An empirical study on the influence of management consulting factors on corporate culture and business performance (기업컨설팅 요인이 기업문화와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This paper is intended for small businesses, and small-scale empirical analysis of the peripheral region has a research model of the relationship between consulting factors that are studied in various aspects of the existing and business performance. In other words, a model that is presented in the study with reference to the existing verification as to whether any association exists between management consulting factors and business performance targets in wonju region auto parts production enterprises. Consulting factors were modeled separately by the consumer and supplier factors as business performance and financial performance were divided into non-financial performance, we designed the model parameters as set by the corporate culture. Research consulting consumer factors and supplier factors business performance (financial and non-financial) showed that having a significant impact on corporate culture, set as a parameter also having a positive effect on business performance It showed that.

  • 지식 서비스 산업 중에서 경영 컨설팅 산업은 타 산업으로의 파급효과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 부가가치가 막대하므로 우리나라의 성장을 위해서는 필수적인 산업이다. 그러나 국외에 비해 국내의 컨설팅 관련 연구는 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 성공적인 컨설팅을 결정짓는 요인들로 컨설팅 관련자들의 특성을 고려하였다. 컨설턴트의 특성, 의뢰기업 측 컨설팅 프로젝트 팀장의 특성을 성공적인 컨설팅 결정 요인으로 하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석을 위하여 한국경영기술컨설턴트 협회에 소속하여 활동하는 경영 컨설턴트 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 컨설턴트의 역량은 물론 의뢰기업 측 팀장의 역량도 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Although consulting firms have been studying various prior research papers in view of the fact that there are many cases where they proceed with the sales strategy of repurchasing in mind, most of them deal with research on consulting performance on the supplier side, The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a company has a high level of participation in consulting in the event of a situation or situation and consequently influences the intention to purchase consulting. In order to find out whether they are visible, the reliability of the measured values and the fit of the measurement model by CFA were obtained through the exploratory factor analysis. The results were as follows: The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it is necessary for the consultant to improve the participation of the consulting company and the understanding of the consulting in order to increase the intention of the consulting repurchase intention.   • This study applied the BSC performance consulting experience and diverse variable factors and whether there any differences in terms of satisfaction and the relationship between the support for the government consulting firm specializing in human resources by the resident of the innovation cluster area was investigated through empirical research.   • In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become a prominent social issue. According to the National Industrial Security Center in South Korea, 71 percent who suffer from technology leakage are small and medium sized enterprises. Hence, establishment and operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System) for small and medium sized enterprises become an important issue. Since it is not easy to obtain ISMS certification for a small or medium sized enterprise by itself, consultation with an expert firm in information security is necessary before the security implementation. However, how to select a proper security consulting company for a small or medium sized firm has not been studied yet. In this study, we analyze empirically the selection factors of ISMS certification consulting company for a small or medium sized firm through exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Our study identified the following four important factors in selecting a security consulting company: expertise of the staffs and human resource management proficiency, market leading capability, competence to make progress during the consultation, and the performance and the size of the physical assets and human resources.

  • This study examinined the casual relationship between consulting service characteristics and management performance based on absorption capacity and innovative willingness in order to find out the factors of effective consulting In an age of infinite competition. 131 questionnaires were used to test 8 hypotheses using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS(3.3.2). Results are as follows: expertise and consultant knowledge among consulting service characteristics had a significant positive impact on management performance through the company's absorption capacity and innovative willingness. However, the consultant's attitude had no significant effect. This study suggests the necessary of factors that can enhance the consulting effectiveness. We would like to consider and analyze the psychological variables that can enhance the various attributes and management performance of consulting in future research.

  • The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

  • The consulting company conducts consulting for the purpose of repurchasing consulting and the intention of repurchase according to the consulting quality appears in the small and medium enterprises which received the consulting service. The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of consulting service quality according to the degree of correspondence. As a result of the questionnaire and statistical analysis for consulting SMEs, it was confirmed that the quality of consulting service affects the intention of repurching consulting, Research shows that even though consulting service quality is high, it does not lead to re-purchase unless it responds appropriately to changes in the environment. In other words, in order to enhance service responsiveness, consulting firm should be able to monitor the market information that changes with service quality and build a response system to respond quickly. However, to generalize it, In order to increase the consulting repurchase intention, further research is needed to supplement the responsiveness of the consulting service in connection with the quality of the consulting service.

  • This research studied that the effect of consulting local SMEs focusing on the effective factors related to quality of theoretical study and the previous studies according to research model and research hypotheses. Also, in this empirical analysis, analyzed the consulting performance that distinguish such as consulting procedures quality, consulting adaptation, consultant emotional intelligence and efforts factors. Second, in relationship with consulting adaptation and performance, statistically significant relationship showed weak. Finally, the quality of the consultant engagement and emotional intelligence was analyzed high significance. Therefore, this study further accounting information systems consultant at consultant emotional intelligence factors can expect a useful guidelines.

  • 컨설팅 조직이나 개인은 그들의 전문성을 바탕으로 사업을 영위하고 발전시켜 나가야 하는 영리적 목적을 띄고 있다. 따라서, 그들이 제공하는 컨설팅은 전문서비스로서의 상품적 가치가 있어야 하며, 고객은 이들이 제공하는 컨설팅에 대한 대가를 지불하여야 한다. 전문적 서비스라는 측면에서 컨설팅의 가치란 기업이 기대하는 이익이나 혜택, 서비스 품질과 그 서비스를 얻기 위해 지불하는 희생(비용과 시간)간의 상쇄효과로 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 SERVPERF 모형을 이용하여 측정한 품질과 기업의 일장에서 바라는 편익으로 나누어 컨설팅 서비스에 대한 고객의 가치인식에 미치는 영향을 실증하고자 한다. 다음으로, 컨설턴트는 프로젝트가 끝나는 시점에서 컨설턴트-고객의 관계가 지속적이며, 긍정적, 상호 협력적이라는 확신을 심어 주어야 한다. 고객의 일장에서는 관계의 종결보다는 관계의 지속이 이성적이거나 감성적으로 편익이 높을 것이라는 확신이 서야 차며 이는 곧 컨설턴트-고객 간의 계산적/정서적 결속으로 나타날 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 최종적인 목적은 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 편익 - 서비스 가치 - 고객과의 결속 - 재사용의도로 이어지는 인과관계를 규명하는데 있다.
