In the general recording method of mobile broadcasting, all incoming broadcasting streams after recording time will be saved regardless of its content. In this case, as such that viewers do not want to record, commercial advertisement, are saved together. In order to solve these problems, the proposed method checks if the contents such as advertisements are exist in the target stream by analysing the splicing in incoming MPEG-2 TS streams and, if splicing happened, excludes incoming stream after the splicing in the recording process. In the proposed method, first the splice in the recording stream is verified using the related flags of adaptation field in the TS packet and, if judged to cause a splice, the time of splicing is to be estimated by evaluating the value of splice_countdown filed. In this way, the proposed algorithm provides the seamless recording method by estimating the time of splice and excluding the contents after the splicing. To evaluate the proposed seamless recording method, the simulation was carried out by modifying the software of the existing mobile broadcasting terminal.

비실시간 온라인 수업은 학습자가 원하는 시간에 학습을 할 수 있고, 공간의 제약이 없다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 실시간으로 이루어지는 수업이 아니다 보니 수업 콘텐츠에 문제가 있거나, 설명이 부족한 부분에 대한 학습자들의 의견이 교수자에게 전달하는 것에 한계점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 수업 콘텐츠를 듣는 학습자들의 피드백 정보를 교수자에게 전달하는 시스템을 제안한다. 학습자에게는 온라인 녹화 수업 콘텐츠를 정지했을 시 정지 사유를 조사하고, 정지 사유와 정지한 콘텐츠의 시간 정보를 교수자에게 전달할 수 있고, 교수자에게는 학습자들의 온라인 녹화 수업 영상의 피드백 정보와 정지시간을 교수자에게 그래프로 나타내어 한눈에 수업 콘텐츠의 문제점이 많은 부분을 파악할 수 있게 해서 전달한다. 교수자는 피드백을 반영해 콘텐츠를 재업로드하여 질 높은 수업 콘텐츠로 인해 학습자들은 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

As the broadcasting service is digitalized, the copyrighters more concern about permitting users to record broadcasting content. However, the recording is very convenient function for the users to enjoy their favorite program without restriction of broadcasting schedule. In this paper, we will suggest an efficient mechanism to protect recorded content. We will also propose a new business model on the recorded broadcasting content using suggested protection mechanism.

삼성전자가 본격적인 디지털 녹화 시대 개막을 알리는 램(RAM)방식의 DVD레코더(모델명:DVD-R5000)를 국내에 출시한다. 삼성전자가 이번에 출시하는 램(RAM)방식의 레코더는 PC를 기반으로 하고 있기 때문에 녹화와 재생 등이 타 방식보다 빠르다는 것이 가장 큰 특징이다. 즉 디스크에 기록된 영상과 음성등을 가장 빨리 찾고, 재생할 수 있다는 점이다.

Digital broadcasting and digital CATV and IPTV will continue in the competition, regardless of how the content of the program was broadcast over the Internet distribution and the damage of piracy is also growing. Excellent quality of the content of the digital CATV sales of DVD and high-density storage media because there is no difference in content and quality is the problem of illegal distribution. However, users can record and reuse program in the position of the guaranteed rights, and the purpose of training in fair and illegal recording and distribution needs to be separate from it. In this paper using a digital certificate recorded by the user and the process to ensure the purpose of illegal distribution of pharmaceutical distribution system design and implementation of the program was broadcast.

비디오 서버는 대량의 영상과 음성 데이터를 보호화해서 디지털 포맷으로 저장하고 원하는 즉시 비디오 데이터를 재생 및 전송할 수 있는 컴퓨터 기반 장비를 말한다. 기존 저장 매체인 VTR(Video Tape Recorder) 테이프(Tape)에 녹화되던 영상은 비디오 서버의 HDD(Hard Disk Drive)에 파일로 저장되고 있다. 이러한 형태로 기존 VTR 이 수행하던 녹화, 편집, 송출 등의 역할을 비디오 서버가 파일 기반 제작 시스템으로 대체하고 있다. 즉 테이프리스(Tapeless) 제작환경의 촬영 단계인 녹화부터 송출 단계의 마지막 재생까지 사용되는 장비가 HD 비디오 서버이다. 파일 기반의 IT(Information technology) 제작환경은 제작 프로세스를 효율화하여 생산성을 향상시키고 비용을 절감하며 콘텐츠 재사용을 통한 미디어가치를 높인다. 이러한 장점들 때문에 비디오 서버 사용은 날로 증가되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비디오 서버 관련 기술에 대해 알아보고 자체 개발한 경험을 바탕으로 HD 비디오 서버 구현 기술을 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문은 멀티채널 UHD(Ultra High Definition) 영상 녹화/재생 하드웨어 플랫폼과 서버 시스템간의 안정적인 스트림 데이터 전송을 위한 PCI Express 디바이스 드라이버 인터페이스를 제안한다. 멀티채널 기반의 하드웨어 플랫폼은 병렬 프로세스 제어가 가능하고, 서버와의 데이터 전송을 원활하게 해주는 디바이스 인터페이스가 필요하게 되는데, 본 논문에서는 PCI Express 인터페이스를 이용하여 해당 하드웨어 플랫폼을 인식하고, 쓰레드(Thread) 기반으로 멀티채널을 동작시키는 방식으로 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 인터페이스는 효율적인 제어를 통해 하드웨어 플랫폼과 서버 시스템 사이의 실시간 데이터 전송을 가능하게 하였으며, 멀티채널 기반으로 안정적인 영상 콘텐츠 녹화 및 재생의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

The Asynchronous indivisual learning offer advantages such as allowing learners to study at their preferred times without spatial constraints. However, since these classes are not conducted in real-time, there are limitations in conveying learners' feedback on problematic or inadequately explained course content to the instructors. This paper proposed a system for relaying feedback information from learners who view course content to the instructors. Learners can investigate the reasons for pausing online recorded class content, and they can transmit these pause reasons along with the time information of the paused content to the instructors. Instructors receive feedback information and pause times of learners' online recorded class videos in graphical form, making it easier to identify areas with numerous issues in the course content at a glance. Instructors can incorporate this feedback to re-upload the content, resulting in higher-quality course materials, which, in turn, can enhance learners' academic achievements.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of the contents of the recording lectures through the automatic recording system of the nursing students on the program outcomes of the pediatric nursing. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. the subject of this study consisted of 104 nursing students(the experimental group of 52 and the control group of 52). Data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ test and independent t-test using SPSS 22.0. The effect of the first program outcome(PO1. We can integrate nursing skills based on various the liberal arts and the major knowledge into practice) of the experimental group was not confirmed, but the fifth program outcome(PO5. We can apply critical thinking based nursing processes and implement clinical inferences) was significantly higher than that of the control group. It is significant that this study presented the data to develop the class design method to improve the program outcomes of the nursing student at the present time which is operating the program outcomes based curriculum for nurse with core competency.

This study analyzed the relationship between the management and programming, and the changes of production type according to the changes of management situation in the local broadcasting companies. This study found that the operating income ratio has a correlation with the self-production ratio. Meanwhile, analysis of the changes of production types according to the changes of business circumstance empirically proved that the number of performers has decreased while that of the external shootings has increased when the business situation has been got worse in local broadcasting station.
