과학창의적 과제 수행 중 과학영재와 일반아의 뇌파 비교분석

  • 본 연구는 과학영재교육의 중요성이 증대되고 있는 현 시점에서 이의 효과적인 성취를 가져오기 위해선 우선 영재 판별의 시도가 다양해져야 한다는 필요성에서 출발하였다. 그 동안 영재 판별은 주로 인지수행의 결과적인 측면을 다루었다고 본다면, 본 연구는 인지수행의 과정적인 측면을 다루었다고 할 수 있다. 인지수행의 과정적인 측면은 뇌기능의 활동성을 파악하는 것으로 가능하다. 따라서 뇌의 활동성에 대한 뇌파측정 방법을 통해 좌.우뇌 기능상에서의 뇌파특성을 파악해 보므로써 영재성 판별의 한 방법으로서 그 가능성의 단초를 제공하는데 본 연구의 주목적이 있다. 이를 위해 영재성 판별 및 뇌기능 연구방법과 뇌의 정보처리과정에 대한 이론적인 고찰을 바탕으로 초등학교 4-6학년 아동 중 과학영재아 11명, 일반아 10을 연구대상으로 선정하여 PC용 뇌파측정기를 통해 이들의 뇌파특성을 분석한 결과, 다음과 같이 나타났다. 다음 표는 과학영재아 및 일반아의 아무런 과제를 수행하지 않은 상태의 기본뇌파와 과학 창의적 과제를 수행중인 상태에서의 뇌파를 좌뇌와 우뇌의 뇌파 활성도별로 그 차이를 분석한 것이다.

  • Mathematical creativity should be assessed base on the general creativity considering the features of mathematics. In researching of the assessment of mathematical creativity, the direction should be matched with this view. In this paper, we focus on the creative thinking as cognitive aspect and the creative attitude as dispositional aspect in mathematics. And we have reviewed the various researches and have suggested the frame of the assessment of mathematical creativity.

The Effects of Creative Thinking Filtering Model to Creativity Domains (창의사고필터링모형 (CTFM) 교육프로그램이 창의성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was aimed at identifying the influence of Creative Thinking Filtering Mode program in international gifted program: how much it influences to improve the cognitive domains of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality) and affective domains of creativity (independence, curiosity, diversity, sensitivity, sense of humor, individuality. To analyze data, ANCOVA(Analysis of Covariance)test was conducted, and the results are as belows. Firstly, the group applied in CTFM program was higher than controlled group on the domains of cognitive and affective. Specifically, in the factors of fluency, flexibility and originality among three cognitive domains and factors of individuality.In affective domains of creativity, independence, curiosity, diversity, a sense of humor among the five factors except of sensitivity were higher. Secondly, the result of analyzing the difference between before and after applying CTFM program was that three elements in cognitive domains : fluency, flexibility and originality improved, especially, the fluency was the most improved. Thirdly, the result of analyzing the difference of affective factor between before and after applying CTFM program was that the originality, diversity, a sense of humor and individuality among the 6 elements of affective domain improved, especially the individuality was the most improved.

The Effect of the Appreciation of Artwork in the Workplace on Creativity (업무공간에서의 미술품 감상이 직장인의 창의성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to empirically analyze the effect of the appreciation of artwork in the workplace on creativity. To this end, two virtual workspace images with and without artwork were created, and an online survey was conducted with office workers. A regression analysis was performed on the results to investigate whether and how much the appreciation and recognition of artwork was effective for the creativity. As a result, among the factors of recognition according to the appreciation of artwork, "intellectual development" and "thinking" showed positive effects on the five sub-factors of creativity at work, such as original flexibility, alternative problem-solving skills, pursuit of adventure and freedom, individual independence, and exploratory immersion. Unlike most previous studies, however, "understanding" had a negative effect on original flexibility. In conclusion, it was found that some of the factors of the appreciation and recognition of artwork had a positive effect on creativity at work. This study provides implications that the appreciation of artwork in the workplace is effective for improving creativity at work and that it is important for each company to develop a streamlined approach based on its goal of pursuing a creative environment. In addition, it is expected that this study will contribute to the widespread use of artwork sharing services at workplaces as well as encouraging more empirical studies to be done on the effect of the services.

  • The main thesis of this article is that the decisive point of creativity education is the cultivation of critical thinking capability. Although the narrow conception of creativity as divergent thinking is not subsumed under that of critical thinking, the role of divergent thinking is not so crucial in the science context of creative problem-solving. On the contrary, the broad conception of creativity as focusing on the reference to utility and the third conception of creativity as a process based on the variation and combination of existing pieces of information are crucial in creative problem-solving context, which are yet subsumed under that of critical thinking. The emphasis on critical thinking education is connected with the characteristics of contemporary knowledge-based society. This rapidly changing society requires situation-adaptive or situation-sensitive cognitive ability, whose core is critical thinking capability. Hence, the education of critical thinking is to be centered on the learning of blowing-how and procedural knowledge but not of knowing-that and declarative knowledge. Accordingly, the learning of critical thinking is to be headed towards the cultivation of competence but not just of performance. In conclusion, when a rational problem-solving through critical and logical thinking turns out consequently to be novel, we call it creative thinking. So, creativity is an emergent property based on critical and logical thinking.

농산업 예비창업자의 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 자기결정성 정도의 조절효과 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 농산업 예비창업자를 대상으로 자기결정성정도를 조절변수로 하여 창업환경과 창업역량이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 창업환경을 인지된지원과 인지된장벽으로 구분하고 창업역량의 하위변수를 창의성, 문제해결, 의사소통, 마케팅 및 사업계획서를 하위변수로 설정하였다. 수집된 설문지 253부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v25.0과 Process macro v4.2를 이용한 분석결과는 첫째, 창업환경의 인지된지원과 인지된장벽은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 창업역량의 창의성, 문제해결, 마케팅 및 사업계획서가 창업의도에 미치는 영향은 유의적으로 나타났으나 의사소통이 미치는 영향은 비유의적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기결정성정도는 창업환경의 인지돤지원 및 인지된장벽과 농산업 창업의도 간을 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 자기결정의 수준은 창업 환경과 창업 의도 사이의 관계에는 그다지 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 의미한다. 셋째, 자기결정성정도는 창업역량의 창의성, 문제해결, 의사소통, 마케팅 및 사업계획서와 창업의도 간을 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로 자기결정성정도가 커질수록 창의성, 문제해결, 마케팅 및 사업계획서가 창업의도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 정(+)의 방향으로 강하게 하는 강화작용의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 자기결정성정도가 커질수록 의사소통과 창업의도 간의 관계가 약해지는 자기결정성정도가 완화작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 창업환경과 창업역량을 설명할 수 있는 다른 요인들의 탐색과 새로운 매개변수와 조절변수가 포함된 조건부과정모형을 통해 조절된 매개효과를 분석할 수 있는 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Expertise-Related EEG Alpha Deactivation of the Left Temporal Lobe during Creative Writing Improvisation (창의적 글쓰기 발상 시 전문 영역의 지식이 좌측 측두엽의 EEG 알파파 억제에 미치는 영향)

  • Psychological research on the relationships between creativity and knowledge can be divided into two main streams, called tension view and foundation view. However most of the studies in this area have been too much focused on creative products which had a limit in investigating creative processes. In this study, to identify the relationships, we employed neuro-scientific approaches to investigating EEG (electroencephalogram) activity from professional computer programmers(n=10). Also the EEG alpha TRP (task related power) was compared with each other. The procedures including resting conditions with eye closed were followed by ordinary thinking process, creative thinking processes in a professional domain and a nonprofessional domain. As a result of EEG activity analysis, alpha deactivation was observed mainly in temporal lobe, especially in left-temporal lobe during creative thinking process of professional domain. The findings suggest that neuro-scientific approach supports the tension view, suggesting that the knowledge could hinder creativity.

Audience Cognitive Reconstruction of the Extended Meaning of Complex Mechanism Text : For Communication Education using Story Media Expressions (복합기제 텍스트의 확장 의미에 대한 수용자의 인지적 재구성 : 서사적 미디어 표현을 활용한 의사소통 교육을 위해)

  • This discussion can be said to be a qualitative study on the possibility of linking communication education for college students and literacy education for Korean language-linked educators based on the theory of interpretation of cognitive meaning of media text containing complex mechanisms. The implicit meaning of media content expression used as an interactive communication strategy will be accepted as a multilateral interpretation according to the individual learner's cognitive environment. If so, how is the general media content meaning intended by the content creator being accepted? These doubts are the starting point for discussion. To solve the problem, I leaned on the experimental pragmatic methodology of cognitive aesthetics and applied a model of relevance of cognitive linguistics to connect learners' creative cognitive environment and present content to find a contrast. As a result of the discussion, it was possible to establish a basic framework for learners to express their subjectivity and creative thinking that could connect the cognitive environment and present content themselves. In particular, active and positive learners also revealed direct descriptive expressions to build a new cognitive environment, such as suggesting a third alternative to argue the ability to question produced media texts and the validity of the meaning implied in the text. In the future, since media text containing complex mechanisms is an indirect and persuasive communication behavior that occurs easily through various media in modern society, the universal communication principle of reliable conversation between media text creators and audiences should exist.

Organizational commitment and organizational creativity: The moderating effect of training motivation (정서적 몰입과 조직 창의성의 관계: 학습동기의 조절효과)

  • For sustainable management under uncertainty, organizations should explore factors influencing organizational creativity. This research examined affective commitment as the factor expected to increase organizational creativity. Clarifying the relationship between affective commitment and organizational creativity, we consider training motivation as a moderator. The participants in this empirical study were 472 employees and 64 firms' CEO to confirm hypotheses that training motivation make strengthen the positive relationship between affective commitment and organizational creativity. Results showed that organizational creativity was associated with affective commitment. Moreover, there was a moderating effect of training motivation on the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational creativity. This study attempted to avoid common method bias by using different sources such as CEO's response and employees' response. The implications for future research are discussed, including exploring the mechanism of organizational creativity and practice.
