한국고속철도 천안역사에 대한 소음 및 진동영향 연구 (Noise and Vibration Solutions Considering Stability Effects for High-Speed Rail ChonAn Station in Korea)

  • The objective of this paper is to address to the providing an adequate noise and vibration solution, required for High Speed Rail while maintaining the stability criteria of the ChonAn station structure, the first constructed in Korean High Speed Railway. The significant acoustic pressure level will be induced by the high speed trains passing-by. Therefore, the high level study of this case is necessary. The acoustic pressure level of 85 dB(A) inside the ChonAn station is expected, and the spaces below concrete slab are not suitable for commercial purpose, thus installation of filtering systems (spring boxes containing viscous dampers, ballast mats and acoustic shield) are provided to reduce the effect of the noise and vibration to acceptable level of 55 dB(A). But, a major drawback of application of the previously conducted experimental results was that the actual effect of installation of filtering system was never been validated. Therefore, the acquisition of noise and vibration on the present structure were obtained and compared to the computer simulations. These predicted the behavior of the station reasonably well. Also, the installation of filtering systems gave the superior reduction on noise and vibration. This application is successfully adapted without scarifying stability criteria related to the structural stability including excessive deformations or displacements. Three traffic operation safety limits: deck vertical acceleration, deflection of the structure, and longitudinal displacement of the slab were satisfactory.

  • The SeoulMerto, operating subway line No.$1{\sim}4$, was constructed in the metropolitan Seoul with the highest population. When it was built, the design was challenged to sharp curved tracks considering the protection of buildings, cultural assets, the connection to ground roads and rivers as well as to elevated railway in some parts. Lots of residential apartments and business complex have gradually increased in the area around subway stations and railway lines according to the urban development. Consequently, Requirements of better quality of life and comfortable environment caused the citizen complain for the noise. It has become one of serious social issues. In this paper, Noise level was analyzed using noise map measured in the running train of all routes. The analysis on the noise level was conducted according to railway type, track components type, seasonal type, retirement degree of the vehicle and subway station. Especially, Noise characteristics were analyzed by noise level data measured in the inside and outside of the train with geometry types of the concrete track. This study will contribute fundamental data for the "The Development of Sound-Absorbing Block on Concrete Track" promoted on The National R&D Project.

  • This paper is focused on the analysis of the noise and vibration measured near the wheelset of the high-speed trains using a time-varying frequency transform as a preliminary research of running monitoring. Due to the non-stationary characteristics, it is necessary to examine noise and vibration of the train with time-varying frequency transforms. In this paper, the short-time Fourier transform method is utilized - the stored data is localized by modulating with a window function, and Fourier transform is taken to each localized data. For the examination, the non-stationary noise and vibration of the high-speed train's wheelset are measured by using some microphones and accelerometers, and those signals are stored in a on-board data acquisition system. The non-stationary random signal analyses with the short-time Fourier transform are performed, and the result are classified as follows; auto-spectral density, cross-spectral density, frequency response, and coherence functions. From those functions, it is possible to observe the frequency characteristics of sleepers, switchers, tunnels, and steel bridges. Also, some distinct peaks, which are not dependent upon the train's speed, are identified from the results.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 철도 운영 및 관리시에 철도 주변환경으로 부터 발생하는 소음, 진동, 미세먼지 센서에서 다양한 실시간 스트림 데이터를 감지하고 정형화된된 데이터 패턴을 인식하고 분석할 수 있도록 데이터를 구성 및 저장하고 분석된 데이터를 표현할 수 있도록 시각화 지원을 위한 모니터링 시스템 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 데이터 전송을 위해 시리얼 통신 기법을 주로 적용하였으나, 센서와 디바이스의 증가로 인해 시리얼 통신의 한계가 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 아두이노와 서버 간의 직접 통신 방식 대신 라즈베리파이를 도입하여 MQTT Broker(브로커)를 설치하고 통신을 진행하였다. 철도 데이터 모니터링 시스템 플랫폼은 NoSQL 데이터베이스인 MonGoDB와 데이터 시각화할 수 있는 Grafana를 이용하여 구축하였다.

철도 선하역사 진동 전달 특성의 실험적 분석 (Experimental Analysis of Vibration Transfer Characteristics of an Elevated Railroad Station)

  • 선하역사 내부에 발생하는 소음을 저감하기 위해서는 진동의 감소가 필요하며, 보다 효과적인 진동 저감 대책 수립을 위해서는 궤도-접속교량-구조물의 상호작용 특성을 감안하여 열차 운행으로 발생하는 진동이 전달되는 경로 및 특성에 대한 명확한 이해가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 국내 선하역사 현황을 구조적으로 분류하고 대표 선하역사에 대한 진동 측정을 통하여 역사에 발생하는 진동의 전달 특성을 분석하였다. 주파수응답을 통한 분석 결과 궤도의 진동이 역사로 전달되면서 고주파 성분이 큰 감소를 나타냈으며, 일부 역사에서 저주파 대역 내 증폭 구간이 발견되었다. 플로팅궤도가 적용되거나 TPS 구조의 역사는 궤도로부터 전달되는 진동이 비교적 큰 감소를 나타냈다.

  • A statistical annoyance model to railway noise at platform was proposed by jury evaluation test performed in hearing laboratory. ITX-Saemaeul and Mugunghwa were chosen as the noise sources of the test, and announcement sound was included to simulate real situation. Logistic regression analysis produced %HALAB curve. Hosmer-Lemeshow test and classification accuracy test were used to verify the model's statistical significance. It was shown that the model which was generated from relatively small number of samples is statistically significant.

전자뇌관을 이용한 수직구 전단면 다단시차 분할 발파에 대한 연구 (A study on full-face sequential blasting using electronic detonator)

  • 본 연구에서는 발파 진동 및 소음에 관한 문제를 최소화하기 위해 발파진동 파형합성과 발파 시뮬레이션을 통해 진동을 최소화시킬 수 있는 전자뇌관의 최적초시를 찾고, 또한 전단면 분할 발파의 감쇄특성에 대한 연구를 토대로 하여 전단면 다단시차 분할 발파기법을 개발하였다. 경부고속철도 OO공구 수직구 시공현장에서 전자뇌관을 이용한 파형합성 최적초시적용과 전단면 다단시차 분할발파를 동시에 수행하는 발파기법을 현장에 적용함으로써 그 타당성을 검토하였다.

비선형 점탄성 스프링 모델을 이용한 플로팅 슬래브 궤도의 동적 거동 해석 (Analysis of Dynamic Behavior of Floating Slab Track Using a Nonlinear Viscoelastic Spring Model)

  • Recently, the vibration and structure-borne noise induced by passing trains are of great concerns, and the floating slab track is highlighted as one of most efficient alternatives to reduce the railway vibration. However, due to the non-linearity and viscosity of rubber spring used in the floating slab track, its dynamic behavior is very complex. In this study, therefore, to simulate the dynamic behavior of floating slab track with a better accuracy, a nonlinear viscoelastic rubber spring model that can be incorporated in commercial finite element analysis codes has been proposed. This model is composed of a combination of elastic spring element, friction element and viscous element, and termed the "generalized friction viscoelastic model(GFVM)". Also, in this study, the method to determine the model parameters of GFVM based on Berg's 5-parameter model was presented. The results of the finite element analysis with this rubber spring model exhibit very good correlation with the test results of a laboratory mock-up test, and the feasibility of GFVM has been verified.

한국형 고속전철의 주행진동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics on the Test Line for Korean High Speed Train)

  • Korean High Speed Train(KHST) has been tested on the high speed test line in Osung site of Korea High Speed Rail Construction Authority (KHRC). since it was developed as G7 Project Plan In 2002. This paper introduces the dynamic test devices in KHST and shows the comparison between the results of test and theoretical computing results which derive from the new model for KHST dynamic behavior. Previous computer simulation model for KHST was developed to review wether the vehicle system was satisfied with the dynamic performance requirements during the design procedure. But It should be applied the results of the parts test for suspension elements in order to compare between the results of computation and real test. Using VAMPIRE Program made by AEA Technology in UK. the new model also was modified. This paper shows that the static wheel loads calculated from new model is similar to test results. For test on high speed line, we prepared the test devices for evaluating the dynamic performances. which was consisted of the accelerometers( based on Kisler Co.) and the data aquisition systems (based on National instrument Co.), and test program coded by LabView 6i program. These lest devices and programs are flexible to extension the channels for adding sensors and connect to the ethernet network. The acceleration of car bodies, bogie frames and axle boxes were compared between the results of computation and test at 150km/. This paper shows that the results of test were high in high frequency band range but similar frequency band range. It might be considered that these differences were caused by the test which did not performed at constant speed for comparison analysis. Also. It will be able to understand the differences and make better results through a lot of tests planed in future.

환경 친화적 철도노선대 선정을 위한 주요환경 영향인자에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Major Environmental Effecting Factors for The Selection Environment-Friendly Railway Corridor)

  • 철도는 다른 육상교통수단보다 환경 친화적이며 에너지 효율성이 높은 교통수단이다. 철도노선 선정과정에서 예비타당성 수행은 에너지 효율성과 환경에 관한 문제들이 일반적으로 고려되고 있지 않다. 철도노선 선정은 지형적인 특성 그리고 시설물의 관리와 운영을 중심으로 선정되고 있다. 철도노선선정에 영향을 미치는 환경관련 문제에 대해서 본 연구는 집중적으로 검토 분석하였다. 본 연구는 철도 및 환경전문가 그리고 철도 노선선정에 관련된 전문가 의견 을 검토 분석하여 환경에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자를 추출하였다. 철도노선 선정과정에서 환경에 미치는 영향을 알 수 있는 환경영향평가 항목을 선정하였다. 환경 친화적인 철도노선 대 선정을 위하여 환경영향평가 항목 6개 분야 20개로부터 7개의 환경항목(지형 지질, 동식물상, 자연 환경자산, 대기질, 수질, 소음 진동, 문화재 경관)을 추출하였다. 철도노선을 선정하기 위해서는, 여러 대안이 비교되어야 하고 각 대안의 평가는 이 7개 환경항목을 기준으로 하여 실행되어야 한다. 최적의 철도노선선정은 7개의 환경항목을 고려하는 포괄적인 평가에 의해 선정되어야 한다. 이와 같이 주요 환경항목인자에 의한 평가는 철도건설 투자를 활성화 하는데 이바지 할 것이다.
