This paper introduces two concepts, specialization and representation, to evaluate activities of standing committees in Korean Assembly. Previous studies have criticized the committees based on frequent change of committee membership. After analyzing the empirical data of Finance and Economy Committee, it turns out that different from the previous arguments, the committee reaches the high level of activities in the perspective of specialization and representation. Changing of committee membership, after considering direction of the change and period of leaving the committee, is less happened than they are supposed. If voting by proxy or absentee voting were allowed, the frequency of the changing membership would be decreased. Study on Finance and Economy committee reveals that the extent of participation of the committee members is similar to the that of the floor meeting and that the number of participants and hours for each meeting display the characteristics of deliberative democracy of committee. Unanimous decisions outnumber majority ones. Therefore, this paper insists that standing committees in Korean Assembly works much better than what they have been criticized
This research aims to examine the differences in the christians' self-conscious feelings - shame and guilt-feeling etc. - according to their religious propensity. For this 711 christians were participated. First, we explored the relationship among demographic variables, religious propensity and self-conscious feelings, and then tested the differences in the self-conscious feelings according to 4 religious propensity - pro-religious, intrinsic-religious, extrinsic-religious and non-religious - groups. The result showed that intrinsic religious group is significantly higher in the guilt-feeling than extrinsic religious group, but there were no difference in shame. In conclusion, christian's intrinsic-religious, propensity seemed to relate to mature religious attitudes, but christian's extrinsic-religious propensity to immature attitudes. Finally the implications and limitations of the study, as well as suggestions for the further study were discussed.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of a comprehensive health care program for elderly living alone on blood pressure, fasting glucose, body composition, and depression at a senior welfare center in M city. The study employed a one-group, pre-posttest design. The comprehensive health care program lasted for three months, from March to June in 2015, and consisted of open health education, exercise class, health consulting and personal education, nutritional consultation, and a self-support group. The sample elements of this study were individuals over 65-years-old with hypertension or diabetes mellitus, living near a welfare center in M city. A total of 34 participants were initially selected, but five subjects who were attended less than five times were excluded; therefore, a total of 29 individuals were included. The t-test and Pearson's correlation were used to analyze the data. The characteristics of subjects were 19 male(65.52%) and 10 female(34.48%). The most common age was 70 (16 subjects;55.17%). Additionally, 14 subjects were suffering from hypertension and diabetes mellitus (48.27%), which were occupied in the largest number in this study. The average attendance number of health programs was 10.28 times(${\pm}4.17$). In this study of subjects were significantly lower systolic blood pressure(t=3.275, p=0.004), body weight(t=3.878, p=0.001), depression(t=3.308, p=0.004) compared to pre-test. As the elderly population has increased, the number of individuals living alone has also increased. Accordingly, then need for physical and psycho-social health programs targeting the elderly is greater.
This study examines differences in perception between applicants and admissions committee members regarding evaluation criteria for admission to career and technical high schools in Seoul. This investigation, based on "The survey on policy for career and technical high school admissions," seeks to explore and consider the various criteria for selecting and evaluating students. The target populations of the survey were the educators in charge of admission and freshmen in Seoul career and technical high schools. We report three major findings, with the first pertaining to the existing criteria and policies for admission to career and technical high schools. While educators agreed with the intent and reasoning behind the school's competitive spots, they were overall dissatisfied with the selection method and the lack of a requirement for academic transcripts. Matriculated students, in comparison, expressed greater satisfaction with the existing criteria for admission. Secondly, when assessing the importance of various evaluation components in an application, educators viewed the interview and attendance record as the most valuable components of the application, followed by future plans, personal statement, volunteer work, and portfolio, in order of decreasing importance. Students ranked attendance record, interview, personal statement, portfolio, future plans, and volunteer work as most to least important components of their application. Thus, students regarded the personal statement and portfolios as being of higher priority than did the educators. The last major finding pertained to students' rationale for applying and educators' selection criteria. At the time of application, students focused on aptitude and job prospects after graduation, while educators valued personality and competence. In summary, the applicants' viewpoints and actions aligned much more closely with the mission of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education than did those of the educators in charge of admission. Thus, in order to establish a consensus between the policy and mission of career and technical high schools, each career and technical high school should clarify the exact criteria for their ideal candidate. There is also a need to bridge the gap in perception between the applicants and educators regarding selection strategy, to establish a harmonized evaluation criteria. These goals are necessary to attract and recruit talented, bright individuals who will meet the demands of today's society.
In this study, we tried to secure basic data to create an environment necessary for distance learning through a survey on professor demand. Among the 184 full-time faculty members of the university, 73 (39.89%) respondents in 2021 and 87 (47.28%) in 2022 were included. As a result of the research on professor demand, in the 2021 school year, 27 people (37%) were classified as LMS improvement items when checking attendance, 38 people (23.3%) were pin-mics as content development support items, and 26 people (35.6%), 33 people (45.2%) of GOM Mix and 25 people (34.2%) of the distance education support center wanted to learn video editing program as the item of video editing program they are currently using. In the 2022 school year, 27 people (31.03%) said mobile upgrade as an LMS improvement item, 52 people (59.8%) of pin-microphone as a content development support item, 33 people (37.9%), but currently using the content creation intention using a studio. As for the video editing program they are working on, 47 people (54%) of GOM Mix Pro and 23 people (26.4%) of the distance education support center want to learn content creation method. In addition, the intention to produce content using the studio for the 2021 and 2022 academic year and the desired educational topic of the distance education support center in the future appeared insignificant (p > 0.05). In this distance education support center, we are working to solve the class of LMS attendance, upgrade mobile, and plan to distribute pin microphones. We are planning to increase the usability of the studio and provide training on how to use video editing programs and how to create video content. In order for a smooth class to take place in a university distance class, the university authorities should seek ways to support the instructor so that he/she does not have difficulties in performing his/her role as a teaching designer, such as setting learning goals, organizing and organizing content, motivating learning, and establishing effective class participation plans. there is a need
In D university, 2010 year engineering freshmen were taken basic mathematical ability test and were given basic mathematical ability improvement program based on the test. In order to study the effect of this program for scholastic achievement, we analyse basic mathematical ability test score and college mathematics score among student groups. And to study the effect of this program for scholastic motivation, we survey the mathematical inclination, the recognition of mathematics, and classes of mathematics. As results, engineering freshmen in D university were poor at basic mathematical ability and basic mathematical ability improvement program effected scholastic achievement and motivation in mathematics, greatly. For the success of college mathematics in engineering college, this study suggests basic mathematical ability test and the survey for engineering freshmen's mathematical background. Finally, we suggest that college mathematics must be focused on the improvement of basic mathematical abilities.

The purpose of this research is to design and develop teacher assistant contents 'My Class' for an intelligent robot iRobiQ, using in early childhood educational setting. After observing daily activities and correspondence role of teachers in educational settings, we selected the robots' target contents as 6 main functions (Attendance, Activity, Gallery, Learning, Role Calling, and Timer). We designed the contents according to the PLU (Player-Learner-User) model which suggests importance of entertainment, education, and enabling features to meet player, learner, and user requirements. We also considered 'emotional' features to satisfy 'companion' requirements. The developed contents in this study was deployed in kindergarten classrooms consisting of five-years-old for 4 weeks to see how they response and use the contents. We found that both teachers and children were likely to show positive responses to the contents. Especially, young children responded to the entertainment and emotional features more actively than to the other features. And they continually explored for something new inside the contents. Finally, this paper discusses what should be considered to develop more useful teacher assistant contents for iRobiQ.
This study was designed to analyze the impact of Christian counseling for the common faith and religious wellbeing within the Korean Luther Church, and to provide church growth factors based on the results. The study target was based on the survey results of a total of 83 members who were attending layman in the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ church, which is affiliated with the Korean Lutheran Church. The research tool used NCD questionnaire for church health diagnosis by the Korea Church Growth Institute for the church growth model and the reliability of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ in this study was 0.91. The collected questionnaire was tested for correlation to verify the relationship between church development and growth, and for multiple recursive analysis to confirm factors affecting church development and growth. The results showed that church's services, programs, and atmosphere were highly correlated with development of church, including counseling. The research showed that the relationship between church services, programs, and friends, including counseling, was highly correlated with spiritual growth and self-growth, while community activities and mutual communication were low. Therefore, for continuous church growth, the importance of community programs in the church is considered necessary.
