기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

This study empirically examined which factors facilitate or disturb the learning and practical knowledge transfer in consulting and which factors have most powerful influence on the learning and transfer of consulting knowledge. Analysing 160 data collected from FTA origin managers in export companies, the study findings show the ambiguity(-), complexity(+), consulting competences(+), intervention design and delivery(+), self-efficacy(+) and government subsidies(+) significantly affected on Client's learning, while consultant's expertise(+), consulting involvement(+), transfer culture(+) significantly affected on consulting knowledge transfer, respectively. It showed that consulting competence and causal ambiguity have an greater influence on learning while consultant's expertise has a greater influence on consulting knowledge transfer, respectively. The findings implicate that consulting success depends on rather consultant's factors(consultant's expertise and consulting competence) than client's input factors. To succeed in consulting project, it is important that the consultants effectively develop and apply consulting methods & tools as shared interfaces between consultant and client.

It has been over a decade since the business consulting services by SMBA started in order to build up competitiveness through supporting small and medium enterprises under the business environment of globalization. No matter how there is no post empirical data of evaluation. Therefore, this study is focused on analysing the practical performance of Coupon System Management Consulting(CSMC) by comparing the financial condition for a few years before and behind since the companies have been involving in. As a result, the statistical significances of research hypotheses were rejected for the most part. Moreover, the growth rates of sales and total assets of which each of them is one of the indicators concerning growth and activity, are negatively significant, which means that CSMC the needs comprehensive consideration about its efficiency and in all its aspects.

This study is about the effectiveness of Jahwal consulting. We analyzed 275 self-supporting participants of 58 self-supporting companies in eight wide-area self-supporting centers nationwide. After consulting by conducting a questionnaire before consulting, we conducted a questionnaire to analyze the differences. The measurement variables consisted of 3 variables and 6 subparameters. The top variables are interpersonal relationships, organizational systems, and self-help business will. The sub-elements are interaction, communication between members, horizontal leadership, organizational stability, personal suitability and developability. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 21.0, frequency analysis, and t-test. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of consulting conducted by Jahwal institutions. For this reason, we developed a measurement scale, and analyzed changes before and after consulting using that scale. As a result of the analysis, it was found that self-help consulting is effective. It was also analyzed that there was mode significance in the analysis by gender, age, region and educational background.

Consulting effects of enterprise management are paying off and growing in the country as well as worldwide. Consulting, the academic research foundation of the consulting classification is narrow and, therefore, the job satisfaction of the involved consultants has not been studied sufficiently. Although there were not enough references, I recognized that consulting industry would have a huge effects on business, I tried to draw the concept of the satisfaction of job performance of consultants in the point of the growth of industry itself, and I studied the correlation between consultant satisfaction and performance. It means, on the causes of consulting performance, the previous studies were quantitatively limited, but this study represents the new perspective and another way of thinking. As a result, this study showed that the performance is affected by the job satisfaction of consultants. Second, it showed that social support on consultants and consulting performance are highly related. Further more, a following-up study can use it to strengthen consulting capabilities such as, self development of consultants, how to make reasonable consulting payments, how to develop and how to establish direction of support policies for consulting. It is possible that this study can be policy data when policy to strengthen industrial competitiveness can be made on the basis of consulting.

Recently companies are confronted with a much more sophisticated business environment than before and at the same time have to be able to adapt to rapid changes. Accordingly, the need for selecting among alternatives and managing systematic decision-making has been steadily increasing to respond to a more diverse customer needs and keep up with the fierce competition. In this study, we propose a framework that consist of problem solving procedures and techniques and knowledge structure built on processes to support strategic decision making. and discuss how to utilize simulation tools as the knowledge-based problem solving tools. In addition we discuss how to build and advance the knowledge structure to implement the proposed architecture. Management decision support systems architecture consist of three key factors. The first is Problem Solving Approach which is used as reference. The second is knowledge structure on business processes that includes standard and reference business processes. The third is simulators that are able to generate and analyze alternatives using problem solving techniques and knowledge base. In sum, the proposed framework of decision-making support systems facilitates knowledge-intensive consulting processes to promote the development and application of consulting knowledge and techniques and increase the efficiency of consulting firms and industry.

Management consulting by a bank is expected to have a win-win relationship to the mutual development of the banks and client firms. Previous studies also claimed that consulting had a positive impact on the competitiveness and business performance of the firms. Nevertheless, few empirical studies were found to analyze the relationship and explain the result whether consulting had really enhanced the competitiveness and performance of the businesses after consulting. The present paper has empirically analyzed the impact of a management consulting by a bank on the business performance of the client firms and on the contribution to the bank. In terms of client firms, the financial results of the client companies such as stability, profitability and growth potential were compared before and after the consulting; in terms of the bank, the changes in the last three-month average outstanding of deposits and loans were measured and verified in order to measure the contribution of the client firms to bank. A significant effect was confirmed in this study of the consulting on the client firms' the debt ratio-an item of financial stability and sales growth-an item of the growth potential.

유럽에서 아시아에 이르는 광활한 국토를 갖고 있는 러시아는 몇 년 전까지만 하더라도 우리에겐 미지의 땅이었다. 인류 최대의 실험작인 사회주의가 일단 실패로 종결되면서 러시아는 우리에게 모습을 드러냈고, 억눌렀던 호기심은 제철을 만난 듯 발동이 걸려 한때 러시아 진출이 붐을 이루기도 했다. 호기심중의 하나가 러시아 빵 문화가 아닐까 한다. 이에 지난 3년간 수차례 러시아를 방문, 러시아 빵 문화를 돌아본 우디라인(구 코티즌 컨설팅)의 김계식 사장의 도움으로 그 호기심을 채워 본다. <편집자 주>
