  • 본 논문에서는 고객추천지수(NPS : Net Promoter Score)를 이용하여 2019년도 이용 고객의 서비스 만족 및 품질에 대하여 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가과학기술정보통합서비스(NDSL : National Digital Science Library)는 산학연 연구자들에게 고품질 정보를 제공하여 국가 과학기술 혁신에 기여하고자 개발된 과학기술정보 서비스 플랫폼으로, 논문·특허·보고서·동향·저널/프로시딩·연구자·연구기관 등 약 1억건 이상의 콘텐츠에 대한 검색 및 콘텐츠 유형별 전문검색 서비스를 제공합니다. NDSL은 과학기술 연구자를 위한 고품질 정보서비스를 지향합니다. 또한, 쉽게보는 검색결과, 오픈서비스 등을 제공함으로써 과학지식의 발견과 확장을 지원하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 500여 명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 국가과학기술정보통합서비스에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

  • KBS를 비롯한 지상파방송 3사는 실시간 UHD방송과 VOD 온라인 동영상 서비스가 결합된 세계 최초의 지상파 양방향 UHD 플랫폼인 Tiviva(이하 티비바) 서비스를 2017년 11월 오픈하였다. 티비바는 별도의 셋톱박스 없이 UHD TV에 직접수신 안테나와 인터넷을 연결하여 지상파 방송사의 실시간 방송 채널 외에 다양한 UHD VOD와 클립을 이용할 수 있고, 스포츠와 드라마, 종편(JTBC, MBN), 영화 등 50여 개의 IP채널을 추가로 볼 수 있는 서비스이다. 이후 2018년 1월에는 이용자 편리성과 자동추천 기능 등 UI/UX를 크게 개선한 티비바 2.0을 업데이트 하였고, 평창올림픽 기간에는 전 경기 실시간 스트리밍 및 올림픽특별관을 운영하였다. 2018년 6월 러시아 월드컵 기간에는 축구 경기 UHD HDR 방송 중계와 함께 티비바를 통한 HDR VOD를 최초로 서비스하여 스포츠 경기를 즐기는 또다른 즐거움을 선사하였다. 본 논문에서는 러시아 월드컵 HDR VOD 서비스를 준비하고 시행하기 위한 시스템 설계 및 진행과정, 기술 이슈 등에 대해서 기술하려고 한다.

  • Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) is a centralized database for storing, processing, retrieving, and analyzing laboratory data, and refers to a computer system or system specially designed for laboratories performing inspection, analysis, and testing tasks. In particular, LIMS is equipped with a function to support the operation of the laboratory, and it requires workflow management or data tracking support. In this paper, we collect data on websites and various channels using crawling technology, one of the automated big data collection technologies for the operation of the laboratory. Among the collected test methods and contents, useful test methods and contents useful that the tester can utilize are recommended. In addition, we implement a complementary LIMS platform capable of verifying the collection channel by managing the feedback.

  • This paper explored how to design amobile application for Korea's traditional markets based on O2O service and data science technologies. In order to cover a broader scope of customers, diversify the ways to sell products, and increase the profits of Korea's traditional markets, the application bridges online customers with offline stores at traditional markets and augments both convenience and accessibility. Beyond the typical face-to-face interactions between customers and sellers at traditional markets, this application offers mobile payments and personalized recommendations of nearby stores and preferable products using Beacon and datascience technologies. Moreover, it offers multi-language support for foreign customers who are not familiar with Korea's traditional markets and the products sold there. In conclusion, using O2O service, which is a rising trend among prevalent platform technologies, this study proposed a new e-commerce model for Korea's traditional markets to promote market expansion.

  • In studying culture consumption today, it is essential to understand and analyze the actual visitors' experiences in detail. This is deeply related to the fact that we can utilize subjective experience records that were previously inaccessible as data since plenty of people actually record many performance experiences in the media space such as social media. This study attempts to examine what elements actually consists of people's performance experience based on actual expression of the performance experience that exists online. For this, we collected two types of data. First, we collected posts which required performance recommendation on online platforms such as Jisik-In and Cafes to see how people describe what they want and analyzed data focusing on the modifiers. Results show that people mainly use modifiers that reflect the specific situation of the individual such as companion or age. In addition we analyzed how the experience was described after the show through the review posts of ticket booking site. Results show how expressions are centered around companions, revisit intentions, and viewing experiences besides elements such as story and music, which have been known as main satisfaction elements of performance experience in previous studies. In addition, we discussed the practical implications and limitations of the study as well as the theoretical discussion.

A Study on the Relationship between Usage Characteristics of TV and Web Animation and Purchase Intent of Goods Featuring Animation Characters (아동 애니메이션 이용 특성과 캐릭터상품 구매의사의 관계 : TV와 웹 애니메이션을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the using characteristics of TV animation and web-based animation of children and investigate the effects of change in viewing process on the purchase of character goods. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for parents who have children as animation viewers. The results show that there was no difference by age or gender in using both TV and web animation. When parents get animation information on TV, they had their children watch animation through the same TV channel, but the web has no significant relationship between information acquisition path and main service they use. In addition, it is found that parent' perception of TV animation superiority is influenced by respondents' income and children's watching time of animation has no effect on it. Finally, monthly income of households, payment amount of web animation, watching time of TV animation, and perception of quality of TV animation have a significant effect on parents' active purchase of character goods. On the other hand, the purchase intention of the recommended goods is influenced by children's age, the parent's perception about the web animation quality, and the payments of the web animation.

Development of a Tourist Satisfaction Quantitative Index for Building a Rating Prediction Model: Focusing on Jeju Island Tourist Spot Reviews (평점 예측 모델 개발을 위한 관광지 만족도 정량 지수 구축: 제주도 관광지 리뷰를 중심으로)

  • As the tourism industry recovers post the COVID-19 pandemic, an increasing number of tourists are utilizing various platforms to leave reviews. However, amidst the vast amount of data, finding useful information remains challenging, often leading to time and cost inefficiencies in selecting travel destinations. Despite ongoing research, there are limitations due to the absence of ratings or the presence of different rating formats across platforms. Moreover, inconsistencies between ratings and the content of reviews pose challenges in developing recommendation models. To address these issues, this study utilized 7,104 reviews of tourist spots in Jeju Island to develop a specialized satisfaction index for Jeju tourist attractions and employed this index to construct a 'Rating Prediction Model.' To validate the model's performance, we predicted the ratings of 700 experimental data points using both the developed model and an LSTM approach. The proposed model demonstrated superior performance with a weighted accuracy of 73.87%, which is approximately 4.67% higher than that of the LSTM. The results of this study are expected to resolve the discrepancies between ratings and review contents, standardize ratings in reviews without ratings or in various formats, and provide reliable rating indicators applicable across all areas of travel in different domains.

  • Due to the rapid development of computer technology, online learning using ICT technology is already quickly settling in our lives. Music education was conducted mainly in an offline-based environment, but research is being conducted to switch to online because there is no time and space constraint of online education and interactive education led by learners is possible. In this study, we propose design and implement an adaptive learning system to enable adaptive learning online among music education. This system has the following advantages. First, by providing an LMS-based platform, one can solve the social education problem corresponding to economic and geographical factors. Second, both objective learning feedback provided automatically by the online adaptive harmony learning system and teaching feedback. Third, learners can be provided with recommended answers to given harmony exercises. The adaptive online learning system of harmony will lead professors and learners to effectively teach and study.

Design and Implementation of an Expert Search System Using Academic Data in Big Data Processing Platforms (빅데이터 처리 플랫폼에서 학술 데이터를 사용한 전문가 검색 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Most of the researchers establish research directions to conduct the study of new fields by getting advice from experts or through the papers of experts. The existing academic data search services provide paper information by field but do not provide experts by field. Therefore, users should decide experts by field using the searched papers by themselves. In this paper, we design and implement an expert search system by discipline through big data processing based on papers that have been published in the academic societies. The proposed system utilizes distributed big data storage systems to store and manage large papers. We also discriminate experts and analyze data related to the experts by using distributed big data processing technologies. The processed results are provided through web pages when a user searches for experts. The user can get a lot of helps for the research of a particular field since the proposed system recommends the experts of the corresponding research field.

A Study on the Development Strategies for e-commerce Innovation (e-커머스 서비스 혁신을 위한 발전전략 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)', 'consumer needs analysis (0.0534)', 'consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)' and 'other platform-linked service development (0.0450)', in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem.
