The purpose of this study is to analyze the items related to digital reading and information literacy which were measured by PIAAC and PISA, to examine the measurement contents and methods of these literacy items, and to derive the implications for providing reading and information services for librarians at public libraries and teacher librarians. In order to solve the questions measuring digital reading literacy and digital information literacy, respondents commonly needed ICT skills as well as cognitive strategies. However, in digital reading literacy measurement items, the ability to comprehend and critically think about texts was emphasized. And in digital information literacy measurement items, the ability to use ICT skills, navigate, and evaluate whether or not to read the retrieved text was emphasized. Librarians and teacher librarians need to encourage readers to read and provide a customized competencies improvement program to reflect the performance results and characteristics of a particular group. And It is also necessary to improve and develop the library environment so that library user can understand and use library search system and the Korean decimal classification.

The purpose of this study is to prevent school safety accidents by conducting an analytic investigation on safety accidents that occur in elementary, middle and high school during 2010-2014 in Chung-Nam. We used the status of safety accidents in school based on the Chung-nam School Safety and Insurance Association database. Data was analyzed by descriptive Statistics. It was found that the incidence of safety accidents in school has increased, and in the case of elementary schools it was higher than in middle school or high school. Safety accidents occurred most during break time, and in schoolyard, and due to student's carelessness. Safety is one of the most basic human needs. To decrease the incidence of safety accidents, we need to set up with comprehensive safety system including human, physical and environmental factors. Based on the this study, it needs more wide study on various countermeasures and to determine effects.

NUI(Natural User Interface) allows users to directly interact with surrounding digital devices using their voices or body motions without additional input/output interface devices. Our study has been carried out on human users who play a tangible game with body motions in the NUI-applied smart space. ECG was measured for 60 seconds duration before and after playing the game to determine user stress levels, and the measured signals were analyzed through an improved Random Forest algorithm. In order to experiment by a supervised learning, users additionally input whether or not the user felt stress. Moreover, the improved algorithm showed 1.04% higher accuracy than existing algorithm.

It is information age now. Computer technology increases productivity, efficiency, and convenience of the public. Even if the computer-aided mathematics education is very important, so far there is the meager level of applying computers to mathematics education. This paper proposes a learning system with authoring tool for mathematics education. Teachers make study-contents easily with the system, and use them on a class. The content database that stores study-contents extends the usability of the system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between school adjustment, self-esteem and life satisfaction and academic achievement in elementary school students. This study utilized the NYPI's longitudinal data collected on elementary school students nationwide for 2012. Equation Modeling analysis was used to analyze 2,254 5th grade students' data. It was found that school adjustment was positively correlated with self-esteem, life satisfaction and academic achievement. School adjustment was directly associated with academic achievement. It was also confirmed that school adjustment indirectly explained academic achievement through self-esteem and life satisfaction. Future research directions and implications to teacher and institutions were discussed.

This study analyzed the aspect of the decision of the Korean part of speech and the properties of the grammatical items based on "韓語通" which was published in 1909. "韓語通" is a Korean grammar book written by 前間恭作 who also published "校訂交隣須知" in 1904. "韓語通" is known for influencing of 'Otsuki grmmar(大槻 文法),' dividing Korean part of speech into eleven. Based on 'mood' and 'voice' we can assume that "韓語通" adopted Otsuki's grammar. '存在詞' is another clue that "韓語通" adopted Yamada's grammar. However, 前間恭作 persisted that Korean language is different from Japanese language. This view is different from 寶迫繁勝, 高橋亨, 藥師寺知? etc. This study tried to investigate the interchange of the two languages in historical study of Korean and Japanese linguistics during modern and contemporary period. For this purpose, we searched the aspect of the part of speech and analyzed the grammar items. In conclusion, we was able to light on how Japanese scholars approached to Korean grammar system in late 19th and early 20th centuries.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대라 하여 새로운 기술들이 등장하고 기술들이 융합되면서 새롭고 혁신적인 산업과 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 이러한 시대에 청소년들의 새로운 아이디어와 기술은 4차 산업혁명에 맞는 새로운 성장 동력을 확보할 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다. 4차 산업의 혁명이 요청되는 이 시기에 산업을 견인할 수 있는 길은 창업의 길이다. 따라서 창업을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어갈 수 있는 인재가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 청소년들은 학교 프로그램을 통해 다양한 창업교육을 접하고 있으며, 공공기관의 대표적인 창업교육은 중소벤처기업부(구 중소기업청)가 주관하고 있는 BizCool이 있다. 교육부에서 중학생들에게 자유학기제를 2016년 1월 1일부터 실시하고 있으며 BizCool 교육을 통한 창업, 진학, 취업의 우수 사례들이 등장하면서 2017년 현재 대한민국 약 500여개의 학교에서 중소벤처기업부의 지원을 받아 BizCool 교육이 진행 되고 있다. BizCool은 청소년들의 기업가정신 함양 및 모의 창업 교육을 통해 확고한 경제관념을 형성하고 꿈 끼 도전정신 진취성을 갖춘 '융합형 창의인재' 양성을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 중학교 자유학기제를 통한 창업교육이 학생들에게 긍정적 사고와 학습성취도에 미치는 관계에 대해 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대전광역시교육청에서 자유학기제 BizCool 교육을 받는 3개 학교를 선정하였고 갑천중, 도안중, 문정중 3개 학교의 창업교육 담당교사의 도움을 받아 창업교육 참가 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 연구결과를 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, 창업교육은 학생들의 긍정적 사고에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 긍정적 사고가 매개효과를 미친다는 것을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구결과 자유학기제 창업교육은 학생들에게 학습성취도를 높여 주었다. 따라서 학생들에게 도움이 되는 BizCool 교육을 전국 초, 중, 고등학교 11,733개교에 확산시켜 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 연구결과 창업교육은 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미쳤다. 전기숙(2016)에 따르면 청소년의 행복에 있어서 긍정적인 대인관계가 가장 중요한 요인이 된다고 하였다. BizCool 교육을 통해 사람과 팀의 소중함을 깨달으며 소통하는 법을 노력한다면 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의성 높은 학생들로 성장할 것이다. 셋째, 연구결과 창업교육의 학습성취도는 긍정적 사고를 가지고 있는 학생들에게 더욱 높게 나타났다. 긍정적 사고를 가지고 자신감 있게 매사 행동해 나간다면 학생들은 성취로 인한 만족감을 느끼며 행복한 학교생활을 해나갈 수 있고 BizCool 교육과 함께 멋진 미래를 만들어 갈 것이다. 본 연구에서 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특정 지역, 특정 학교를 대상으로 실시하였기 때문에 표본의 수가 제한적이므로 전체를 대표하기에는 제약이 있다. 둘째, 긍정적 사고는 학생들의 환경과 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 연구 대상자의 조건 면에서 한계가 있다. 셋째, 중학교 자유학기제 창업교육의 체계화가 미비하다. 학교에서 창업교육을 하는 담당 교사는 창업 경험이 풍부하지 않기 때문에 창업교육 전문가가 필요하며 국가기관과 기업 등이 연계한 학습 형태를 구축하여 더 활발하고 현장감 있는 창업교육이 실시되기를 바란다.

It is important for student to participate in classroom actively in order to raise effeciveness of education. In this study, we have considered the science textbooks as major factor which influence to participation in the science class, and aimed to find the problems of current sicence textbooks as tool to promote students' participation, and the improvement method. The questionnaire which include the questions to ask requirements for and problems of science textbooks for learner-centered instruction was developed, and then 99 science teachers and 821 students answered the questionnaire. As a result, students responded that current science textbooks lacked explanation, had many of difficult words and complex sentences, and were uninteresting. Teachers responded that current science textbooks had large in quantity, were written knowledge centered, and lacked of link with real life, and of story. To conclude, science textbooks revitalizing the students' participation had to strengthen the link with real life, increase students' activities, use words and sentences appropriate level for students, strengthen storyline, and provide sufficient chances to check the students' understanding by themselves.

Despite the numerous graduates being produced in practical music and history, which have not been shorter than 30 years, the employment of students remains an unsolvable task. Most graduates are employed by private institutes as music instructors or got involved in band activities, which are non-regular work and not stable. The rapid development of K-pop along with national strength has changed our lives as well. As a result, the cultural and artistic fields, which were previously recognized only as luxury, have rapidly become popular. In the form of learning, internalized and experiencing, not just watching has a huge impact on improving the quality of our lives. This is reflected in national policies including the operation of cultural arts, education programs in elementary, middle, and high schools, and art programs designed to improve the welfare of residents at local community centers. It is time to expand its job-horizon to the relevant fields, and thus focus on promoting programs related to obtaining certificates to help our students find jobs. In addition, the government should create a course for music teacher certification in the field of practical music that differs from the current music teacher certification of secondary schools. It is very urgent to establish the teaching course in four-year universities or graduate schools of practical music education.

With changing to the new information technology society, education has also been urged to utilize the Information Ccmmunication Technology(ICT). Thanks to the recent efforts by the government, a large number of schools has been equipped with advanced educational technologies. While there has been a lot of studies on how to use ICT more effectively, relatively few is the studies about the activating factors of ICT utilization. More than often than not, those studies have been conducted about the survey of current situations of ICT utilization and have never had implemented based on the theory of diffusion of innovation. As a result, the current study surveyed the previous studies about encouraging and resistance factors of ICT utilization in light of the theory of diffusion of innovation and environmental encouraging factors by Ely. Then, the efforts were made to present suggestions to encourage the utilization of ICT in schools.
