The purpose of this study is to analyze the post management impact of consulting service for small and medium enterprise in Korea using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results show that first, consulting activities have an effect on the consulting performance. Second, this research found that post management is an important moderate variable between consulting activities and performance. This study have an important meaning that we confirm a part of the knowledge management service for the consulting service, which is considered temporary task, to practice sustainability business.

This study applied the BSC performance consulting experience and diverse variable factors and whether there any differences in terms of satisfaction and the relationship between the support for the government consulting firm specializing in human resources by the resident of the innovation cluster area was investigated through empirical research. According to the study, a new high in recent local government support Consulting Consulting satisfaction by professionals residing in the area that applies to industrial clusters leads to practical consultancy, which was being evaluated as a significant boon to real performance of the company.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.

This paper aims to examine the moderate effects of Client's Organizational Character on the relationships between Consulting Service Quality and Business Performance. To accomplish these purposes, The questionaries of 192 were inspected to the CEO or PM having consulting experience at the companies in Daegu and kyoung-buk. First, Consulting Service Quality presented a meaningful result(+) with the Business Performance. Second, Consulting Service Quality have differential influence on Business Performance by Client' s Organizational Character.

This study examinined the casual relationship between consulting service characteristics and management performance based on absorption capacity and innovative willingness in order to find out the factors of effective consulting In an age of infinite competition. 131 questionnaires were used to test 8 hypotheses using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS(3.3.2). Results are as follows: expertise and consultant knowledge among consulting service characteristics had a significant positive impact on management performance through the company's absorption capacity and innovative willingness. However, the consultant's attitude had no significant effect. This study suggests the necessary of factors that can enhance the consulting effectiveness. We would like to consider and analyze the psychological variables that can enhance the various attributes and management performance of consulting in future research.

To provide evidence of bank's management consulting effect on client firms' performance and contribution to the bank, this study adopts Matching Sample Design and OLS regression using financial and consulting data from A Bank, which allowed us for empirically testing bank's management consulting effect on client firms. Specifically, We examine difference between ante-post performance of consulting client firms and difference between performance of consulting client firms and the other client firms. Empirical results show that management consulting by a Bank can increase interdependency, while It does not cause significant improvement of growth, activity, and profitability. This result provides further understanding of effect of management consulting by a bank on consulting client firms and some implication which banks should consider for management consulting.

The purpose of this research is to verify the importance of the relationship between the competency of the project manager of a consulting recipient company that can significantly influence the consulting achievement, the ethical attitude of the consultant, and the consulting project achievement. The results of this research are summarized as follows. The results of this study verified that the competency of the project manager from the consulting recipient company contributed to the ethical attitude of the consultant, the ethical attitude of the consultant positively affected the consulting achievement, and the support of the CEO of the consulting recipient company helped regulate the relationship between the competency of the project manager and the consulting achievement.

This study compared and validated consulting satisfaction analysis between consultants and participating companies in relation to consulting. The objective was to analyze the different perspectives on what consultants think of satisfaction and how businesses think of satisfaction to achieve the optimal improvements and to improve the quality of consulting. To explore ways to improve the quality and satisfaction of consulting, this study evaluated five service quality measures. After consulting, the research method aimed to determine what is required by the enterprise based on the SERVQUAL perspective, find key factors for how to address these requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and measure the satisfaction of consulting. The results revealed no statistically significant differences in the detailed measurement item type, reliability, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy for the quality of consulting by enterprises and consultants. Comparative analysis of the consulting satisfaction on the SERVQUAL items by companies and consultants showed that companies and consultants had different opinions to improve the consulting quality and satisfaction. Therefore, it would be important to narrow the differences on this and establish a structure, in which consultants and businesses cooperate with each other.

The main goal of the research is to develop instructional consulting manual to help math teachers improve classroom teaching. Improving the quality of teaching in schools is stressed as a central focus of meaningful classroom instruction and high quality education. In this research, teaching consulting was defined as an activity that covers reflection process oriented towards formative assessment and continuing professional development. Within this context, subject-specific teaching consulting and teaching professionalism with focus on PCK was reviewed. Further, the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of teaching consulting and teachers' needs for consulting. And also, specific examples of subject-specific consulting based on our previous consulting experiences in math classes were shown. Alternative ways to improve subject teaching were derived through the conferences where consultants and consultees analyze video-taped lessons conducted by the consultees. By those results, a manual for invigorating teaching consulting was developed. The contents of the manual consists of setting conditions of teaching consulting and its implementation in the classroom teaching. The first part of the manual contains steps to establish teaching consulting system, the qualification and role of the consultant, system evaluation, etc. The second part of the manual presents the pre-preparation, prescription and implementation and follow-up management steps. Each part of the manual provides consultants with specific guidelines for each step. Finally, recommendations for making policy related to ways to invigorate teaching consulting was suggested. It is expected that specific examples and cases of subject-specific teaching consulting presented in this research will be used to narrow the gap between theory and practice of teaching consulting, and to help math, science and English teachers develop teaching professionalism.

선박의 안전 확보를 위해 각종 규제를 만들고 시행하였으나, 규제만으로 안전을 확보하는 것은 이제 한계점에 도달해 있다. 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅은 규제 위주의 정책이 아니라 선사에서 자발적으로 안전관리체제를 수립 및 시행 할 수 있도록 도와주는 제도이며, 본 연구를 통해 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계를 구축하였다. 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계 구축을 통해 영세한 소형선사의 안전관리 역량 향상이 기대 되며, 현장중심의 컨설팅 수행을 통한 안전관리(책임)자 및 해상종사자의 안전관리 능력 향상이 기대된다.
