .910.

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively examine the effect of capstone design education on learning outcomes and propose directions for effective design and implementation of capstone design classes. For achieving this, a 21 studies meeting the standards among the academic journals and thesis published in Korea by September 2020 were selected, and based on 83 effect sizes, the meta analyses were carried out. The results of this study were as follows: First, the total effect size of capstone design education was 0.96, which is a large effect size. Second, the effect size was large in order of affective, cognitive, and social areas. Third, the effect size of vocational basic ability showed a large effect size while creativity showed a medium-sized one. Fourth, the effect size showed highest for design subject, the grade in the third or fourth, there was help from industrial corporation, theory and practice. Based on these results, this study proposed instructional design implications in order to increase the learning effects of capstone design in Korea.

It is quite impossible for a service firm to deliver service without failure. The main reason is that service is intangible, perishable and heterogeneous in nature. Every service firm tries its best to recover service failure with understanding that service failure affects customers' evaluation and attitude for the firm. The research finds that customers' satisfaction after recovery affects customers' intentions both service encounter satisfaction and overall firm satisfaction strongly affects positive word-of-month and purchase intentions. The results have implications to researchers and service marketing managers. For researchers, the result will be helpful for them to further develop service failure and recovery framework. For service marketing managers, the result will suggest specific guidelines for establishing service recovery strategies.

Training, unlike education in holistic perspective, not only affects individual's potential of work competencies such as knowledge and technology, but also affects the job performance in organizational perspective. The effectiveness of training for civil servants who participated in mock jury trial learning of Suwon-si was verified using CIPP model. Participants valued the significance of the process of training rather than the conclusion that draws a certain solution, and based on the comparison and analysis of pre·post evaluations, the educational effect of mock trial training and its utilization at work in the future was higher than before the training, proving its effectiveness. In terms of the implications of training programs in addition to the program planner's evaluation, participant constitution in consideration of sex or employment period is needed for learning interaction among various learners, and information acquisition training on various local issues and conflict situations, as well as the combination of deliberation learning, are needed. in addition, it may be supplemented through customized conflict management raining related to pending projects for the effectiveness of training.

It is effective personally and nationally that dental professionals provide oral health education to North Korean defectors. This study aims to examine literature on oral health education for North Korean defectors. The method of this study is a scoping review, which is a method for qualitatively reviewing and reinterpreting previous studies with the literature review method. There were differences in age and period of settling in South Korea among the study participants of the literature. It be divided into a study that evaluated the annual oral health education experience rate, and a study that applied an educational program and evaluated its effectiveness. It showed positive results in all literature for various effects evaluation variables such as dental health, periodontal health, and oral health knowledge. This study is significant in that it sought the direction of development of oral health education for North Korean defectors. It is suggested when planning oral health education for North Korean defectors, it is necessary to establish a differentiated approach strategy in consideration of oral health gaps, cultural differences such as language, psychological characteristics according to the settling period in South Korea, and age.

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jeollabuk-do social welfare errand center, this study focused on identifying the effects of users' personal characteristics and workers' job environment characteristics on user satisfaction. The data analyzed are survey data collected from users and workers at 11 social welfare errand centers in each city and county in Jeollabuk-do. In the detailed analysis, the first-level independent variable for the users' personal characteristics, the second-level independent variable for the worker's job environment characteristics, and the user satisfaction were set as the dependent variables, and then a hierarchical linear model analysis model was applied. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that households with disabilities, sense of job value, job stress, role overload, and salary satisfaction had a significant effect on the service satisfaction of users. The results of this analysis show that the characteristics of the job environment of the workers have a major effect on the satisfaction of service users. This suggests that there is a strong need for improvement in the fields.

This study is to ascertain the meaning of personal media as cultural intermediaries in the cultural diffusion, acceptance, and intermediation for the production and consumption of cultural contents. We examined the case of personal media, , which is one of popular YouTube channel in Korea and analyzed fifty most viewed videos in last two years based on four perspectives of digital cultural intermediaries: forms, expression methods, linguistic features, and evaluations. As expected, results demonstrate that shows characteristics of digital intermediary: diverse subjects without fixed rules, a variety of multimedia effects, colloquial style including neologism and multilingual, and users' high preferences caused by creator's sincerity. Our findings and limitations can serve directions of further empirical researches.

The interaction between web site and it's user is more active and free than that of any other interface environment. Consequently, it is very important that user interface environment must be fully considered in web site development process. In this study, first, web interface environment and it's features are examined, then web usability test techniques are analyzed, and on the basis of the results, new tool for visualizing various responses and patterns of web site user is developed. Finally, by applying newly developed tool to usability test process of an internal hub site and analyzing the results, effective methods for visualization and evaluation of using patterns of web site are suggested.
