  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting the long - term care - related employment intention of nursing students in graduation grade. The study design was a descriptive study. As a result, the average intention of employment at the long - term care institution for the elderly was 2.8. It differed according to the experience of living with the elderly, the degree of interest in the elderly problem, long-term care benefits for the elderly in the family, and the concern of the long - term care insurance system. Therefore, in order to induce nursing college students to work in the long-term care field of elderly people, it is necessary to operate various curriculum and comparative programs that can get interested in the elderly problem. and long-term care insurance.

The Moderating Effects of Core-Self Evaluation on the Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention, Job-Seeking Stress (대학생의 창업효능감과 창업의도 및 취업스트레스 관계에서 핵심자기평가의 조절효과 연구)

  • As university students' job seeking stress and entrepreneurial intentions increase, the importance of variable research that can be applied to both concepts. However, recent studies researchers looked at only the influence variables in each concept. So they thought about the difference between entrepreneurship and employment. To solve these problems in this study was to verify the moderating effects of core-self evaluation in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, job-seeking stress of university students. The data of 349 university students in korea were collected for the study. The collected data were analyzed with multi-regression modeling. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 21.0 The findings of the study were as follows. First, results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect entrepreneurial intention directly. Second, core-self evaluation affect job-seeking stress of university students. Finally, it was also found that there was moderating effect of core-self evaluation in relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and job-seeking stress of university students. On the other hand it was found there was no moderating effect of core-self evaluation in relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Based on what has been learned through the analyses, The results of this study suggest that an educational system and institutional are needed to increase entrepreneurial efficacy. And It can be seen that the recognition of core self-evaluation is effective for the job seeking stress. Also, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

  • While the unemployment rate is rising rapidly due to recent economic recession at home and abroad, university students' reluctance to apply for jobs in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's) causes instability in manpower supply and demand and social unrest. To provide insights for solving the problem, this study explores how beliefs and attitudes of university students influence their intention to apply for jobs in SME's using Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Icek Ajzen. This study followed the 2-stage survey methodology suggested by Ajzen. In the first stage of pilot study, a small sample of university students was used to illicit readily accessible behavioral outcomes, normative referents, and control factors. In the second stage of main study, the standard questionnaire was designed and administered and data were collected and analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. PLS-SEM was used instead of Covariance Based (CB)- SEM considering the exploratory nature of this study. In overall, the results showed that TPB is very effective in explaining and predicting the university student's intention to apply for jobs in SEM's. Gender turned out to be a significant moderator variable in the relations between intention and its influence factors. Student's scholastic performance showed a negative correlation with intention. More research efforts need to be exerted to better understand university student's job seeking behavior.

창직선택 요인이 창업효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 창직과정 프로그램을 수료한 대학생 대상

  • 본 연구는 청년취업아카데미 창직 프로그램을 수료한 대학생을 대상으로 직업선택의 요인이 창업효능감과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하고, 둘째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석 한다. 셋째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 창업효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증 분석한다. 넷째, 직업 선택요인과 창업의도에 창업효능감의 매개효과를 실증분석한다. 가설에 대한 검증결과 직업선택요인 중 직업장래성은 창업효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업경제성은 창업 효능감에 부적적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업장래성은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 청년취업 아카데미 창직과정 프로그램을 운영하는 대학교에서 성과창출을 위한 교육프로그램 개발에 필요한 요소파악 및 적용에 이론적 근거가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The Effects of Major Satisfaction and Major Commitment of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Social Welfare on the Intention to have a Social welfare Job (사회복지직 취업의도에 미치는 사회복지학 전공생의 전공만족과 전공몰입의 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of major satisfaction and major commitment of undergraduate students majoring in social welfare on the intention to have a social welfare job. For this study, a survey of 442 undergraduate students majoring in social welfare at 4 universities located in Kangwon-do was conducted and the data was analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Major satisfaction consisted of general satisfaction and satisfaction of subjects, and major commitment consisted of emotional commitment, behavioral commitment, intellectual commitment and time commitment. The research findings are as follows: First, 62.3% of respondents had an intention to have a social welfare job, and 21.6% were undecided. Second, the level of major satisfaction(2.98) and major commitment(2.63) were slightly higher than the mid-point of the 4-point Likert scale. Third, major satisfaction and major commitment showed a significant difference according to intention to have a welfare job and university attended. Fourth, major satisfaction and major commitment had a positive effect on the intention to have a social welfare job according to the results of binary logistic regression. This study concludes by discussing theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for major satisfaction and major commitment strategies based on our results.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for preferring employment and the social influencing factors to improve future entrepreneurial intentions. Especially, this study investigates the influence of social influences such as parents', acquaintances, and individuals' experience of start - ups and employment and entrepreneurship club experiences on career choice of students who prefer employment. For this purpose, qualitative research method was applied to students who selected entrepreneurship career course among college students who completed entrepreneurship education. The results of this study are as follows: stable income, system experience, preference for parents' employment, lack of funds and lack of knowledge on start-ups. In addition, it was found that the intention of start-up is increased according to the experience of start-up of the acquaintance among the social influences of students who prefer employment. The result of this study suggests the methodology and learning direction of entrepreneurship education which can improve entrepreneurship intention and understanding of university students. In addition, this study proposes future research related to entrepreneurship education through empirical analysis.

An Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Satisfaction and Intention of Job Information Websites (취업정보 웹사이트의 만족도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인 분석)

  • This study defined the influence of the quality of job information websites and of user characteristic factors on the user satisfaction and on the intention of the use thereof based on the technical acceptance model to activate research on job information or job information websites in the category of Library and Information Science, amid studies on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in various disciplines emerging. 230 users experienced in job information websites were surveyed. The surveyed data were analyzed by applying the structural equation model. The results are as follows. Accuracy, security, self-efficacy, the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Up-to-dateness, self-efficacy, individual innovation had a significant effect on the perceived easiness of use. The perceived usefulness and the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and the user satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention of use.

  • 대학의 취업 정책은 졸업자의 취업지원을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 준비하야 대학생 취업을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 대학의 취업정책의 의도, 추진 성과, 준비성 등과 대학생이 인지하는 만족도, 효용성 등 부문에서 일부 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 정책의 효과에도 문제가 있지만 정책 추진의 효율성도 떨어져 예산 낭비로 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 대학 취업 정책의 효율성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 대학 정책에 대한 대학생의 인지도, 활용도, 만족도 등을 분석하여 대학 정책의 수정을 제시하고 있다.

  • This study aims to verify the influence of coffee education service quality recognized by trainees wishing to get a job at coffee-related companies on job preparation behavior through education satisfaction and recommendation intention. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study posited five research hypotheses based on relative literature and also established a research model with the five hypotheses. This study shows the following research results. First, the study found that coffee education service quality had a positive and significant impact on education satisfaction. Second, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on recommendation intention. Third, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on job preparation behavior. Fourth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on recommendation intention. Fifth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on employment recommendation intention. Such findings of this study imply practical suggestions that the characteristics of a wide range of trainees in the study of coffee education service quality and satisfaction, and provide practical suggestions to help improve the future direction of education services and competitiveness of coffee education institutions.

창업교육이 창업기회를 매개로 대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 경제성장 둔화는 청년 취업률에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 취업난이 극심한 가운데 더 이상 대학의 교육이 청년 취업을 위한 관문이 아닌, 창업을 통한경제 활동의 창구역할과 기회를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 국내의 창업교육 커리큘럼은 단편적, 달발적인 양상을 보이며, 대부분 단일차원에서 창업교육을 정의하는 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 확인하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 이를 통해 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하여 창업교교육의 특성을 확인하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 밝히는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업기회(창업기회인식, 창업기회발견)의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업기회를 증진하고, 증진된 창업기회가 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구 가설을 설정하고 인과적 경로를 검증하였다.
