충북 단양은 우리나라에서 대표적인 산수(山水)의 고장으로 꼽힌다. 남한강과 소백산이 만들어낸 단양팔경은 국내에서도 내로라하는 관광명소다. 그야말로 도시생활에서 지친 몸과 미음을 치유할 수 있는 최적의 장소인 것이다. 하지만 그동안 단양을 찾는 이들에게는 조금의 불편함이 있었던 것도 사실이다. 단양IC에서 단양역까지 이르는 도로는 남한강(충주호)을 끼고 있어 최고의 절경을 볼 수 있는 드라이브 코스로 유명하지만 왕복 2차선에 불과해 주말, 휴가철에는 병목현상이 빈번했기 때문이다. 또 그만큼 교통안전 여건도 좋지 않았다. 이런 문제점들은 2016년 4월이면 완벽히 해소될 전망이다. 쌍용건설이 이 구간을 4차선으로 확장하는 건설공사를 한창 진행하고 있기 때문이다. 쌍용건설은 이룰 통해 도로이용자들의 교통안전을 확보하고, 지역 균형발전에 이바지한다는 계획이다. 때문에 이곳 현장에서는 무엇보다 안전을 최우선 가치에 두고 있다. 이곳의 안전관리가 어떻게 전개되고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

In the 21C, each nation controls exhaust fumes from automobiles and makes an effort to develop alternative energy because of serious environmental problem. Jechon area has many historical and cultural archeological sites. And Jechon city sponsors various cultural events. But the way of transportation which is connected with Jecheon and around sightseeing places is general and not ready yet. Therefore, if a special means of vehicle is developed, it could play an another role of sightseeing resources. Special identity of Jecheon area for establishment of green vehicle traffic system which gives Jecheon area specific character was investigated for theoretical background. Traffic system was studied for establishment of direction through existent successful case study. Moreover content, method, structure and advantage & shortcoming etc. of vehicle that use green energy resource such as solar car, fuel cell car, hybrid car, natural gas car etc. were examined. The suitable means of vehicle for Jechon area was proposed to three directions with research and investigation. After comparison and investigation by inquiry of each section's experts, the most suitable traffic system of which energy resource of car, form of vehicles, the complement, dimension of vehicles etc. were decided. Design proposal should be drawn according to process of automobile design in decided direction. Special Exterior design of vehicle that use green energy resource connecting Jecheon and around area should be suggested in Jecheon City Hall and Chungchong-bukdo provincial office for vivify image of cleanliness area.

With the tourism industry stagnating due to the recent COVID-19 virus issue, the importance of preparing a plan to resume and revitalize the tourism industry after the end of the COVID-19 is being emphasized. In particular, this researcher paid attention to the development of the horse industry as it can contribute to the differentiation of services as it is an experience-oriented tourism, and it can be said to be a field with a high potential for sustainable development in the future. However, in the domestic horse industry, legal problems related to installation, industrial structural problems organized around horse racing, and demand-based problems were scattered. Therefore, this researcher suggested a way to improve these problems, improve the quality of life of the people, and lead the horse industry to increase the income of rural residents. As a representative example, a legal improvement plan for the expansion and growth of equestrian facilities was presented, and a strategic incubating infrastructure construction plan was presented to support horse industry workers to nurture the horse industry as the 6th industry on their own. This movement will lead to qualitative growth through the conversion of the horse industry into local cultural contents, and not only to expand the base of public demand for the horse industry, but also to maximize the creation of added value through diversification of the horse industry, leading to qualitative growth of the horse industry.

This paper proposed the validity and necessity of establishing the Jungwon Historical and Cultural Area by reviewing the historical characteristics of the name Jungwon and its temporal and spatial range. We also explored ways to utilize the Jungwon historical and cultural Area under the Special Act on the Maintenance of Historical and Cultural Areas. Jungwon, which means the center of the country, has strategic value as a key area connecting the Korean Peninsula to the north and south through the Geripryeong and Jukryeong. It also includes Chungju, which connects the Namhan and Bukhan Rivers . From the Mahan period, the areas of Cheongju and Jincheon, the Miho Stream basin to the west, and Chungju to the east were closely connected to each other. Afterwards, Baekje, Koguryo, and Silla engaged in a fierce battle to occupy the Jungwon area. Jungwon culture was born through the negotiation and fusion of the cultures of the three kingdoms. In particular, Silla continued to value the Jungwon area, demonstrated by the installation of Seowongyeong in Cheongju and Bukwongyeong in Wonju, centering on the Jungwongyeong. Since we have a historical view with a focus on ancient kingdoms, we have overlooked the full value of the history and culture of Jungwon. We need to recognize the importance of Jungwon area and think about how to utilize it. Therefore, we suggested in this paper that there be more public information services on the cultural heritage of Jungwon, the historical heritage experience, and the education programs for local residents. The development and operation of Jungwon's history, culture, and tourism contents, as well as the various academic research papers should be used to reveal the identity of the Jungwon historical and cultural area.

According to the climate change scenarios, the intensity of typhoons, a major factor in Korea's natural disaster, is expected to increase. The increase in typhoon intensity leads to a rise in wave heights, which is likely to cause large-scale disasters in coastal regions with high populations and building density for dwelling, industry, and tourism. This study, therefore, analyzed observation data of the Donghae ocean data buoy and conducted a numerical model simulation for wave estimations for the typhoon MAYSAK (202009) period, which showed the maximum significant wave height. The boundary conditions for wave simulations were a JMA-MSM wind field and a wind field applying the typhoon central pressure reduction rate in the SSP5-8.5 climate change scenario. As a result of the wave simulations, the wave height in front of the breakwater at Sokcho port was increased by 15.27% from 4.06 m to 4.68 m in the SSP5-8.5 scenario. Furthermore, the return period at the location of 147-2 grid point of deep-sea design wave was calculated to increase at least twice, it is necessary to improve the deep-sea design wave of return period of 50-year, which is prescriptively applied when designing coastal structures.

This study analyzed image similarity, attribute recognition, and preference by multidimensional scaling. The analyses were carried out by 10 spa destinations (Deoksan, Bugok, Onyang, Yuseong, Suanbo, Bomun, Dongrae, Asan, Dogo, Haeundae) in Korea. The results were as follows: First, according to the analyses of image similarity of spa destinations, 'Haeundae, Dongrae and Bomun,' 'Dogo, Onyang, Asan,' and 'Deoksan, Suanbo, Bugok,' made similar image groups separately. However, Yuseong had different image from the other spa destinations in the above. Second, according to the analyses of attribute recognition of spa destinations, Deoksan and Bugok had more competitive ability in terms of 'the incidental facilities of spa destinations, 'Yuseong, Onyang, Asan, and Dogo' showed high competitiveness in terms of 'accessibility of spa destination' and 'tourism conditions.' Haeundae, Dongrae, and Suanbo had weak competitiveness in terms of 'the accessibility of spa destinations.' Third, according to the analyses of preference about spa destinations based on different job groups, office workers had a preference for Yuseong and Bugok, professional workers for Bomun, the people engaged in the farming, fishing, livestock raising and housewives for Haeundae and Dongrae, government officials, students, factory workers, the people living on a pension for Onyang, Deoksan and Dogo, and the self-employed for Suanbo. In conclusion, according to the analyses of spa destination preference based on different residence groups, residents of Seoul, Incheon, Gyunggi province, Gangwon province, Daejeon, Chungcheong province and Jeolla province had a preference for Yuseong, Suanbo, Onyang, Deoksan, and Asan and the residents of Daegu, Gyungsang province, Busan, Ulsan for Bugok, Bomun, and Haeundae.

This paper is to suggest direction for development, and to analysis feasibility and preference traditional hotel which will be build in Jae cheon city. The questionnaires are distributed each50 in local area (Jae cheon, Dan Yang, Cheong Ju, Won Ju) and 100 in seoul, then used for data analysis 248.The results are as followed. First, it was showed that architectural style which is mixed korean traditional style outside with modern style inside, 100,000 (won) lower room cost, Korean restaurant, and various facilities. Second, two main reasons for using traditional house are to proper room price, and good location which is tourist attraction near lodging. Third. accommodations which is compromise between Korean and Western style is closely related with lower room cost (100,000 won), and natural-oriented traditional facilities. Fourth, traditional accommodations which is blend Korean style with Western style are strongly connected proper room and food & beverage price, and sanitation.

The Purpose of this study is to investigate mediating effects of satisfaction in major on the causal relationship between job image of students majoring airline service and career preparation behavior. This study employs a survey questionnaire to examine the mediating effect of satisfaction in major. A 33-item survey questionnaire was administered to 210 students in the universities in 4 Metropolitan cities. The research data are analyzed using six statistical methods: factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and three-step mediated regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, there is mediating effect of satisfaction in major in the causal relationship between job image and career preparation behavior.
