  • Live cinema theatre is the latest installment of multimedia show where the filming of the performance of dramatic texts becomes the live stage event. Here, the actors perform before the camera and all the audio-visual effects are produced and constructed live. Mediated through the camera and projection screen, the stage image becomes a real-time production situation where all the scenes are put together right in front of a live audience. The very concept of live cinema as dramatic theatre has been developed by English stage director Katie Mitchell who attempts to present the stage as a cohesive representation system; this is more than a provisional experimentation where the ever-changing notion of in-betweenness is constantly tested. It is rather a predetermined operational system where the relationship between cinema and theatre is governed by the logic of synchrony, therefore maintain their own individual institutional reality. Here, the presence of camera has an effect not only on the organization of stage but also an affect on how human body exists within the situation.

Changes of Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Recycled AC2B Alloy Chip Fabricated by Solution Heat Treatment (재활용 절삭칩으로 제조된 AC2B 합금의 용체화 열처리에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적특성 변화)

  • Changes in the microstructures and mechanical properties of an AC2B alloy through solution heat treatment were investigated using recycled AC2B cutting chips as raw material. The as-cast microstructure of the AC2B alloy comprised ${\alpha}$-Al, $Al_2Cu$, and coarse needle-shaped phases considered to be eutectic Si and an Al-Fe-Si based intermetallic compound. After solution heat treatments at $505^{\circ}C$ for 1 h and 6 h, the samples showed complete dissolution of $Al_2Cu$ and relatively fine distribution of intermetallic compounds. Hardness test results showed that the hardness rapidly increased after the solution heat treatment for 1 h by solid solution hardening, and the increase of hardness exhibited a plateau from 1 h to 6 h. The results of the hardness and tensile tests showed that there was no visible difference in the effect of 1 h and 6 h solid solution treatment.

  • The 3D objects far representing artificial element in building project can be easily organized in 4D system. However, the civil engineering projects need a composing technology of irregular triangulate network because the projects generally include earthwork of large scale that consists of cutting, filling, and excavating work. It Is very difficult to represent earthwork status as 3D object type because the earthwork in highway or railway projects is being progressed on the natural geographical features. That is, a composing technology of irregular triangulate networks necessary function to simulate natural site condition as 3D object in 4D system. This study suggests a new composing technology of irregular triangulate network that 3D objects can be automatically generated by attribute in each layer.

  • This study examines how disability pride of people having acquired visual impairment can be constructed. The theme is explored with the Japanese TV drama "Challenged". The paradigms regarding construction of disability pride and acceptance of disability are fundamentally different. In this context it can be said that a criticism of disability acceptance theory has something with a criticism of medical model of disability. It is main character Hanawa and chairman of teachers, and principal who were noticeable specifically at the point of forming disability pride, and these characters show a common feature that social idealism is embodied in their awareness. Other characters of the drama show a change of their consciousness to social idealism. As a conclusion this study suggests importances of humanistic and social scientific analysis as well as of educational effects achieved by means of drama.

  • In order to alleviate the cyto-toxicity and improve the poor water solubility of 7-hydroxy-3-methoxycadalene, it was substituted with glucose, a strong hydrophilic and non cyto-toxiccompound, in the C-7 position. The yield of final product was ca. 55.4%. The $IC_{50}$ values of 7-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl-3-methoxycadalene against normal lung cell (WI-38 cell line) and human lung cancer cell (A-549 cell line), which is a parameter for determination of cell viability, were measured to $298.2{\mu}m$ and $88.6{\mu}m$, respectively. This result indicates that the pharmaceutical efficiency of the cadalene-glucose derivative targeted to lung cancer cell could be improved more than three times compared to the non derivatized cadalene. In addition, glycosylation of 7-hydroxy-3-methoxycadalene turned its hydrophobic property to more soluble in water.

  • An attempt was made to study the relative composition of Monohydroperoxide isomers of methyl linoleate oxidized to different peroxide values at 60, 90, 120 and $150^{\circ}C$, respectively. HPLC was used to analyze and isolate the monohydroperoxide isomers fractionated by silica gel column after reduction with NaBH.. GC-MS was used to identify four monnhydroperoxide isomers as trimethylsilyl (TMS) in mixtures of oxidized methyl linoleate In the geometrical isomers, the proportions of 9/13-OOH-trans, trant-diene were higher than those of 9/13-OOH-cis, trans-diene at $60^{\circ}C$ and $90^{\circ}C$. However in the initial stage at $150^{\circ}C$, the proportions of 9/13-OOH-cis, trans-diene were slightly higher than those of 9/13-OOH-trans, trans-diene. In case of positional isomers, equal proportions of 9-OOH-10, 12-diene and 13-OOH-9, 11-diene were found in all samples of methyl linoleate oxidized at different temperatures and peroxide levels.

  • A yeast strains, CJ 2, CJ 7 and CJ 8, isolated from soil and contaminated choose, mated with authentic strains of Saccharomycopsis lipolytica and were identified as Saccharomycopsis lipolytica with mating A, B and B, respectively. The strain CJ 7 produced large amount of isocitric acid in glucose and n-hexadecane medium as compared with another strains. All strains produced larger amount of citric acid in n-hexadecane medium as compared with glucose medium, and citric acid production of diploids was greater than that of the parental haploid strains. The specific activity of isocitrate lyase in n-hexadecane grown cells was $15{\sim}20$ times greater than that in glucose-grown cells, but the specific activity of citrate synthetase was not so influenced by carbon source. Little correlation between citric acid production and the specific acitivity of these enzymes was noticed irrespective of strains and ploidy.

  • 기술의 복합성이 증가하고 제품의 존속 수명주기가 불확실해지면서 기술개발자가 의도하는 바와는 관계없이 사업 영역과 기술기반의 변하고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 산업 내 기술의 특성을 분석하는 이른바 산업기술분석 역할은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 그 범위가 매우 광범위하고 그 중 기술개발에 있어 관련된 산업기술분석의 프레임이 구체적으로 적용된 사례를 제한적이다. 따라서 다양한 산업을 지원하는 정부 기술개발 기회의 경우, 반도체에 적용되는 모듈러 기반 기술개발 틀과 성과분석이 항공기, 지능형 로봇과 같은 복합 시스템 산업에 그대로 적용해왔던 것이 현실이다. 이는 기술을 제품화함에 있어 필수적인 개발시스템의 기술적 속성이 산업기술 분석 방법론에 효과적으로 체화되지 못했기 때문이다 본 연구는 시스템과 서브 부품으로 구성되는 제품설계 특성을 구조화한 제품 아키텍쳐 이론을 소개하고 이를 기술개발체계에 적용하는 실증적 연구를 수행한다. 실증적 분석을 위해 항공기 개발 전 과정을 분해하고 아키텍쳐 분석방법을 실제 적용하였다. 아키텍쳐는 대표적으로 모듈 형(Module)과 인테그랄 형(Integral)으로 구분한다. 실제로 한 가지의 제품 안에도 모듈형 부품과 인테그랄 형 부품이 복합적으로 혼합되어 있는 경우가 많다. 또한, 제품을 어느 레벨까지 분해할 지에 따라 모듈화의 정도도 달라 질 수 있다. 본 연구는 아키텍쳐 중 Integral 속성의 정도를 파악하여 아키텍쳐 정도를 파악하였다. 측정 기준으로 첫째, 타 부품과의 기능적인 상호연관성과 둘째, 체계종합 설계와의 상호의존성 두 가지를 설정하였다. 이러한 두 가지 아키텍쳐 기준을 547개의 항공우주 부품 및 기술을 적용해 본 결과, 항공기 개발과정은 총 $65\%$의 인테그럴 속성을 가지고 있으며 기술분야 별로 아키텍쳐 정도가 다르게 나타나고 있었다(전자 부품은 분야는 오히려 모듈형에 가까웠음). 비단 항공기 개발과정 뿐만 아니라 다른 산업, 제품에도 적용될 수 있는 틀을 마련함으로써, 기존 연구개발기회에서 산업기술 분석을 통한 체계적 기획으로 전환할 수 있는 새로운 대안을 제시한다. 결과적으로 산업기술의 특성과 구조를 반영한 기술개발 방법론으로 아키텍쳐 이론을 적용할 수 있는 단초를 마련했으며, 이것은 본 논문이 기대하는 바이기도 하다.

Whitening Efficacy Study of Natural Compounds-Peptide Derivatives via cAMP Signaling Pathway (cAMP 신호전달과정을 통한 신규 천연유래물질 펩타이드 유도체의 미백 효능 연구)

  • Novel whitening agents were prepared using peptide-Natural origin compound derivatives. The peptide could be an antagonist of MC1R and Natural origin compound were well-known material as a Tyrosinase inhibitor. We also suggest the new assay method which could evaluate the Antagonistic effectiveness to MC1R using cAMP signaling pathway. 24 candidates were synthesized and 11 peptide derivatives were selected by cAMP assay method. To evaluate cAMP assay, the selected peptide derivatives were assayed to evaluate their melanogensis inhibitory activity. At this work, we could know that the sequences which include -RW- have a melanogensis inhibitory activity, and cAMP assy could use as a evaluating method of MC1R antagonist. But, to evaluate the whitening activity of some material, cross-checking with melanin inhibitory assay method was recommended.

  • The objective of this research is to investigate the attetudes of religious groups(christian, buddhist, atheist) towards corporate social expenditures. Methodology was a questionnair survey. The data analysis was done by the Kruscal Wallis test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of this rssearch is that the difference of attitudes between christian group and other groups and between religious groups and atheist group on the social expenditures did not turn out to be statistically significant. The implication of this results is that the variables of religious groups can be ignored when we are going to study on the attitudes of values for the Korean people.
