This study determines the implementation status of the improvement being made to Korean university libraries. An e-mail survey was conducted targeting 24 Korean university libraries. Conclusions after analysing the responses of the survey were as follows:(1) 24 university libraries implemented 88 different methods of operating their libraries. In other words each library implemented an average 3.67 different methods operating.(2) Twelve universities initiated their improvement schemes in 2008, ten universities initiated their improvement schemes in 2007, nine universities initiated their improvement schemes in 2005, eight universities initiated their improvement schemes in 2010 and seven universities initiated their improvement schemes in 2009. Most university libraries implemented their improvement after 2005.(3) Most university libraries improvement schemes entailed online tours, special events, personal customized services, and SMS services. We noted that online reference services such as the Wiki Service, Twitter, Facebook, Cyworld were not initiated.

In this paper, we apply the next generation Internet TV solution, FLV has been designed and implemented. Currently being broadcast in the field to compress HD video in real time, as well as live Internet VOD services are available through the online system, the Internet LIVE broadcast and VOD service easy to operate and UCC services that support the solution. VOD video cameras and in real time using H264 CORECODEC to compress MPEC4, WMV, and real-time video streaming on the Internet, and phone system that supports the first, real-time recording of camera images featured nation's first real-time encoder system (Real time encoder system) is, Web and smart environment suitable for supporting the latest CORECODEC technology and software products. Second, the video can be played in MP4 player and customize your chat, and Custer (customizing) is a possible two-way Internet Broadcasting System. Third, CMS (Contents Management System) feature video content and course management content in real time via the Android phone and iPhone streaming service is available.

Recently, embedded system which demand is explosively increasing in the fields of communication, traffic, medical and industry facilities, expands to cyber physical system (CPS) which monitors and controls the networked embedded systems. In addition, internet of things(IoT) technology using wearable devices such as Google Glass, Samsung Galaxy Gear and Sony Smart Watch are gaining attention. In this situation, Samsung Smart Home and LG Home Chat are released one after another. However, since these services can be available only between smart phones and home appliances, there is a disadvantage that information cannot be passed to other terminals without commercial global messaging server. In this paper, to solve above issues, we propose the structure of an indoor location network based on unit space, which prevents the information of the devices or each individual person from leaking to outside and can selectively communicate to all existent terminals in the network using IoT chatting. Also, it is possible to control general devices and prevent external leakage of private information.

As the demand for finding clearer information amid vast information acquisition increases, the enhancement of academic research services is highly important. In 2019, the Presidential Archives opened the only academic research services among the permanent archives management institutions. This study aims to identify the status of the insufficient use of academic research services implemented in the Presidential Archives, analyze problems and requirements through interviews with users who have used the Presidential Archives for academic purposes and conducted research, suggest a plan to upgrade the research services of the Presidential Archives, and offer a plan to improve the services of archives institutions accordingly. Researchers mostly sought information through an online search, but the information gap was large depending on the background knowledge, and the research scope was reduced because of insufficient information. Moreover, problems occurred regarding search tools, records management, and records disclosure, and most users were unaware of the academic research services. Therefore, the advancement plans entailed reducing the information gap among researchers, improving the search tool functions, creating more detailed descriptions of records, resolving geographic constraints, promoting academic research services and developing content, nurturing subject-specialized archivists, and providing online chatting services.

SIn this paper, we introduce our experience for designing and implementing new concept of a global XML-based Peer-to-Peer (P2P) engine to support various P2P applications, and interconnection among PC, Web and mobile computing environments. The proposed P2P engine can support to heterogeneous data exchanges and web interconnection by facilitating with the text-base XML while message exchange are necessary. It is also to provide multi-level security functions as well as to apply different types of security algorithms. The system consist of four modules; a message dispatcher to scheduling and filtering the message, a SecureNet to providing security services and data transmission, a Discovery Manager to constructing peer-to-peer networking, and a Repository Manager to processing data management including XML documents. As a feasibility test, we implement various P2P services such as chatting as a communication service, white-board as an authoring tool set during collaborative working, and a file system as a file sharing service. We also compared the proposed system to a Gnutella in order to measure performance of the systems.

Internet was first designed only for sending data, but as the time passed, internet started to evolve into a broadband multi-media web that is capable of transmitting sound, video, high-capacity data and more due to the demands of internet users and the rapid changing internet-communication technology. Domestically, in January, 2000 Saerom C&T, launched a free VoIP, but due to limited ways of conversation(PC to PC) and absence of a revenue model, and bad speech quality, it had hit it's growth limit. This research studied VoIP based on technological enhancement in super-speed internet. According to IDC, domestic internet market's size was 80,800 million in 2008, and it formed a percentage of 12.5% out of the whole sound-communication market. in case of VoIP, it is able to maximize it's profit by connecting cable and wireless network, also it has a chance of becoming firm-concentrated monopoly market by fusing with IPTV. Considering the fact that our country is insignificant in MVNO revitalization, regulating organizations will play a significant roll on regulating profit between large and small businesses. Further research should be done to give VoIP a secure footing to prosper and become popularized.

This study provided personnel and recruitment information related to job offer and job hunting, and proposed a non-face-to-face platform that can facilitate matching of one-time services as well as periodic services. The existing recruitment and job search method for personal assistant of the disabled is a one-way matching method in which a person in charge of the service providing centers assigns an activity assistant belonging to the institution when a consumer requests an personal assistant service, so the choice of job seekers is very weak. The job matching platform of the activity assistant for the disabled can be logged in separately by dividing users and separating them into the interface of the disabled or the disabled family members (job seekers) and activity assistants for the disabled (job seekers). Search for job offer and job seekers that meet their respective conditions, and real-time bidirectional decision-making through the chat function, and when the activity assistance service is completed, recruiters and job seekers can write service reviews and evaluations from their own point of view. The real-time interactive decision-making matching platform will also help minimize blind spots where it is difficult to provide services when short-term or one-time assistance is needed.

데이터의 양이 증가하면서 인공신경망을 통한 데이터 분석 기술이 주목받고 있으며, 텍스트, 그림, 동영상 등에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 데이터를 자동으로 분석하여, 번역기, 채팅봇, 그림 캡션 자동 생성 등에 대한 연구 및 서비스 개발에 활용되고 있다. 인공신경망 기반으로 수행된 많은 연구들이 공통적으로 가진 한계가 있는데, 그것은 은닉층에 대한 해석이 어렵다는 것이다. 가령, 입력층, 은닉층, 그리고 결과층으로 이루어진 인공신경망을 임의의 데이터로 학습시키면, 입력층과 은닝층 사이에 존재하는 행렬은 해당 데이터에 존재하는 패턴 정보를 내포하게 된다. 따라서, 행렬에 존재하는 패턴 정보를 직접 분석할 수 있다면, 인공신경망 결과물에 대한 해석이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 성능을 높이기 위해 어떤 조정이 필요한지에 대한 직관도 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 하지만, 이 행렬의 실체는 숫자로 이루어진 벡터이므로 사람이 직접 해석하는 것은 불가능하며, 지금까지 수행되어온 대부분의 인공신경망 연구들은 공통적으로 이러한 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터에 존재하는 패턴을 잡아내면서도 해석이 가능한 토픽 모델과 인공신경망의 결과물을 비교함으로써, 인공신경망 은닉층 해석에 대한 실마리를 찾기 위한 연구이다. 실험을 통해 토픽과 은닉층 패턴의 유사성을 검증하고, 향후 인공신경망 연구에서 은닉층에 대한 가능성을 논한다.

This paper describes a metadata extraction technique based on natural language processing (NLP) which extracts personalized information from email communications between financial analysts and their clients. Personalized means connecting users with content in a personally meaningful way to create, grow, and retain online relationships. Personalization often results in the creation of user profiles that store individuals' preferences regarding goods or services offered by various e-commerce merchants. We developed an automatic metadata extraction system designed to process textual data such as emails, discussion group postings, or chat group transcriptions. The focus of this paper is the recognition of emotional contents such as mood and urgency, which are embedded in the business communications, as metadata.

This paper presents research in intelligent massenger technique for Cyber University to support accessing university database. Proposed techniques enables better communication between students and professons by using intelligent messenger. Intranet based massenger support simple message transfer and multimedia chatting service within homogeneous network or members in same group. Using niversity database it provide personalize information for each different user demand needs and through managing technique user could effectively organize members of group. To embody intelligent massenger, JMF(Java Media Frame Work), RMI(Remote Method Invocation), XML techniques were proposed and in result constructing effective community.
