Purpose: The purpose of this study was functional leg length inequality effect on COP(Center Of Pressure) and LOS(limits Of Stability) and EMG activation. Methods: The participants were consisted of fourteen. Subjects were distributed 2 groups; control group, leg length inequality ${\leq}3mm$, n=8), experimental group(leg length inequality${\geq}10mm$, n=8). The participants were measured leg length wearing comfortable clothes through tape measure method(TMM). All subjects was measured COP(Center Of Pressure), LOS(limits of stability) using by Balance Trainer BT4(HUR, Finland). Results: The results COP was not exist statistical significant differences(p>0.05). LOS was not exist statistical significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion: The results was not statistical significant differences COP and LOS depending on Leg Length Inequality. But between experimental group and comparison group was exist mean differences on COP, LOS(COP:Ex.>Com, LOS:Ex.

According to a 2006 paper by a music therapist and a music therapist in elementary schools, the demand for special education increased, and a 2018 music education study showed that music rooms and equipment increased, but it was difficult to move or lacked various instruments. In this work, we develop a module that combines hardware and software for social improvement education in autistic children using tools. Various instrument sounds can be set using piezo sensors and Arduino, so you can experience various instruments through simple operation and there are instruments designed for music therapy through modularity. Hopefully, the study will help disabled children heal their music.

This study aims to develop a mobile application for the care of panic disorder, assisting in the prevention of panic attacks and the management of symptoms. Panic disorder is a psychological condition characterized by persistent fear, anxiety, and panic attacks, which requires appropriate treatment and management. The increasing need for digital therapeutics that users can access without time and space constraints is evident. The application developed through this research provides basic knowledge about panic disorder, enables self-diagnosis to monitor one's condition, and offers various therapeutic methods to effectively aid in the care of panic disorder. Additionally, it provides notifications based on real-time user location when they reach places where they have previously experienced panic attacks, and offers personalized support. This digital therapeutic aims to introduce new tools and treatment methods beyond traditional therapies. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute positively by promoting the use of digital therapeutics not only for panic disorder but also across the entire field of mental health, thereby improving users' quality of life.
Recently, there has been growing social interest in the use of care farms as part of therapy for neurological or mental patients and regional innovation for rural areas. Care farm, which combines the health treatment and rural innovation perspectives, is important to establish a proper governance system for mutual collaboration with various stakeholders. However, there is still a lack of research on this. Therefore, this study designed the care farm governance framework and comparatively analyzed the governance between Netherlands paradise care farm and Belgium blue farm, which are major successful care farm cases. The results showed different governance system between Netherlands and Belgium care farm in terms of institutional and financial support, regional characteristics, structure, operation, and strategy. In Netherlands, as the central government-initiated therapy-centric, care farm governance is concentrated in treatment of patient mainly supported by Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports under the law on social support. Whereas, in Belgium, as local government-initiated agriculture-centric, care farm governance is mainly focused to lead voluntary participation of agricultural cooperatives and medical institutions in regional area. This study provides a theoretical foundation of governance type and system for the care farm research and suggests guidelines of care farm governance for the governments like South Korea consider activating care farm.
This study developed a group theraplay program for enhancing intimacy in infant-teacher relationships and infant's adaptation to child care centers. And it also examined the effects of a theraplay program. The participants were 16 infants between the ages of 2-3. Each group of 8 infants was attached to the experimental or the control group. The experimental group had 45 minute group theraplay sessions two times per week for a total of 10 while the control group did not have any treatment. The Child-Teacher Relationship Scale(Pianta, 2001) and the Preschool Adjustment Questionnaire(Jewsuwan, Luster & Kostelnik, 1993) were used for pre-test and follow-up tests. Mann-Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test analyzed data via SPSS ver. 20.0. The results were that: (1) In the pre-test, the degree of intimacy in the infant-teacher relationship had no difference between the experimental and control group. However, in follow-up test, the degree of intimacy in the infant-teacher relationship of the experimental group was enhanced. (2) In the pre-test, the degree of adaptation to child care centers had no difference between the experimental and control group. But in the follow-up test, the degree of adaptation to child care centers of the experimental group was changed optimistically. Therefore, it can be concluded that group theraplay program is an effective means to facilitate intimacy in infant-teacher relationships and adaptation to child care centers.
This study is to investigate the effect of music therapy Program on Problem Behaviors and Social Skills Children with ADHD. The participants of the study were first and second graders in B elementary school in J city. They were observed in unsuitable behavioral patterns in school life by their homeroom teachers. Fifteen participants were divided into control and experimental group: The control group was eight and the experimental group was seven. Group music therapy was conducted two times a week for seven-week period. It took 35-40 minutes per therapy after school. Child Behavior Checklist-Korean, Social Skills Rating System, Social Acceptance were administered in pre- and post-stages. For the analysis of the data, Mann-Whitney U test was used. The findings from the research are summarized as follows: 1) The experimental group who was treated in music therapy showed a positive effect on problem behaviors. That is to say, the participants in the experimental group improved in emotional and cognitive stability while they significantly decreased attack behaviors; 2) The experimental group statistically showed significant improvement in their social behaviors compared to the control group. The music therapy group significantly increased social skills such as cooperation, self-assertion, and self-control. However, they did not improve responsibility as social skills in a significant manner; and 3) The experimental group showed higher degree of social acceptance than the control group. However, the result did not show a significant difference between the groups. In conclusion, the study proved positive effects of music therapy on ADHD children's uncarefulness, attack behaviors, and social skills for seven-week experimental period.

This study was conducted with 50 elderly people each (5) participating in the cognitive rehabilitation treatment program at the Dementia Care Center in D City to derive the development direction and contents of a multidimensional therapeutic recreation program and a revitalization plan through analysis of the current status and actual conditions of the cognitive rehabilitation program at the Dementia Care Center. aperture) was selected, and 9 people were selected as the subject of expert group opinion collection. The collected data was SPSS ver. Using the 18.0 statistical program, descriptive statistics and the importance and priority of each component were analyzed by hierarchical structure analysis. First, unlike the needs of users, the cognitive rehabilitation support programs currently being provided are not sufficient and require considerable experience. It was found to be low, and the areas for improvement were the expansion of care and protection facilities and the development of various programs to meet the needs of users. Second, the importance and priority of each component of therapeutic recreation were categorized into 6 major categories: exercise therapy , middle category (16 items) behavior-centered approach to exercise therapy, small category (47 items) strength and brain gymnastics, and silver health gymnastics were the highest. This result shows that a multidimensional program plan that considers the priorities of each area must be made when developing a therapeutic recreation program.
The purpose of this study was to find out various problem behaviors of children who were not diagnosed with any disability, but instead, engaged in problem behaviors. This study also intended to review the difficulties of children with problem behaviors, their teachers' difficulties and needs, to suggest support for child care and education teachers. This study conducted semi-structured qualitative interviews with eight child care and education teachers. The interviews were transcribed into text and analyzed by contents. The results of this study are as follows. Problem behaviors of children described by teachers were classified into external and internal types. In addition, children with problem behaviors had experienced difficulties in maintaining relationships with their teachers, peers and parents. Many teachers were not successful to provide appropriate support for preschoolers who demonstrated problem behaviors in classrooms or some teachers provided individualized support. Teachers adapted the behavioral and the psychological approaches to problem behaviors of preschoolers. However, teachers reported difficulties with children with problem behavior and brought up the following issues on teaching children with problem behaviors; managing troubled matters happening in the class, difficulty in controlling teacher's emotions on problem behaviors, the lack of time, the integrated child care time without teacher in charge of child, the interruption in activity progress, the lack of a special way to deal with problem behaviors, and difficulty in cooperation with families through parents-teacher counseling sessions. Teachers counseled with parents who had a child with problem behaviors and revealed that parents reacted to problem behaviors in various ways such as embarrassment, acceptance, ignorance, or avoidance. Most teachers received assistance and support for teaching children with problem behaviors, from families, local communities and in-service training. Lastly, teachers with preschoolers with problem behaviors needed the support of experts on managing behavior problems, assistant teaching personnel, education for parents and teachers, respects for teachers, psychological counseling or play therapy from professional service agencies, diagnosis service at child care and education centers which children attended, and support networking with agencies. Teachers also required the family support of medical diagnosis and psychological counseling and financial support from the government.

This study conducted voluntary focus group user observations to empirically validate the efficacy of the self-developed psychological support mobile application, "Mindful Now". The app is structured as an interactive game format, enabling individuals to activate self-awareness of mindfulness states anytime, anywhere. It consists of a 3-step process of sensory/emotional/consciousness awareness, facilitating the expression of non-judgmental awareness. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this mindful activation in enhancing psychological well-being such as happiness and stress reduction, voluntary mindfulness mobile app usage was tracked among 49 university students. The results revealed significant improvements, with a 14.4% increase in SWLS happiness index and a 17.1% decrease in PSS-10 stress levels among 12 users who used the app continuously for over 60 days to practice mindfulness awareness. Particularly, higher app engagement was observed among students who initially reported relatively lower indices before using the app. The utilization of mobile apps that promote mindful activation aligns with various therapeutic paradigms based on mindfulness and meditation, contributing to advancements in digital therapeutic interventions for psychological support.
Objective : This study aimed to investigate the awareness and experience of community-based dysphagia therapy and related education in community-dwelling older adults. Methods : A total of 89 older adults were recruited from a public health center in Gyeonggi-do. Awareness, experience, and related education regarding community-based dysphagia therapy were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results : We analyzed 89 questionnaires. Awareness, treatment experience, and education regarding dysphagia were low; however, the importance and intention to participate were high. Respondents wanted education about proper chewing and safe swallowing, oral health, oral motor exercise, and participation in community-based dysphagia programs in public health centers. The reason for the lack of experience in dysphagia education and therapy is insufficient information and opportunities. The respondents had a good understanding of dysphagia symptoms. Conclusion : Dysphagia therapy maintains swallowing and eating functions as a life-long Activity of Daily Living, and is a very important area in community rehabilitation. Based on the results of this survey, the necessity and importance of community-based dysphagia were identified. It is time to provide correct information and develop a systematic education program for community-based dysphagia therapy. Occupational therapists need to play an active role in improving quality of life by early detection and providing proper intervention.
