The Alibaba Company, founded by Mayun in 1997, captured no.1 position in the global electronic commerce industry in 2016. Logistics strategy and paying system of the firm have greatly contributed to its success. The study aims not only to investigate the entrepreneurship of Mayun to inspire Korean youths with it, but also to help Korean E Commerce industry with logistics strategy of the Alibaba Group. The study adopts the management history approach through a literature survey on life time story, management philosophy of Mayun. Results from a study on Ma Yun's entrepreneurship style showed certain key characteristics: a global mindset, marketing and advertising proficiency, patriotism, a challenging spirit, and creativity. Alibaba's logistics system has greatly contributed to the success of the company's E commerce trade so far. However, some things are left to be desired in the following areas: logistics management system, logistics contract unit price, competitiveness in warehousing compared to rival Chinese companies, and last mile delivery.

환경보전의 초석을 쌓아 올렸던 20세기를 뒤로하고 새로운 기술 도약과 발전을 지향하는 21세기를 맞이하는 가운데, 어느덧 우리 학회도 창립 20주년을 맞이하게 되었습니다. 1983년 ‘한국대기보전학회’하는 학회명으로 출범하였던 우리학회는 1998년 현재의 ‘한국대기환경학회’로 명칭을 변경하여 현재에 이르기까지 대기환경분야의 인재양성, 학술연구과 정책방안 제시 등 수많은 활동들을 펼쳐왔습니다. 특히, 2001년에는 제12차 세계대전보전대회(IUAPPA 12th World Clean Air and Environment Congress ＆ Exhibition)를 성황리에 개최하였으며, 2002년 12월에는 우리 학회지가 KSCI로 등재되는 등 명실공히, ‘세계 속의 학회’로 발전하기에 이르렀습니다. 이제 20살의 청년으로 성장한 우리 학회는 숨가쁘게 뛰어온 지난 과정을 되돌아보고 한 단계 더 높이 도약하기 위하여, 그 동안의 다양한 활동과 사연을 정리하여 학회 창립 20주년 기념집인 ‘대기환경 20년사’를 발간하게 되었습니다. 본 기념집에는 학회 활동을 한눈에 보여주는 화보와 역대 회장님들의 회고를 비롯하여 대기환경의 주요 분야를 대상으로 각 분야의 과거, 현재, 미래에 관한 고견 등을 담았습니다. 부디 20주년 기념집이 살아있는 ‘대기환경보전’의 지침서로서 앞으로 대기환경을 연구하는 많은 사람들에게 유용한 자료가 되기를 기원하는 바입니다. 우리 학회의 오늘이 있기까지 학회 발전을 위하여 최선을 다해주신 선배님들과 회원들의 노고에 심심한 감사를 드립니다. 이제 ‘성년’으로 성장한 우리 학회는 ‘세계속의 학회’로서 우리 학회에 부여된 시대적 소명을 인식하고 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 지구의 대기환경보전과 대기환경분야의 인재 양성에 일익을 담당하는 학술기관으로 거듭날 것을 다짐하는 바입니다. 끝으로, 본 기념집이 발간되기까지 수고를 아끼지 않으신 조강래 위원장을 비롯한 20주년 특별위원회 위원들과, 귀한 시간을 내주시어 기념집 옥고를 작성해주신 집필진, 그리고 기념집의 완성도를 높이기 위하여 수고한 사무국 간사님들께 심심한 감사 인사를 드립니다. 또, 본 기념집의 발간을 기꺼이 후원해 주신 기업체 여러분께도 고마운 마음을 전합니다. 학회 창립 20주년을 회원 여러분과 함께 축하하며, 회원 여러분의 무궁한 발전과 건투를 바라마지 않습니다. 우리 학회는 ‘21세기 푸른하늘의 꿈’을 회원 여러분과 함께 이루어 갈 것입니다. 감사합니다

This thesis is the study of the analysis about Direction of Promote and Acquisition Program of Human Strength. Now we have question 'How we should develop the human resources program to gain human strength in the strategic environment of the future?' We know that if we don't estimate our project precisely, then we can't get good human resources. The purpose of this study is to find the way that how to gain excellent human resources now and in the future. The Ministry of National Defense to study US military Acquisition system. Korean military strategy in the situation of the confrontation between South and North Korea and in the situation of the international relationship and the way of constructing the military strength for the future. To improve Acquisition Program of Human Strength, we must develope and assess the future strategic environment of the Korean Peninsula especially Acquisition Program of Human Strength.

This study was done to find a way to resolve a problem in a periodical situation. Recently, the youth unemployment problem became a major factor in social issues. Regarding this issue and employment with high involvement, a new employee's OJT fee acts as a burden. This research will focus on concrete solutions needed to resolve this problem. In terms of content for research, we will firstly analyze representative institutions(NCS) which is responsible for qualifications needed to collect information required to extract major license that carry an easy access to business matters. With a base on this, we will use AHP analysis technique and proposal of research format and extract major license that carry an easy access to business matters. This is considered to be a significant regulation for reducing OJT fee and selecting licenses necessary for getting a job; therefore, the objective of this research is providing a basic structure for sorting licenses with easy access to business matters out and proving grounds for decision in acquiring certifications.

This study is to research the differences of tear film for young people in of a day in a restricted indoor space. The subjects are 58 eyes volunteers for twice preliminary inspection and tear test of a day. 58 healthy individuals with no eye disease, no body disease, orthophoria, corrective visual acuity more than 0.8, binocular spherical equivalence difference over 0.50 diopter, the flattest corneal curvature in horizontal meridian and the steepest corneal curvature in vertical meridian were tested. The uncorrective visual acuity, refractive error, corneal curvature, schirmer test and tear break up test were performed in the morning and afternoon. Schirmer test were $16.0{\pm}7.0mm$ in the morning and $14.1{\pm}7.1mm$ in the afternoon. TBUT were $11.3{\pm}0.6$ sec in the morning and $12.1{\pm}0.9$ sec in the afternoon. They have no significant differences.

The main objective of this study was found to be empirically seeing whether on-site training for students in the field of education and various programs in the field of SMEs michyeotneun any impact on production duties. Results of sub-areas of education and training educational experience, training motivation, training, experience, demographic characteristics and performance of education and training, and because there is a close correlation as sub-areas of business productivity, industrial welfare, governance, education, the period of increased productivity by properly adjusting the sub-variables of education and training it can maximize the educational experience of the work. This study provides the policy implications and implications for the future so that the unemployed(including unemployed youth) re-employment training and on-site training is satisfactory to shine and develop more good quality programs.

Various imperative statements that can be represented in the way in which the product or service is used describe how or how to achieve the goals, or induce or prohibit a specific action. This study focuses on The Effects of age and type of imperative sentence (directive vs. declarative) on behavioral intention and recall. As a result of the experiment, older people who have shorter lives remaining access information in a more emotional way, so they have been rejected by directive (vs. declarative) statements that felt more negative feelings, resulting in lowered behavioral intention. Conversely, the negative feeling caused by directive statements increased salience of directive (vs. declarative) sentence for older people more, which in turn increased memory for older people. Process analysis showed that emotions when exposed to statements mediated these results. The results of this study show that in order to improve consumers' behavioral response and/or the performance of information processing, it is necessary to deeply consider their age and how to construct the statement.

The government announced a number of policy on service industries and pushing. over the past 10 years. Important role in the service industry is a very large degree job creation, as well as employment impacts have had a stable employment skills. In June 2015 the Bureau of Statistics released the youth unemployment rate (15~29 years) showed a 10.2%. The service industry is recognized as one of the alternatives that can overcome the deteriorating economic situation this way. Is there a difference between industry by type what performance management is applied when this service was variable with a GWP of Korean? Can GWP variables are variables which are more important to recognize the service industry? GWP variables having a certain impact on the activities of the member teamwork, job involvement has what effect on? And the impact on business performance relationship who only proven case studies whilst also want to empirical verification.

Creative economy has been characterized by ideas popularized commercialization. So young age of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, and is easily capable of founding a new culture is created by the right products and services they lead the more outstanding talent in the way of entrepreneurship creates even young and energetic national economy. Such a wide range of system implementation and curriculum development to complete the creative economy with ecology is also a very critical situation. The development of a systematic entrepreneurship curriculum that promote creative thinking and planning ability for creative convergence of economic times is a top priority. The present study considered that the early stages of convergence entrepreneurship program presents a convergence process of entrepreneurship education through a process-oriented research based on statistics.

The percentage of employment is getting important in the evaluation of university as the youth unemployment is increasing day by day and job shortage is followed. To improve the employment, several research from academy and various fields has been performed. However, systemic and long-term supports for improving the percentage of employment has been raised. Therefore, this study aims to survey the main activities for employment and analyse the importance of main activities. First, supporting activities for employment are surveyed about 19 universities. Second, the relative importance of supporting activities for employment are analysed to students and employment supporter by AHP. Third, portfolio analysis are conducted to analyse the difference of awareness on the employment supporting activities. This study is expected to strengthen the capability of university's employment and help to establish the policy for employment supporting activities.
