  • 검사 테이블로 바로 누워 해당 검사 부위에 투명한 젤을 바르고 그 위에 초음파 변환기를 대면 모니터에 실시간 이미지가 떠오르고 이를 관찰하면 된다. 짧게는 10분, 길게는 30분이면 충분하다. 이처럼 초음파검사는 간편할 뿐만 아니라, 별다른 고통 없이 여러 질병을 진단할 수 있다.

The Effect of Ultrasonic Vibration Table on ELID Grinding Process of Aluminum Nitride Ceramics (초음파 진동 테이블이 질화알루미늄 세라믹의 ELID 연삭 가공에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has focused on the effect of ultrasonic vibration table in ELID grinding process of aluminum nitride ceramics. Aluminum nitride ceramics has superior physical and chemical properties and widely used in IC, LSI substrate, package and so on. To achieve the high effective machining of brittle and high strength ceramics as like aluminum nitride, machining method combined ELID grinding and ultrasonic vibration has been adopted in this study. From the experimental results, material removal rate, MRR has been increased maximum 36 percent and spindle resistance has been decreased in using ultrasonic table. Surface roughness of ground surface became a little worse in using ultrasonic table but was somewhat improved in feed direction.

  • Single crystal sapphire being used in high technology industry is a brittle material with a high hardness and excellent physical properties. ELID(Electrolytic In-Process Dressing) grinding technology was applied to material removal machining process of single crystal sapphire wafer. Ultrasonic vibration which added to material using ultrasonic table was adopted to efficient ELID grinding of sapphire materials. The evaluation of the ground surface of single crystal sapphire wafer was carried out by means of surface measuring by using AFM(Atomic Force Microscope), surface roughness tester and optical microscope device. As the results of experiment, it was shown that more efficient grinding was conducted when using ultrasonic table. In case of using #170 grinding wheel, surface roughness of ELID ground specimen in using ultrasonic table was superior to ELID ground specimen without ultrasonic table. However, In case of using #2000 grinding wheel, surface roughness of ELID ground specimen in using ultrasonic table was inferior to ELID ground specimen without ultrasonic table.

  • This paper introduces effective noise removal method for medical ultrasound volume data. Ultrasound volume data need to be filtered because it has a lot of noise. Conventional 2d filtering methods ignore information of adjacent layers and conventional 3d filtering methods are slow or have simple filter that are not efficient for removing noise and also don't equally operate filtering because that don't take into account ultrasound' sampling character. To solve this problem, we introduce method that fast perform in parallel bilateral filtering that is known as good for noise removal and adjust proportionally window size depending on that's position. Experiments compare noise removal and loss of original data among average filtered or biliteral filtered or adaptive biliteral filtered ultrasound volume rendering images. In this way, we can more efficiently and correctly remove noise of ultrasound volume data.

  • In this paper, We are composed the position recognition and speed control using the moving robot in the shield Room with a RF Module and Ultrasonic Sensors. Double look up tables are selected a reference value/duty ratio. The moving robot with the dual fuzzy rules which can decrease a Conversion time than basic fuzzy control rules at start point and curve region. Also, a changing times of double look up table are rise at specific points b1,c1,d1 in the e-${\Delta}e$ phase plane and the one of the look up table is used which for increase rising time at transition area, the other used for rapidly conversion to the reference value. We verified that a dual fuzzy control rules get the good response compare with the basic fuzzy control rule.

  • The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc.... But it's not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Secondly the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I figure out the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which doesn't require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) linking image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

  • This work conducted the experimental analysis on ultrasonic acoustic matching in order to measure the accuracy of gaseous fuel level values. The experimental devices were used as 12V-DC supply, control T1 board, oscilloscope (DS01072B), ultrasonic probe and pattern table. The research models were designed by ceramic assay which can determine the transmitting and receiving energies. The result of the ringing area could verify the increased characteristics in the order of D (0.180m) < E (0.184m) < B (0.204m) < A (0.234m) < F (0.244m) < C (0.247m) models based on initial 2.9V of the maximum peak voltage. From the experimental results, the model designed by Ø21*3+2t of the matching layer was notable in that the most outstanding directivity energy could be created.

  • 박형초음파모터의 구조는 그림 1(a) 와 같이 크로스형태의 앓은 스테이터에 윗면과 아랫면에 각각 8 개의 압전세라믹이 부착된 형태이다. 압전세라믹의 분극방향은 로터와 접촉하는 스테이터의 A, B, C, D 네 개의 타점에서 순차적인 타원변위가 생성되도록 결정된다. 유한요소해석프로그램인 ATILA 5.2.4를 사용하여 최적설계를 한 결과 폭 3[mm], 길이 18[mm], 두께 1.8[mm], Brass 재질, Mid surface clamp 조건에서 입력전압 18[Vrms] 일 때 0.3[${\mu}m$]의 변위를 보였다. 최적설계된 모델을 제작하였고, 정확한 실험결과를 얻기 위해서 푸쉬풀게이지, x-y스테이지, rpm 메타, 토크게이지를 이용하여 실험테이블을 구성하였다. 그림 1(b) 는 마이크로컨트롤러를 이용한 구동 드라이버를 보여준다. 한 주기에서 1/4분주의 순차적인 네 개의 구형파를 생성하고, 이를 push-pull회로를 동하여 90도의 위상차가 나는 정현파를 생성하여 초음파 모터의 구동전원으로 사용한다. 엔코더와 AD 컨버터를 이용하여 정속도 운전을 위한 피드백 제어가 된다. 제안된 구동드라이버를 이용하여 측정한 결과, 구동 주파수 88.6[kHz], 입력전압 [40Vrms], preload 0.2 [N]에서 130 [rmp] 의 속도와 25 [gfcm] 의 토크특성을 보였다. 압력전압을 증가시킬수록 속도는 선형적인 증가를 보였고, 토크는 이와 반대로 감소하는 특성을 보였다. 피드백 제어회로가 없는 경우에는 preload 변화에 따른 극심한 속도 변화를 보였고, 피드백 제어를 하였을 경우에는 0.2~0.4[N]의 범위에서 정속도 운전이 가능함을 확인하였다. 기존의 주파수발생기와 파워 엠프를 이용한 구동장비와의 특성비교에서도 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 장시간의 운전에도 안정적인 구동이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • 자연재해나 전쟁 등으로 인한 긴급 구호 상황에서의 환자에 대한 응급처치는 중요하다. 그러나 자연재해나 전쟁으로 인해 지면이 불균형해지면 응급 처치를 하기가 불편해진다. Absolute Table은 테이블, 자이로 센서, 가속도 센서, 초음파 센서, 스텝 모터, 모터 드라이버, 스크류와 너트, 각종 스위치들로 구성되어있다. Absolute Table의 전원을 키면 실시간으로 수평을 맞추고 유지해 평평한 작업대를 형성한다. 어떤 형태든 적용이 가능해 실시간 수평 유지 기술이 필요한 다양한 분야와 접목시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
