A Study on the Influence of Telephone Apprehension Affecting Continuous Use Intention of Mobile O2O Commerce (모바일 O2O 커머스 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 전화 불안감에 관한 연구)

  • The avoidance tendency of voice call in younger generation facilitates the growth of mobile O2O service that utilizes Messaging. This study adopted and elaborated original concepts of telephone apprehension to apply phone anxiety to O2O. We examined previous researches related to the ubiquity of service quality, communication ability and anxiety, and then conducted a survey to understand the consciousness of mobile O2O service users. The results show that users with high message intimacy and users with poor logicality are afraid of voice calls. The mobile O2O service is considered useful as a means to replace an unstable situation. In this study, we considered individual characteristics of acceptance factor of O2O mobile service technology, and it was a new attempt to expand telephone apprehension characteristic reflecting current situation. In addition, the different results of this research from prior studies that examined the relationships among apprehension, usefulness, and continuous use intentions might be helpful to expand and sophisticate the research area.

  • Advancement of science and technology have led to development of the media, which has evolved election campaign strategies. Nowadays, media development has made communication more important, and it is a growing trend where smart-device applications are widely used to facilitate communication with electors. Based on Google's Fire base Cloud Messaging (FCM) push service, which keeps up with the fast-changing election trends and supports election campaigns systematically, this research aims to help accomplish the goals of an election campaign by developing an information system and performing empirical analysis of the variables that the information system affects. The system consists of an elector's application and a management system. The management system includes browsing and management of received-and sent-message history, and direct management of the application. By managing the push system in more progressive ways, this system will help to improve the effectiveness of election campaigns and accomplish election goals.

  • A growing percentage of internet users have maintained a personal website, blog, and the articles published by blog users play important roles to other users' purchasing decision as reliable information or knowledge. Therefore blog has been recently regarded as a promising marketing tool, for the brand image campaigns and sales management of companies. However, the effect is not easy to be verified when blog users recognize it to be negative the marketing activity utilizing blogs. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between the customers' blog usage level and their response to blog marketing. To such purposes, this study is designed to survey the followings on office workers; Blog Quotient as a blog usage level of customers, response to blog marketing, the relation between Blog Quotient and demographic variables, and the relation between Blog Quotient and response to blog marketing. The results show that Blog Quotient has a significant relation with customers' response to blog advertisement and a company should consider the target customers' blog usage level to plan a blog marketing strategy.

WebRSF: A Web-based Rich Communication Service Software Framework for Providing the 1-to-1 Chat Service (WebRSF: 1대 1 대화 서비스 제공을 위한 웹 기반 리치 커뮤니케이션 서비스 소프트웨어 프레임워크)

  • The Rich Communication Service(RCS) is a next generation mobile messaging service. Since it has been developed and managed by a wireless service provider, 3rd party application developers cannot utilize the RCS features in their apps. A few studies have been proposed to solve this problem, even though they were not viable level of deployment. This paper presents a Web-based Rich Communication Service Software Framework(WebRSF) to help the 3rd party application developers adopt RCS features easily. WebRSF converts complicated RCS protocols to simple web-based protocols for providing the RCS 1-to-1 chat service to the 3rd parties. Communication protocols between WebRSF and its clients are defined in this paper. Also, a network configuration diagram and a message flow diagram are defined. Finally, performance evaluation between the WebRSF client and the RCS client are performed to simulate the load on clients' devices. It shows that the WebRSF client has 17% less loads than the RCS client while initiating sessions, and has 25% more loads after initiating sessions.

  • Internet of Things has a wide range of vulnerabilities are exposed to information security threats. However, this does not deal with the basic solution, the vaccine does not secure encryption for the data transmission. The encryption and authentication message transmitted from one node to the construction of the secure wireless sensor networks is required. In order to satisfy the constraint, and security requirements of the sensor network, lightweight encryption and authentication technologies, the light key management technology for the sensor environment it is required. Mandatory sensor network security technology, privacy protection technology subchannel attack prevention, and technology. In order to establish a secure wireless sensor networks encrypt messages sent between the nodes and it is important to authenticate. Lightweight it shall apply the intrusion detection mechanism functions to securely detect the presence of the node on the network. From the sensor node is not involved will determine the authenticity of the terminal authentication technologies, there is a need for a system. Network security technology in an Internet environment objects is a technique for enhancing the security of communication channel between the devices and the sensor to be the center.

  • Searching distributed resource efficiently is very important in distributed computing, cloud computing environment. Distributed resource searching may have system overheads and take much time in proportion to the searching number, because distributed resource searching has to circuit many peers for searching information. The open-source community project JXTA defines an open set of standard protocols for ad hoc, pervasive, peer-to-peer computing as a common platform for developing a wide variety of decentralized network applications. In this paper, we proposed peer search algorithm based on JXTA-Sim. original JXTA peer searching algorithm selected a loosely-consistent DHT. Our Lookup algorithm decreases message number of WALK_LOOKUP and reduce the network system overload, and we make a result of same performance both original algorithm and our proposed algorithm.

  • IoT which is the core IT of the 4th industrial revolution, is providing various services from users in the conversion with other industries. The IoT convergence technology is leading the communication paradigm of communication environment in accordance with the increase of convenience for users. However, it is urgently needed to establish the security measures for the rapidly-developing IoT convergence technology. As IoT is closely related to digital ethics and personal information protection, other industries should establish the measures for coping with threatening elements in accordance with the introduction of IoT. In case when security incidents occur, there could be diverse problems such as information leakage, damage to image, monetary loss, and casualty. Thus, this paper suggests a certificate management technique for safe control over access in IoT-based Cloud convergence environment. This thesis designed the device/user registration, message communication protocol, and device renewal/management technique. On top of performing the analysis on safety in accordance with attack technique and vulnerability, in the results of conducting the evaluation of efficiency compared to the existing PKI-based certificate management technique, it showed about 32% decreased value.

  • Rational debate and public conversation in the public sphere of social network are crucial conditions for realizing deliberative democracy. However, negative communication can occur online more frequently than in the real space, and mutually hostile messages are appearing. In the electoral process, citizens combining for particular candidates have made personal attacks against, abused and slandered the opposing candidates. Then, how and to what degree has the flaming behavior been appearing in the elections? Are there influencers to propagate the flaming behavior? And how flaming are these influencers, compared to internet users? This research focuses on the flaming behavior which occurred during the reelection for Seoul Mayor, in order to diagnose the role of social network as an online public sphere. This study analyzes the spreading degree of flaming messages depending on each issue, and the differences of messages between influencers and normal users. There was frequent flaming behaviors to distribute biased information which criticized, laughed at and maliciously attacked individual candidates. Moreover, influencers who advanced leading opinions, displayed a higher flaming degree than normal users.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of sympathetic reactions to public service advertisement video messages produced for health campaigns. To this end, based on the empathy response scale proposed by Campbell & Babrow (2004), the empathy response to the images of nine health campaigns with themes of smoking cessation, tuberculosis, and suicide triggered fear of health risks and health behaviors (information seeking, preventive actions). As a result of the analysis, among the factors of empathy reaction, the reality of the message creative, the match of emotions, and the identification of the characters in the video each played a role in raising fear, and it is rather fear that logically understanding the situation that causes health problems through the health campaign video It was found that it played a role in reducing health information seeking behavior. On the other hand, it was found that the higher the degree of interest, such as sympathy for the characters in the video, among the factors of the sympathetic response to the health campaign, the higher the intention of preventive action to reduce the health risk.

  • Interactive media art can be said to be art in which audience participation and communication through interaction is considered to be most important Previously the role of the audience is to unilately accepted the artist's message, whereas the role of the audience observing interaction media has been changed to the point of the producer, actively participating in completing the artwork through interaction. This study analyzed the interaction and communication between the audience and interactive media artworks from the audience's point of view (in the view of reception theory) by the investigation of the case of the artworks that were on exhibition. Employing the exhibition interpretation medium with docent explanation and wall text was experienced how to improve audience's communication when they watched the artworks. The docent explained the intention of artists and their artworks in the manner of storytelling and induced the audience to focus naturally on the artworks. As the result, the role of the exhibition interpretation medium was found to be significantly high in enhancing the degree of emotional communication with the artworks, so in this study I attempted to present that the role of the docent is an important factor for enhancing the audience participation and emotional communication through interaction with the artworks.
