The purpose of this study is to consider how the competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting. influences the management performance. For this research. we chose 500 small & medium enterprises located all over the country that have implemented management consulting in recent 3 years. And we have done survey for the employees. and gathered and analyzed 294 samples. The result of research is as follows. First, Job competency of management consultants have reliable influence on the business performance and organization effectiveness. Second, Job competency and Common competency of management consultants have reliable influences on the completion index of consulting. Third, Job competency of management consultants and completion index of consulting have reliable influences on management performance. Fourth, Completion index of consulting have mediated job competency of consultants and management performance. Fifth, the impact was estimated that the more manager supporting is, the more job competency of consultant have an effect on organization effectiveness. These findings suggest that through the efficient way to perform successful consulting and identify an association between factors, it can contribute to small & medium enterprise management consulting activated.

This thesis investigated and studied the effect of CEO's values, consultant's competency, and value alignment with workers on the success and performance of strategic consulting. With 180 copies of data from the questionnaire, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis were performed, and structural equations for the final research model were performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that innovation performance and management capability had a significant effect on value consistency. It was confirmed that the value consistency had a significant effect on the degree of completion and utilization, and the degree of completion and utilization had a significant effect on satisfaction and contribution to management performance.

This study set up a study model through a previous study and aims to determine the control effect by organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance which is an independent variable and organizational performance which is a dependent variable. To do that, the hypothesis was verified by using statistical programs such as SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 which can be statistically useful with 511 copies except for the copies which cannot be utilized, over 4 weeks from February $25^{th}$ to March $24^{th}$, 2015, focusing companies located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon. The hypothesis testing result of the study model set by this study shows that firstly, this study has contributed to establishing an additional theory in the research between consulting performance and organizational performance while it has not been enough for consulting performance and organizational performance in previous studies. Second, although the moderating variable of organizational support in the effect relationship between consulting performance and organizational performance didn't show a partial positive (+) role in the hypothesis testing, more detailed analysis in the survey process and the variety on questionnaire configuration were provided in the variable selection. Third, as consulting performance shows a positive effect on organizational performance, a higher consulting performance gives a direct impact on organizational performance so that a realistic action plan on internalizing and enhancing consulting execution result into organizational performance is aggressively required.

Since 1995 many enterprises have introduced ERP to strengthen competitive power. However, enterprises that have introduced ERP for the first time have experienced various types of problems integrating them; to this day, there are only a few enterprises that have implemented ERP successfully. The main reason for the failures of successful ERP implementing is that enterprises frequently ignore and/or don't know how to systematically evaluate the construction process of ERP and busy finishing a phase without resolving problems before going on to the next phase. This research focused on the implementation process of ERP project to evaluate the process of ERP at each phase. As a result, we propose an evaluation model of ERP project as a tool to find critical problems at each phase and improve on how to resolve the problems found at each phase. This evaluation model makes it possible to introduce ERP successfully by presenting the basis of assessment which will be used by enterprises to minimize the trial and error of construction process of ERP.

본 논문에서는 산업공장 내의 생산효율을 높이기 위하여 작업에 대한 지시를 효율적으로 이행하는 시스템을 개발하려고 한다. 모든 공장에서는 자동화와 더불어 안전하고 생산성 높은 시스템을 추구한다. 하지만 대부분의 공장에서는 작업공정이 비체계적이며, 자동화가 이루어지지 않는 실정이다. 제조 공장의 급격한 성장으로 인하여 다양하고 많은 제품이 동시 다발적으로 생산되는 상황에서 적기 생산과 완성도 높은 제품을 위한 작업 제어 관리가 필요한 시점으로 작업에 관련된 데이터를 재정리하는 과정이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 작업공정 전체를 시스템으로 포착하여 각 설비(요소)의 안전 및 생산성 향상을 도모하여야 하며, 작업공정 처리 결과를 입력하여 제어할 수 있는 ATmega보드를 모듈화 해야한다. 본 논문은 입력장치 모듈과 ATmega128, WIFI 모듈을 접목하여 작업공정 데이터를 실시간으로 입력하는 작업공정 입력 시스템을 개발하였다. 이로 인하여 현 제조 공장 생산업무의 작업효율을 크게 향상시키고, 경영 개선에 이바지 하고자 한다.

Recently, FTA may go beyond the agreement of the two countries, and also FTA is tinged aspects of Mega FTA between the economic sphere, under the situation that FTA and the business model are mutually intertwined in convergence industrial environments. Since South Korea came into force in 52 countries and 15 cases of FTA, South Korea have completed FTA network with the United States, as well as ASEAN and most of OECD member countries, and South Korea is now a critical time to take advantage of the FTA to determine the South Korea's economic performance. This paper examined the previous studies of FTA utilization and analyzed practical usages and problems of SMEs' FTA utilization. Through analysis, this paper suggests that the Training Plans of SMEs' Origin Management Specialist for the Improvement of FTA Utilization is as follows: to build up the effective management system of origin supports, to enrich the origin management competency, to reinforce the operation of supporting system, and to strengthen practical capacity of Origin administrative staff. Based on the results, it is expected to provide the policy implications for the FTA utilization in the future.

1) 버섯종균 생산 시스템 개선 버섯의 품질과 수량을 좌우하는 주요 요인은 종균의 활력이다. 그러나 말라위에서는 종균의 활력이 낮아 조그마한 350cc 음료수 병에 배양 완성하는데 20일이 소요되는 등 노동력의 비효율성을 개선하였다. 따라서 350cc 병을 3500cc 비닐봉지로 개선하여 입봉하는데 소요되는 시간을 10배 이상으로 단축 개선하였다. 또한 곡립종균을 액체종균으로 대처한 결과 균사생장 속도가 빨랐으며 작업속도가 빨라졌다. 곡립 수수를 밀로 대체하여 종균제조 노동력을 효율적으로 전환하였다. 2) 버섯재배사 환경관리 개선 버섯재배의 4대 환경조건은 온도, 습도, 환기, 광이다. 그러나 말라위의 버섯재배사는 4대 환경조건 조절을 자연상태에 의존하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비닐로 커버된 상태에서 문을 닫아두어 과습이 되고 환기가 되지않았다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 직경 5cm 환기공을 버섯재배사 당 4개씩 만들도록 지도하였다. 3) 버섯배지 개선 말라위에서는 옥수수 대를 잘라 버섯배지로 주로 이용하고 있다. 이를 개선하여 말라위 북부지역(다광)에 대규모 사탕수수 공장을 방문하여 사탕수수 박을 이용하여 버섯재배 기술을 교육하였다. 이를 이용함으로서 버섯 균사생장속도를 빠르게 하고 균사량의 축적을 높이도록 하여 고품질 다수확하는데 교육을 하고 컨설팅을 실시하여 개선하였다. 4) 버섯 배지 야외발효 후 지면재배 시도로 시간 단축과 비용절감 말라위 버섯배지 혼합제조법은 옥수수대 한가지로서 영양원이 없다. 이를 개선하여 배지를 수분을 흡수시킨 후 야외 퇴적하므로서 배지의 물리성을 개선하고 야외발효 과정 중 양분이 합성되어 양질의 배지를 만드는 방법이다. 야외발효한 배지를 봉지에 담아 균상에 입상하는 불편함과 나무로 만들어진 균상대의 과습으로 인한 곰팡이 발생과 개미 침입으로 썩는 것 등을 방지하기 위하여 지면재배 방법으로 개선하였다. 이 지면재배는 균상 만드는 나무재료와 인건비 절감. 병해충 발생 방제 뿐만아니라 고품질 다수확할 수 있는 방법으로 개선 교육과 시범 시연을 실시하였다.

The miracle of Korean economic development is the benchmarking for the developing countries. Among them, the STP of Science and technology area is very important case they tring to learn from Deadeok, Korea. Ecuador and Kazakhstan have the huge natural resources and they have interested in the model of Daedeok STP. This paper study about their needs and Daedeok's capability, and effective implementing factors. This paper suggest a six one based on the Daedeok Innopolis experiences for the successful local STP. First, most important thing is human resource development strategy for the knowledge and technology transfer. Second, the construction of Engineering Center for the collaboration of industry and academy is needed. This is important to have a bargaining power to the appropriate technology transfer. Third, they need a hardware and software infrastructure to the technology commercialization. It include a incubator, manager, and complimentary asset. Fourth, they have to connect with market closely for the venture creation and growth. Fifth, the clustering is realized by the STP construction. Lastly, leadership is critical factor to the absorptive capacity.

1. 버섯종균 개선 버섯의 품질과 수량을 좌우하는 주요 요인은 종균의 활력이다. 그러나 라오스에서는 종균의 활력이 낮아 조그마한 100cc 병에 배양완성하는데 14일이 소요되는 등 볍씨종균의 균사생장과 균사밀도가 매우 낮음을 확인하였다. 따라서 100cc 병을 1000cc 비닐봉지로 개선하여 입봉하는데 소요되는 시간을 10배로 단축 개선하였다. 또한 곡립종균을 액체종균으로 대처한 결과 균사생장속도가 2배가 빨랐으며 작업속도가 4배가 빨라졌다. 2. 버섯배지제조 방법 개선 미세하고 건조한 톱밥에 수분을 첨가하는데 50%이하의 수분함량을 유지함으로서 균사가 표면에만 자라고 있는 것을 확인하고 버섯 배지제조 시 물리성을 개선하기 위하여 볏짚을 잘게 잘라 10%~100%까지 혼합하는 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 톱밥 50%에 볏짚 50% 혼합하는 것이 균사생장 속도와 밀도가 좋았다. 또한 왕겨도 30%정도 혼합한 배지처리에서 가장 좋았다. 또한 수분함량도 65%로 향상하여 혼합하도록 지도하였다. 3. 버섯배지살균 방법 개선 라오스에서는 왕겨를 태워 살균을 실시하고 있다. 화력이 약하여 살균한 배지에서 볍씨의 새싹이 돋아나오는 경우를 발견하였다. 이는 살균이 제대로 되지 않았음을 의미한다. 그래서 이동식 직화식 살균을 권하였으나 시설자재값이 감당이 안되어 엄두를 내지 못하였다. 따라서 가스버너를 도입하여 단시간에 화력을 높여 살균을 실시하므로서 세균의 증식을 막아 균사생장속도를 빠르게 하고 균사량의 축적을 높이는데 교육을 하고 컨설팅을 실시하여 개선하였다. 4. 병뚜껑과 형성틀을 대체한 링을 이용한 입봉작업시간 단축과 비용절감 버섯봉지에 배지를 담는 입봉작업을 할 때 병뚜껑과 그의 형성틀을 끼우고 솜을 조금 뜯어 톱밥배지 위에 놓는 작업을 한다. 이는 아주 잘못된 방법이다. 왜 그렇게 하는가하는 것은 이해가 간다. 그렇게 하는 이유는 접종할 때 실내에서 그냥 접종하므로 뚜껑을 열때 보호막 역할을 할 것으로 생각하고 그렇게 하는데 천만의 말이다. 어떻든 뚜껑을 열면 잡균이 들어가는 것은 마찬가지이다. 그래서 이 솜을 배지표면에 놓으면 마른 솜이 그렇지 않아도 수분이 적은데 이 솜이 수분을 또 빼앗아 가버린다. 그래서 균사생장이 늘려 15일이면 다 자라야할 균사배양기간이 한달씩 걸려도 표면만 살짝 잘린 결과가 빗어진다. 이렇게 표면만 균사가 사탕 발림식으로 자라면 품질이 저하되고 수량이 적고 병해충에 저항력이 약해지게 된다. 따라서 뚜껑과 형성틀, 솜을 모두 없애고 봉지 상단부위를 U자형으로 꺽어서 링을 끼우는 방법을 실제로 실험으로 보여준 결과 작업능률이 5배로 빠르고 작업공정이 빨라짐으로서 세균번식밀도가 적어 균사생장 속도가 2배로 빨라졌고 수량이 배가됨을 증명하고 보급하여 많은 호평을 받았다.

This study aims to establish an evaluation model by quantifying the evaluation index as a follow-up study to the development of evaluation index for work-study parallel learning companies. An evaluation model was established by verifying the 2nd level components based on the quantitative factors of the learning company, the qualitative factors, the competency factors of the person in charge, and the competency factors of the learning workers, which are the highest-level components derived from previous study. For the evaluation of a learning company, an AHP survey was conducted with experts in charge of the company consulting to derive important factors that determine the quality of on-site education and training, and the evaluation model of the learning company was completed and grouped by calculating the weight between evaluation items proceeded. Work-study parallel program was promoted as a key policy to resolve the mismatch between industrial sites and school education and realize a competency-centered society, and as of December 2022, 16,664 companies participated in the training. Learning companies play a very important role as education and training supply organizations that conduct field training. It is expected that the support and consulting plan for each level of learning companies according to the evaluation model presented in this study will be used as basic data to improve the quality of work-study parallel program.
