The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of personal characteristics, characteristics of college, and educational experience at college on the length of employment and length of employment for regular college students. As a result, it was found that the length of employment required for social studies, education, engineering, and medicine major was shorter than that of major in humanities. Also, it was confirmed that the longer the time required for the job, the more the male and the university graduate in the metropolitan area. In this analysis, it was confirmed that the length of time required for employment could be explained more by individual characteristics than the characteristics of college, and educational experience at college. Based on the analysis results, differentiated support for each major and the necessity of supporting programs tailored to the needs of students respectively.

This study aimed to analyze characteristics of employment and factors affecting of employment of elderly with disabilities. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests, regression analyses according to the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in Korea. Participants were 452 elderly with disabilities. First, The employment group showed significantly mild disorder, higher health status, absent of chronic disorder, licenses, absent of public employment service, married, absent of basic living security recipient, higher level of household income compared to the unemployed group. Second, Factors affecting employment of elderly with disabilities included public employment service, level of household income. And multi-person factors were acceptance of disabilities and one-person factors were basic living security recipient. Base on these results, suggested for obtaining job of elderly with disabilities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for preferring employment and the social influencing factors to improve future entrepreneurial intentions. Especially, this study investigates the influence of social influences such as parents', acquaintances, and individuals' experience of start - ups and employment and entrepreneurship club experiences on career choice of students who prefer employment. For this purpose, qualitative research method was applied to students who selected entrepreneurship career course among college students who completed entrepreneurship education. The results of this study are as follows: stable income, system experience, preference for parents' employment, lack of funds and lack of knowledge on start-ups. In addition, it was found that the intention of start-up is increased according to the experience of start-up of the acquaintance among the social influences of students who prefer employment. The result of this study suggests the methodology and learning direction of entrepreneurship education which can improve entrepreneurship intention and understanding of university students. In addition, this study proposes future research related to entrepreneurship education through empirical analysis.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job-related accommodation experience on acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities. For this purpose, the panel survey of employment for the disabled(PSED) which conducted by Employment Development Institute was used to investigate the job-related accommodation experience, acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities who paid in workplace. Based on collected data, frequency analysis was used to examine the present state of reasonable accommodation, and one-way ANOVA was used to compare the acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction according to job-related accommodation experience. As a result of this study, still there are not enough accommodations or support for workers with disabilities, and duty-related accommodation and work time-related accommodation had positive effect on acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction.

This study aims to suggest the improvement plan for clinical practice after examining the reality and the situation of clinical practice of EMT students. Clinical practice is as important as right to a variety of job experience in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of NCS. Subjects were 115 EMT students. Data were collected for Jun. 16-17(2016), and analyzed by SPSS v. 18.0. Sophomores, who experienced only ER have a negative view about their future job prospect. On the other hand, juniors, who experienced ER and 119 rescue team have not virtually changed the way they view their future job prospect, supposedly due to the halo effect of the 119 rescue team clinical practices. Both groups wish to have opportunities to experience diverse clinical practices. This study suggests that will help students have a positive view about their job prospects by providing clinical practice institutions and solve the problem of difficulty in getting jobs.

실업계 고등학교 담임교사와 취업 지도 교사들은 서로의 취업 지도 경험과 정보를 공유하고 활용하는데 축적된 자료의 부족과 시스템의 미비로 많은 어려움을 겪고 학생들 역시 장소와 시간의 제약으로 현실에 맞는 취업 정보를 얻는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 취업 지도 시스템을 구현하여 취업관련 정보를 공유하고 시간과 공간적 제한을 극복해 취업 지도 과정을 간편하게 하는데 중점을 두고 향후 취업 지도 시스템에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims at exploring the employment experiences of people with psychiatric disabilities who look for job and work at workplace through deeply searching that of people with psychiatric disabilities from the point of their view. So this research shows how their employment experiences appears in our country and also what kind of meaning that gives to people with psychiatric disabilities. The Main question of this study is what the meaning and essence of employment experiences of people with psychiatric disabilities is. The qualitative research method was taken for widely understanding and lively writing employment experiences of people with psychiatric disabilities in the connection of their lives. Especially, it was set that phenomenological research methods introduced by Colaizzi's, which can be used for understanding the essential meaning of the experiences of research participants. The major themes could be analyzed as "Entering a narrow door", "Being raised on an unfamiliar stage", "Confusing in the fast world", "Enduring", "Adjusting to an ordinary life", and "Taking a step forward admitting their limitation". These are connected not in the state of independence state but dependence according to time flow. In this study the people with psychiatric disabilities in relation to employment are compared to salmons running back in a wild river. People with psychiatric disabilities have power through running back in their employment and lives like a long river. Even though there are difficulty things, they actively try to flow together with other people as mature people in our society. This research helps to make strategies of employment supports for people with psychiatric disabilities through their employment experiences.

갈수록 심해지는 취업난과 대학생들의 취업에 대한 갈증은 해소되지 않고 있다. 취업에 있어서 다양한 경험과 본인의 지식 등도 물론 중요하겠지만 취업에 대한 정보 또한 간과할 수 없다. 취업 준비생들은 가고 싶은 기업의 채용 후기들을 찾아다니고 읽는데 에 많은 시간과 노력을 들인다. 더군다나 이러한 취업 후기들은 그 양이 너무나 방대하기 때문에 여간 수고로운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 사이트, 카페, 블로그 등에서 얻을 수 있는 수많은 후기들을 수집하고 분석하여 자료들을 수치화하고 도표화할 것이다. 이를 통해 취업준비생들이 기업의 채용 프로세스 후기에 대한 평가를 한눈에 알아볼 수 있으며 효율적으로 정보를 얻을 수 있게 될 것이라 기대한다.

This study verified the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage by analyzing panal data. The study results showed that the objective of job-training(enhancing job performance, ${\beta}=.336$), satisfaction of job-training(${\beta}=.-.256$) and the type of job-training(cyber lecture, ${\beta}=.334$) significantly affected youth employees' wage. Also, age, education, marital status, hour of job-training, objective of job-training and satisfaction of job-training significantly affected the differences between groups. This study provided practical implication to prepare effective job-training policy by confirming the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage and verifying the effectiveness of job-training.

The objective of this study is to understand the influence of discrimination experience on life satisfaction of the employed hearing-impaired, and also to verify the mediating effects of self-esteem on relations between discrimination experience and life satisfaction. To achieve this objective, the data of the 8th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled was used, and then the extracted data of 234 employed hearing-impaired persons was used for analysis. The results of this study are like below. First, discrimination experience showed negative(-) relations with self-esteem and life satisfaction while self-esteem showed positive(+) relations with life satisfaction. Second, when the perception of discrimination experience was low, the life satisfaction was high. Third, the mediating effects of self-esteem were verified on relations between discrimination experience and life satisfaction. Marital status, health, social-economical position has effected on life satisfaction. Based on such results of the study, suggestions were made to increase life satisfaction of the hearing-impaired.
